Ich finde den Wagen einfach nur toll.Endlich einen 2in1 Wagen für Fahrrad und Spaziergang der komfortable und qualitativ hochwertig ist. Bis jetzt würde ich ihn wieder kaufen.

Ich bin mit dem Hundeanhänger sehr zufrieden. Preis -Leistungsverhältnis top! Einfach zum Buggy umzubauen. Die Kupplung war ruckzuck am Fahrrad montiert und generell auch aufgebaut. Leicht zusammen klappbar für den Transport im Auto. Unser Hund, 8 kg, Havaneser hat sich sehr wohl darin gefühlt.

I'm very happy with the dog trailer. Excellent value for money! It's easy to convert into a buggy. The hitch was mounted to the bike in no time, and assembly was a breeze. It folds up easily for transport in the car. Our 8 kg Havanese dog felt very comfortable in it.

Der Hundehänger ist sehr gut kann ihn gut weiterempfehlen. Habe noch ein Polster auf die Liegefläche und so ist es perfekt.

The dog trailer is very good, I can highly recommend it. I added a cushion to the lying area and now it's perfect.

Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Der Anhänger war sehr gut verpackt und ließ sich auch schnell und einfach zusammenbauen. Alles macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, der Hänger sieht optisch gut aus und ist auch höher als herkömmliche Hundehänger, so dass der Hund darin auch bequem stehen und sitzen kann. Alles in allem bin ich bis hierhin damit sehr zufriede.Leider fehlte aber eine der zwei notwendigen Muttern mit Gummistoppern, um die Deichsel sicher am Hänger zu befestigen. Das wäre auch für mich kein Problem gewesen, wenn auf die dafür vorgesehenen beiden Bolzenschrauben auch "handelsübliche" Muttern passen würden, was aber leider nicht der Fall ist, da es sich um ein Gewinde handelt, für das im Bauhaus keine Mutter zu bekommen ist.Auf meine Bitte um Nachsendung der fehlenden Mutter erhielt ich zunächst keine Antwort. Auf meine zweite Mail antwortete der Verkäufer (bzw. vermutlich das EDV-System), dass ich den Artikel zurückschicken und ggf. einen neuen bestellen könnte. Auf die Mitteilung, dass der Anhänger bis auf die fehlende Mutter bereits komplett montiert ist, wurde dann nicht mehr reagiert.Fazit: Der Artikel ist (sofern alle Teile geliefert werden) sehr zu empfehlen, von einem freundlichen Kundendienst erwarte ich jedoch mehr, als nur die standardmäßige und automatische Beantwortung einer berechtigten Reklamation, die so jedenfalls in keiner Weise der Erwartung eines Kunden entspricht und nicht auf das Anliegen eingeht. Um einen Artikel innerhalb der Frist zurückzusenden, benötige ich keinen Kundendienst, sondern nur ein Logistikunternehmen.

The delivery arrived within two days. The trailer was very well packaged and was quick and easy to assemble. Everything seems very sturdy, the trailer looks good, and it's also higher than conventional dog trailers, so the dog can stand and sit comfortably inside. All in all, I'm very satisfied so far. Unfortunately, one of the two necessary nuts with rubber stoppers for securely attaching the drawbar to the trailer was missing. This wouldn't have been a problem for me if standard nuts would fit the two bolts provided, but unfortunately, they don't, as it's a thread for which no nut is available at a hardware store. I initially received no response to my request for the missing nut to be sent. In response to my second email, the seller (or presumably their IT system) stated that I could return the item and order a new one if necessary. There was no further response to my message that the trailer was already fully assembled except for the missing nut. In conclusion: The item is highly recommended (provided all parts are delivered), but I expect more from a friendly customer service department than just the standard, automated response to a legitimate complaint, which in no way meets customer expectations and fails to address the issue. To return an item within the return period, I don't need customer service, just a logistics company.

Er ist auch schnell zusammen gebaut!Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die integrierten Reflektoren, die für zusätzliche Sicherheit beim Fahren im Dunkeln sorgen. Das Design ist durchdacht und der Anhänger lässt sich leicht an meinem Fahrrad befestigen. Mein Hund liebt es, mit mir unterwegs zu sein, und ich kann ihn sicher und bequem transportieren.Insgesamt kann ich den Klarfit Fahrradanhänger jedem Hundebesitzer empfehlen, der gerne aktiv ist und seinen Hund auf Fahrradtouren mitnehmen möchte. Ein tolles Produkt, das sowohl Funktionalität als auch Sicherheit bietet!Das einzigst,e was man Bemängeln könnte, ist die Polsterung am Boden. Die ist hart wie ich finde, daher haben wir noch eine Matratze mit rein gelegt.

My dog loves being out and about with me and I can transport him safely and comfortably. Overall, I can recommend the Klarfit bike trailer to any dog owner who likes to be active and wants to take their dog with them on bike tours. A great product that offers both functionality and safety! The only thing that could be criticized is the padding on the floor. I think it's hard, so we put a mattress in there too.
