I use it for canning/sausage making. The pot handled its first use well. I cooked meat for 2 hours at 80°C, great. I also processed jars for 2 hours at over 100°C, great. Correct temperature, checked several times, great.

Eine Erleichterung und Zeitersparnis beim Einkochen, die Einstellung des Timers ist selbsterklärend und kann sehr einfach und nach Bedarf eingestellt werden, ich habe das Gerät bisher nur drei mal im Gebrauch bisher kann ich den Einkochautomaten nur empfehlen und bin zufrieden.

Das Produkt wurde von Händler sehr rasch ausgeliefert und kam 2 Tage vor dem ursprünglichen Termin mit dpd an.Der Einkochautomat ist in einem Karton mit Überkarton verpackt.Das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck und scheint ordentlich verarbeitet zu sein. Aufgrund anderer Rezensionen haben wir auch sofort die Dichtheit des Auslasshahns überprüft und konnten keinen Mangel feststellen. Daher haben wir sofort mit dem ersten Einkochen mit diesem Gerät gestürzt. Alles war so, wie wir es von unserem anderen Einkochvollautomaten gewohnt sind. Das Gerät hat aufgeheizt, danach 3x gepiepst, dann lief die eingestellte Zeit ab und das Gerät hat wieder 3x gepiepst. "piepst er so lange, bis man ihn ausmacht" kann ich nicht bestätigen.Der Deckel aus Kunststoff lässt keinen Wasserdampf durch und ist verwindungsfrei.Der Strahl beim Ablasshahn ist normal und wird naturgemäß schwächer, je weniger Wasser im Topf ist. Der geringe Rest, der im Topf bleibt, lässt sich leicht ausleeren, da es an der Unterseite des Gerätes gute Griffmöglichkeiten gibt.Die Kabelaufwicklung an der Unterseite will nicht unerwähnt bleiben, da das heute leider auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Die nutzbare Kabellänge (gemessen vom Gerät bis zum Stecker) beträgt 90 cm.Der Topf mit 27L kann in einer Lage problemlos mit 7 Stück Rex-/Weck-Gläsern RR100 bestückt werden und fasst insgesamt2 Lagen mit je 7 Gläsern á 580ml oder7 Gläser á 850ml + 7 Gläser á 370ml.Das Fassungsvermögen und ein Vollautomat waren die Prämisse. Letztendlich war der Edelstahltopf das, was mich zum Kauf verleitet hat, da unser Emaille-Topf trotz sorgfältiger Behandlung zu rosten beginnt. Heute bin ich froh über diesen Kauf, auch weil die 200 W mehr an Leistung gegenüber unserem vorhandenen Gerät die Aufheizphase merkbar schneller schaffen.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Therefore, we immediately started preserving with this appliance. Everything worked as we are used to with our other fully automatic preserving kettle. The appliance heated up, then beeped three times, then the set time expired, and the appliance beeped three more times. I cannot confirm the claim that it "beeps until you turn it off." The plastic lid is opaque and does not warp. The flow from the drain tap is normal and naturally weakens as the amount of water in the pot decreases. The small amount of liquid remaining in the pot is easy to empty thanks to the convenient grips on the bottom. The integrated cord storage on the bottom is also worth mentioning, as it's unfortunately not a standard feature these days. The usable cord length (measured from the appliance to the plug) is 90 cm. The 27L pot can easily hold seven Rex/Weck RR100 jars in a single layer and accommodates two layers of either seven 580ml jars or seven 850ml jars plus seven 370ml jars. Capacity and a fully automatic model were my primary requirements. Ultimately, it was the stainless steel pot that convinced me to buy it, as our enamel pot, despite careful use, was starting to rust. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially since the extra 200W of power compared to our previous appliance makes the heating process noticeably faster. The price-performance ratio is excellent! A clear buy recommendation!

Ich hatte bisher den EinKochAutomaten WAT14A von Weck (Leihgabe) zum Einkochen, der nicht immer die Temperatur hielt und der durch ausweichenden Wasserdampf meine Küche in eine Sauna verwandelt hatte.Meine Kriterien für einen neuen EKA waren: nicht unter 2000Watt (je weniger Watt, je länger die Aufheizphase), Timer UND Ablaufhahn. In die engere Wahl kamen zunächst der EKA von Rommelsbacher und dieser EKA. Der deutlich höhere Preis vom Rommelsbacher hat mich nicht abgeschreckt. Allerdings hatte ich nach einer Nacht Überlegung dann noch gesehen, dass der Rommelsbacher EKA nur 1800 Watt hatte, weshalb ich mich für die Biggie von Klarstein entschieden habe.Ich habe schon einige Fuhren im EKA eingekocht. Mein Fazit: die eingestellte Temperatur wird erreicht und gehalten, der Timer zählt herunter, sobald die erforderliche Temperatur erreicht ist. Das Wichtigste: der Deckel vom EKA liegt so gut auf, dass kein heißer Wasserdampf auftritt.Letztendlich muss ich sagen: ich hätte mir den EKA schon eher kaufen sollen.

I previously used the Weck WAT14A canning kettle (on loan), which didn't always maintain the temperature and turned my kitchen into a sauna with escaping steam. My criteria for a new canning kettle were: at least 2000 watts (the lower the wattage, the longer the heating phase), a timer, AND a drain tap. The Rommelsbacher kettle and this one were initially shortlisted. The significantly higher price of the Rommelsbacher didn't deter me. However, after thinking about it overnight, I realized that the Rommelsbacher kettle only had 1800 watts, which is why I opted for the Klarstein Biggie. I've already canned several batches in it. My conclusion: the set temperature is reached and maintained, and the timer counts down as soon as the required temperature is reached. Most importantly, the lid fits so well that no hot steam escapes. Ultimately, I have to say: I should have bought this canning kettle sooner.

Gut verarbeitet und funktioniert prima.Allerdings sollte man die Bedienungsanleitung neu überarbeiten.Der An.- Ausschalter (5) dient nicht zum an und ausschalten des Gerätes sondern schaltet nur den Piepser bei erreichter Temperatur ab. Die eigentliche An.- und Ausschaltfunktion wird durch die Zeitschaltuhr (8) gesteuert.Etwas verwirrt war ich dadurch.Ansonsten prima Gerät.

Als Single reicht mir im Haushalt dieses elektrische Einkochgeraet. Ich bekomme bequem 4 Schraubglaeser a 0,9 Liter in den Topf. Leichte Bedienung und die Qualität des einkoches ist super. Punktabzug für eine nicht vorhandene Zeitschaltuhr. Bin persönlich zufrieden.

As a single person, this electric preserving kettle is sufficient for my household needs. I can easily fit four 0.9-liter screw-top jars in the pot. It's easy to use and the quality of the preserves is excellent. I'm deducting a point for the lack of a timer. Personally, I'm satisfied.

habe einen kleinen Einkochautomaten gesucht, insbesondere um etwas Vorzukochen oder um Reste einfach einzuwecken. Da gibt es nicht viel Auswahl. Das Gerät wird sehr heiß (eben verkleidetes Alu). Das habe ich aber aus anderen Bewertungen gelesen. Also unbedingt an einem kindersicheren Ort stellen. Ich hoffte, dass ich kleine Gläser aufeinanderstellen kann. Reicht leider nicht. Und ich habe leider keinen anderen passenden Deckel gefunden, auch keinen der höher ist. Ein Glasdeckel ist glaube auch nicht geeignet. Es passen aber mit Trixerei ein Glas mehr rein. Von einem schmalen Stück Schaumstoff kleinere Stücke abschneiden und zwischen Außenwand und zwischen die Gläsern stecken, bis jetzt haben alle Gläser überlebt.

I was looking for a small preserving kettle, especially for cooking in advance or simply canning leftovers. There aren't many options. The appliance gets very hot (it's aluminum-clad). I read about this in other reviews, so it's essential to place it in a childproof location. I was hoping I could stack small jars on top of each other, but unfortunately, they don't. And I haven't been able to find a suitable lid, not even one that's taller. I don't think a glass lid would work either. However, with a little ingenuity, I can fit one more jar in. I cut smaller pieces from a narrow strip of foam and wedged them between the outer wall and the jars; so far, all the jars have survived.

Das Material macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und die Verarbeitung ist auch sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist unkompliziert und der Topf erhitzt super schnell und hält die Wärme konstant. Aufgrund des variablen Einsatzes ist der Einkocher perfekt für uns, selbst nach unserem ersten Glühweinabend ließ sich der Topf sehr leicht reinigen. Wir sind begeistert und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Glühweinabend.
