Se in dubbio prendete la taglia più grande, anche se avete le dita sottili, se avete le dita robuste credo che neanche la taglia più grande faccia per voi.Si sono un po' sfilacciati ma niente di preoccupante.L'imbottitura è buona, i calli vengono comunque sollevando pesante, ma risparmiano le vesciche.Lo spazio per le dita è davvero poco.Essendo aperti sul retro non sudano le mani.La fascia sul polso è comoda e funge molto bene da polsiera.

If in doubt, get the larger size, even if you have thin fingers. If you have thick fingers, I don't think the larger size is for you either. They've frayed a little, but nothing to worry about. The padding is good; calluses still come off when lifting heavy items, but they prevent blisters. There's very little room for your fingers. Being open at the back, your hands don't sweat. The wrist band is comfortable and works very well as a wristband.

Ces gants protègent les mains mais également les poignets. Je les ai achetés principalement pour corriger la posture de mes poignets qui avaient tendance à se "casser" et par la même occasion protéger mes mains. J'ai même commencé à arrêter de les mettre car ils avaient corrigé la posture de mes poignets (Ps : je débute dans la musculation). Quant à l'état, je les ais depuis plusieurs mois, avec une utilisation trois fois par semaine, il m'est déjà arrivé d'enlever un fil par ci par là, mais c'est assez rare. Je recommande.

These gloves protect both the hands and wrists. I bought them primarily to correct the posture of my wrists, which tended to bend, and to protect my hands at the same time. I even started to stop wearing them because they had corrected my wrist posture (P.S.: I'm a beginner in weight training). As for their condition, I've had them for several months, using them three times a week. I've occasionally had to remove a thread here and there, but it's quite rare. I recommend them.

Dopo aver testato questi splendidi guanti durante i miei allenamenti in palestra sono finalmente pronto per raccontarvi la mia impressione in merito a questo prodotto. I guanti sono contenuti all'interno di una confezione morbida trasparente che possiamo anche utilizzare per trasportare i nostri guanti durante le nostre sessioni di allenamento. All'interno della confezione sono presenti esclusivamente i guanti senza l'aggiunta di nessun accessorio o manuale, ma tutto sommato al giorno d'oggi chi non sa come si indossano un paio di guanti per sollevamento pesi? Dal punto di vista dei materiali, devo ammettere che i guanti sono comodi da indossare e la fasciatura sul polso li rende ben saldi lungo la nostra mano in modo tale che non ci sia nemmeno un minimo spostamento del guanto rispetto a come lo avevamo posizionato inizialmente. La cosa che però rappresenta un grande vantaggio dal mio punto di vista è il fatto che la parte superiore dei guanti è aperta e ciò permette dunque di lasciar traspirare meglio le mani durante le sessioni di allenamento. In definitiva consiglio l'uso di questo prodotto a tutti coloro che frequentano le palestre e che si allenano con sollevamento pesi!

From the point of view of the materials, I must admit that the gloves are comfortable to wear and the bandage on the wrist makes them very firm along our hand so that there is not even a minimal movement of the glove compared to how we had positioned it initially. The thing that represents a great advantage from my point of view is the fact that the upper part of the gloves is open and this therefore allows the hands to breathe better during training sessions. Ultimately, I recommend the use of this product to all those who go to the gym and who train with weight lifting!

I materiali utilizzati sono di ottima qualità. Il prodotto è molto comodo, mi ci sono abituato dopo qualche esercizio. Inizialmente sentivo un fastidio altezza pollice ma scomparso dopo poco. La presa con questi guanti è molto buona, non danno fastidio e sopratutto proteggono molto bene le mani. La chiusura è a strappo utile anche per sorreggere il polso durante gli esercizi e quindi evitare di farsi male. Inoltre sono di facile lavaggio.

The grip with these gloves is very good, they don't bother you and above all they protect your hands very well. The closure is also useful to support the wrist during exercises and therefore avoid getting hurt. They are also easy to wash.
