Ich habe lange Maschinen verglichen und versucht, eine gute Maschine zu finden, die nicht übertrieben teuer ist. Diese Maschine erfüllt meine Erwartungen voll und ganz.Materiell ist sie hochfertig verarbeitet und steht stabil. Auch bei großer Teigmenge arbeitet sie gut und zuverlässig und ruckelt auch nicht über die Arbeitsplatte. Die Modi sind ebenfalls gut und leicht zu verstehen und zu bedienen.Für den Preis eine absolut tolle Maschine. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

I spent a long time comparing machines and trying to find a good one that wasn't excessively expensive. This machine completely meets my expectations. The materials are high-quality and it's very stable. Even with large quantities of dough, it works well and reliably, and it doesn't wobble on the worktop. The modes are also good and easy to understand and use. For the price, it's an absolutely fantastic machine. I'm very satisfied.

Die Küchenmaschine hält was sie verspricht.Sämtliche Teige wie u.a. der zähe Brotteig zum Kneten (vormals hatte ich mich mit den Händen hart geplagt) sind kein Problem für die kraftvolle und robuste Maschine und somit eine große Erleichterung für alle Rührteige (-tätigkeiten). Preis-Leistung (war auch noch im Angebot) ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

The food processor lives up to its promises. All doughs, including the tough bread dough that needs kneading (previously I struggled with it by hand), are no problem for this powerful and robust machine, making it a great help with all batter preparation. The price-performance ratio (it was also on sale) is truly excellent.

5 Sterne wären es, (somit 4,6 Sterne) wenn es mich nicht stören würde, das der Knethaken nicht bis zum Boden geht und damit Mehl am Boden bleibt und nicht mitgenommen wird. Ansonsten generell gutes Material, die Knethaken sehr massives Material (kein Plastik Gedöns), Lautstärke auch bei hoher Drehzahl sehr angenehm. Werde die Maschine sicherlich noch oft benutzen und wenn sich was an der Sternenzahl ändern sollte, werde ich berichten.Die Nudelaufsätze habe ich noch nicht getestet, aber auch da werde ich berichten.

It would be 5 stars (making it 4.6 stars) if it weren't for the fact that the dough hook doesn't reach the bottom, leaving flour at the bottom instead of being picked up. Otherwise, the materials are generally good, the dough hooks are very solid (no flimsy plastic), and the noise level is very pleasant even at high speed. I will certainly use the machine often, and if the star rating changes, I will update this review. I haven't tested the pasta attachments yet, but I will report back on those as well.

Da meine Frau gerne Brot backt und beim kneten die alte Küchenmaschine langsam den Geist aufgibt suchten wir was Neues. Nach längerer suchen sind wir auf die Klarstein Chiara gestoßen. Diese ist nun seit einem Monat im Einsatz und meine Frau ist überaus zufrieden mit ihr. Sie läuft sehr ruhig und leise, beim kneten bleibt sie standfest stehen. Der Teig wird auch am Rand und Boden gut durchgeknetet. Auch die Steuerung ist gut durchdacht. Somit vergeben vorerst gerne 5 Sterne müssen aber noch abwarten wie die Langzeitbeständigkeit der Maschine sein wird.

Since my wife enjoys baking bread and our old food processor was slowly giving up the ghost when kneading, we were looking for something new. After a long search, we came across the Klarstein Chiara. It's been in use for a month now, and my wife is extremely happy with it. It runs very smoothly and quietly, and remains stable while kneading. The dough is thoroughly kneaded, even on the sides and bottom. The controls are also well-designed. So, for now, we're happy to give it 5 stars, but we'll have to wait and see how the machine holds up in the long run.

Die Küchenmaschine würde primär zum Kneten von Teig gekauft. Die Maschine ist sehr gut verarbeitet und einfach zu bedienen. Vor der Erstinbetriebnahme Schüssel und Haken reinigen. Die maximale Füllmenge beim Teigkneten, ist laut Handbuch, maximal auf 1kg Mehl plus 600ml Wasser limitiert. Diese Grenze sollte man auch nicht überschreiten, da dies dem Motor schaden würde, da man bei dieser Menge merkt, dass sich der Motor anstrengt.Der erste Probeteig (etwas fester als Pizzateig) mit 1kg Mehr und weiteren Zutaten wurde hervorragend geknetet. Dabei mit der Stufe 1 angefangen, nach 30 Sekunden auf Stufe 2 geschaltet. Nach weiteren 45 Sekunden für 2 bis 3 Minuten auf Stufe 3 geschaltet. Beim Teigkneten sollte man auch nicht höher als Stufe 3 schalten (Hinweis im Handbuch).Die Küchenmaschine verfügt auf der Unterseite über starke Saugnäpfe, um das Rutschen zu vermeiden. Insgesamt ist die Qualität hervorragend, jedoch gibt es verbesserungsbedarf. Die Schüssel könnte etwas dickwandiger sein und der Knethaken hätte man vor dem Lackieren entgraten/schleifen können. An einigen Stellen gibt es scharfe Gusskanten am Haken. Ansonsten ist diese Küchenmaschine wohlmöglich das Beste, was man für diesen Preis (Farbe schwarz am günstigsten) bekommen kann

The food processor was primarily purchased for kneading dough. The machine is very well-made and easy to use. Clean the bowl and dough hook before first use. According to the manual, the maximum capacity for kneading dough is limited to 1 kg of flour plus 600 ml of water. This limit should not be exceeded, as it would damage the motor, which is noticeably strained at this quantity. The first test batch of dough (slightly firmer than pizza dough) with 1 kg of flour and other ingredients was kneaded perfectly. I started at speed 1, switched to speed 2 after 30 seconds, and then to speed 3 for another 45 seconds and 2 to 3 minutes. You should not use speeds higher than 3 when kneading dough (as stated in the manual). The food processor has strong suction cups on the bottom to prevent slipping. Overall, the quality is excellent, but there is room for improvement. The bowl could be a bit thicker, and the dough hook could have been deburred/sanded before painting. There are some sharp casting edges on the hook. Otherwise, this food processor is probably the best you can get for this price (black is the cheapest).

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Habe die Maschine in erster Line für das Kneten von Brotteig gekauft. Sauerteig und Hefeteig sind super gelungen. Die Schneebesen und Mischfunktion laufen wie gewohnt einwandfrei.Die Lautstärke während des Betriebs ist akzeptabel. Die Bedienung ist simpel. Einstellungen bedürfen ein wenig Sensibilität. I'm very satisfied. I bought the machine primarily for kneading bread dough. Sourdough and yeast dough turned out perfectly. The whisk and mixing functions work flawlessly, as expected. The noise level during operation is acceptable. It's easy to use. Adjusting the settings requires a little finesse. The machine is good, and including the accessories—meat grinder and pasta attachments—it's a real bargain. I'm deducting one star because of the operating noise.
