To achieve this, the CAPITAL SPORTS Helix Star DR cross trainer relies on full integration with the Kinomap app. It offers access to more than 100,000 km of walking trails and is connected via Bluetooth directly as a feedback system with the elliptical trainer: not only can you transfer your performance data such as speed, heart rate or distance covered to the app to evaluate it, you can also directly control the virtual ride. If the selected tour is uphill, the resistance of the cross trainer is adjusted automatically as if you yourself were going uphill. So you can, for example, explore long-distance hiking trails or foreign cities without having to leave your home. If that's not enough, you can easily participate in numerous multiplayer events: test your fitness in direct comparison with thousands of other runners - a feeling like running the Berlin Marathon. Or you can let the community participate in your own tours. Just shoot with the ActionCam, upload to Kinomap and you'll be able to run your walking tours all over the world.

The MagResist System responds to almost any training requirement in 32 levels. With four training programmes each for beginners, advanced and experts, it is immediately preprogrammed to start training right away. The smooth running ellipse with an optimised stride length ensures pleasant training while running. Unlike normal cross trainers, the Helix DR is an orbital cross trainer, meaning that its flywheel is located in front of the runner in order to achieve a particularly joint-friendly, natural running movement with a large ellipse. Paired with a maximum user weight of 150 kg, it plays in the highest league of home trainers.

The tablet mount built into the handle helps stave off boredom on the home trainer.
