Also ich habe diese Maschine jetzt 5 Jahre in Gebrauch. Ich weis nicht wo bei den „schlechten“ Rezessionen das Problem ist?? Ich Backe Brot und alles mögliche mit dieser Maschine s it 5 Jahren. Ich habe mich auch wegen der „50er Jahre Optik“ für diese Maschine entschieden und die läuft bei mir wie am „Schnürchen“ Keine Ahnung was an der Maschine schlecht sein soll. Ich habe diese natürlich auch noch nicht als „Betonmischer“ verwendet. Also für mich ist diese Maschine eine absolute Kaufempfehlung! Wie gesagt, ich benutze die seit 5 Jahren.

I've been using this machine for five years now. I don't understand what the problem is with the "bad" reviews. I've been baking bread and all sorts of things with it for five years. I also chose this machine because of its "50s look," and it runs like a dream. I have no idea what's supposed to be wrong with it. Of course, I haven't used it as a cement mixer yet. So, for me, this machine is an absolute must-buy! Like I said, I've been using it for five years.

Preferisco di gran lunga questa a quella ricoperta in plastica fornita in dotazione. E' vero che lascia più pasta sui bordi ma è anche vero che, qualunque sia la quantità, un piccolo intervento manuale è quasi sempre necessario. In compenso questa è molto più robusta e si può usare in molte più occasioni. Per impasti morbidi tipo pizza uso solo questo attrezzo, e risparmio tempo di impastamento e di pulizia. Trovo il prezzo leggermente alto ma la ricomprerei anche subito.

I much prefer this one to the plastic-covered one that comes with it. It's true that it leaves more dough on the edges, but it's also true that, regardless of the amount, a little manual intervention is almost always necessary. On the other hand, this one is much more sturdy and can be used on many more occasions. For soft doughs like pizza, I only use this tool, and it saves time kneading and cleanup. I find the price a little high, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Comoda ma non a misura esatta per l'impastatrice "BELLA". Si puo' usare ma non e' uguale all'originale.Lascia un pochino di spazio tra la FRUSTA e le pareti e quindi,talvolta,bisogna "raccattare" l'impasto con la spatola.

Convenient but not the exact size for the "BELLA" mixer. It can be used but is not the same as the original. It leaves a little space between the WHISK and the walls and therefore, sometimes, you have to "pick up" the dough with the spatula.

Meglio di quello in dotazione più robusta di quella in plastica mi si è incastrata e facendomi pensare di aver rotto la planetaria poi sono riuscita a ripristinare il tutto e ho acquistato questa foglia che direi molto meglio io ho la lucia rossa e si adatta perfettamente anche se la vendono per la planetaria bella aggiornerò se la mia valutazione fosse scorretta al momento la consiglio

Better than the one supplied, more robust than the plastic one, it got stuck and made me think I had broken the planetary mixer, then I managed to restore everything and I bought this leaf which I would say is much better, I have the red lucia and it fits perfectly even if they sell it for the planetary mixer, it's beautiful, I'll update if my evaluation was incorrect, at the moment I recommend it

Già, acquisto obbligatorio visto che quella fornita di serie con la Klarstein serie Bella, in plastica, si è rotta a tutti dopo il primo utilizzo. Questa dovrebbe essere fornita di serie con tali impastatrici, robusta e ovviamente non si rompe.

Il pacchetto ha impiegato più del consueto perchè mi venisse recapitato ma ne è valsa la pena. Costa più degli altri ma almeno sembra più robusto. Sulla spedizione ed imballaggio nulla da eccepire.

The package took longer than usual to reach me but it was worth it. It costs more than the others but at least it seems more sturdy. Nothing to complain about regarding shipping and packaging.

Sinceramente mi trovo molto meglio con questa, rispetto a quella che era in dotazione con la Lucia Rossa. La precedente, in plastica, era comoda solo per la lavastoviglie. Era riuscita a scavare dall'interno la struttura in plastica della planetaria, rischiando di mandarmi materiale decisamente poco digeribile negli impasti. Con questa invece non ci sono perni che viaggiano liberi. Meno vicina alla ciotola, altro punto positivo, poiché non scalda con l'attrito. Consigliatissima!

Honestly, I find this one much better than the one that came with the Lucia Rossa. The previous one, made of plastic, was only suitable for the dishwasher. It had managed to dig into the plastic structure of the planetary mixer from the inside, risking sending me decidedly hard to digest material into the dough. With this one, however, there are no pins that travel freely. Less close to the bowl, another positive point, since it does not heat up with friction. Highly recommended!

Lo utilizo para hacer la masa de pan cuando esta muy hidratado. Me gusta que sea metálico . Siempre lo lavo a mano ya que te advierten en las instrucciones que en el lavavajillas se pondría oscuro.

I use it to make bread dough when it is very hydrated. I like that it is metal. I always wash it by hand since they warn you in the instructions that it will turn dark in the dishwasher.

Questa è la frusta che ho acquistato, purtroppo non ho la foto della frusta che la Klarstein da in dotazione e che è in plastica morbida, perché dopo averla usata una volta, si è subito rotta e l'ho buttata. Io l'ho utilizzata per fare una frolla e non ho neanche concluso il lavoro. Consiglierei alla Klarstein di mettere questa in dotazione, a me ha scocciato molto spendere 26,00 euro dopo solo 2 settimane che avevo in casa la planetaria e al primo uso della frusta in questione. Se dovessi recensire la Klarstein toglierei 2 stelle.

This is the whisk I purchased, unfortunately I don't have a photo of the whisk that Klarstein provides and which is made of soft plastic, because after using it once, it immediately broke and I threw it away. I used it to make shortcrust pastry and I didn't even finish the job. I would recommend Klarstein to include this one in the kit, I was really annoyed to spend 26.00 euros after only 2 weeks of having the planetary mixer at home and the first time I used the whisk in question. If I had to review Klarstein I would remove 2 stars.

Mi sono trovata meglio,la frusta nuova e’ dello stesso materiale del gancio compreso il chiodino che e’ fisso e non movibile come la frusta in dotazione portando in difficoltà l’incastro. Grazie

I found it better, the new whip is made of the same material as the hook including the nail which is fixed and not movable like the whip supplied making it difficult to fit. Thanks

Ce l'abbiamo ormai da 4 anni, e svolge il suo lavoro egregiamente. La usiamo regolarmente per impastare pane e pizza. E' facilmente smontabile per la pulizia, e dotata di accessori per i vari tipi d'impasto. Ha anche un'ottima frusta che monta la panna divinamente. Direi che vale tutti i soldi spesi. Consiglio l'acquisto.

We've had it for four years now, and it does its job perfectly. We use it regularly for bread and pizza dough. It's easy to disassemble for cleaning, and comes with accessories for different types of dough. It also has an excellent whisk that whips cream beautifully. I'd say it's worth every penny. I recommend purchasing it.

Questo si è robusto mica quello di plastica che è in dotazione nella planetaria!!! Ho dovuto pagare più questa foglia da sola che per tutta l'impastatrice non è giusto se c"è un difetto correggetelo non sono la prima che ha dovuto ricomprare il pezzo !!!

This is sturdy, not the plastic one that comes with the planetary mixer!!! I had to pay more for this leaf alone than for the whole mixer. It's not fair. If there's a defect, fix it. I'm not the first one who had to buy the piece again!!!

Nachdem unser 35(!) Jahre alter Mixer den Geist aufgegeben hatte, waren wir auf der Suche nach Ersatz. Ein vernünftiger Handmixer kostet auch um die 50,-€, deshalb fanden wir diese Küchenmaschine im Preis so super, um es mal mit so einem Teil zu versuchen. Hatten schon viel im Bekanntenkreis von der tollen Unterstützung durch Küchenmaschinen gehört und wollten aber für unseren "Erstversuch" nicht gleich zu viel investieren. Waren erst skeptisch,- aber das ist völlig unbegründet.Wir sind von dieser Küchenmaschine echt begeistert. Haben Sie erst gut 3 Wochen im Gebrauch, aber in der Zeit wurden schon 5 Kuchen damit gebacken:-), was wir sonst nie machen.... Optimal für Hefeteig. Die 1200kW Leistung spürt man schon in der ersten Geschwindigkeitsstufe. Sie steht fest durch die Saugnäpfe. Haben auch Hackfleisch für Klopse darin angerührt,- schafft sie ohne Probleme. Kartoffelbrei geht super. Sie ist echt eine große Hilfe. Natürlich ist sie ein wenig laut..., aber die Leistung muss ja irgendwoher kommen.Uns gefällt auch, dass sie relativ klein ist und trotzdem alles packt.Einziges Manko ist der Knethaken. Dieser ist leider aus Alu. Hab ihn letzten versehentlich in die Spülmaschine und er ist dadurch natürlich nicht mehr so toll glänzend anzusehen. Das ist schade. Edelstahl oder ähnliches Material wäre da besser.Wir haben uns auch eine Ersatzschüssel für gute 30,-€ nachgekauft. Hier steht aber der Preis der Ersatzschüssel nicht wirklich gut im Verhältnis zur neuen Küchenmaschine, die knapp 90,-€ kostet...Auf jeden Fall empfehlen wir die Maschine gerne weiter!

After our 35-year-old mixer finally gave up the ghost, we were looking for a replacement. A decent hand mixer costs around €50, so we thought this food processor was such a great deal at this price point to give it a try. We'd heard so much from friends and family about the amazing help food processors can provide, but we didn't want to invest too much for our "first attempt." We were initially skeptical, but that was completely unfounded. We're absolutely thrilled with this food processor. We've only been using it for about three weeks, but we've already baked five cakes with it :-), something we never normally do... It's perfect for yeast dough. You can feel the 1200kW power even at the lowest speed setting. It's very stable thanks to the suction cups. We've also used it to mix ground meat for meatballs – it handles it without any problems. Mashed potatoes are a breeze. It's a real lifesaver. Of course, it's a bit loud... but the power has to come from somewhere. We also like that it's relatively small yet still manages everything. The only drawback is the dough hook. Unfortunately, it's made of aluminum. I accidentally put it in the dishwasher last time, and as a result, it's not as shiny anymore. That's a shame. Stainless steel or a similar material would be better. We also bought a replacement bowl for a good €30. However, the price of the replacement bowl doesn't really compare favorably to the new food processor, which costs almost €90... In any case, we'd happily recommend the machine!

Gancio per impastatrice. L'ho dovuto acquistare in quanto ho messo in lavastoviglie l'originale acquistato con la planetaria..... fa il suo dovere. Consiglio sia il gancio che la planetaria Klarstein, che uso senza problemi da alcuni anni.

Dough hook. I had to buy this because I put the original one I bought with my stand mixer in the dishwasher... it does its job. I recommend both the hook and the Klarstein stand mixer, which I've been using without any problems for several years.

Ich backe für mein Leben gern. Und ich steh total auf das Retro Design. Die Kitchen Aid ist mir leider viiiel zu teuer, also habe ich mich entschieden mir diese hier zuzulegen. Ich habe Sie jetzt seit ungefähr 6 oder 7 Wochen und schon einige Male benutzt, daher kann ich dann jetzt auch meinen Senf dazu geben.Das Design ist wirklich total hübsch. Das Rot ist genau wie auf dem Bild und in meiner 50's Küche macht sie ordentlich was her. Die Handhabung ist wirklich einfach. Schüssel, Schneebesen und Spritzschutz lassen sich einfach anbringen und abnehmen. Schüssel und Spritzschutz sind spülmaschinengeeignet, die Rühraufsätze muss man mit der Hand reinigen. Aber auch das geht schnell.Die Maschine ist tatsächlich sehr laut, aber sie hat halt auch ordentlich Power. Ich backe viel mit Vollkornmehl und habe sehr oft sehr feste Teige, da tut sie sich gar nicht schwer mit. Und mein altes Handrührgerät war noch einen Ticken lauter, also kann ich da wohl mit leben.Der Eischnee mit durch die Maschine wird so fest, dass man mit ihm bald Löcher in die Wände werfen kann :-). Das ist toll für Kuchen und Torten, weil sie durch diesen Eischnee unheimlich locker und fluffig werden.Die Maschine ist auch sehr einfach zu bedienen, man muss nicht erst einen dicken Wälzer lesen um mit dem Backen anfangen zu können. Die Saugknöpfe unter der Maschine geben ihr einen sehr festen Halt, da wackelt selbst bei der höchsten Stufe nix.Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Einziges Manko war bei der Lieferung: der Verkäufer hat per DPD versandt. Obwohl ich zu Hause war, haben die nicht mal geklingelt, sondern gleich einen Zettel in den Briefkasten gepackt. Die Weiterleitung an den DPD Paketshop ist leider nie erfolgt, und wenn ich nicht einen Bekannten hätte der bei DPD arbeitet und mir eine interne Nummer zugesteckt hat, wäre sie wohl zurück gegangen.

I absolutely love baking. And I'm totally into retro design. The KitchenAid is way too expensive for me, so I decided to get this one. I've had it for about six or seven weeks now and have used it several times, so I can finally share my experience. The design is really lovely. The red is exactly as pictured, and it looks fantastic in my 1950s-style kitchen. It's really easy to use. The bowl, whisk, and splash guard are easy to attach and remove. The bowl and splash guard are dishwasher safe, but the beaters have to be washed by hand. But that's quick, too. The machine is indeed very loud, but it's got plenty of power. I bake a lot with whole wheat flour and often have very stiff doughs, and it handles them with ease. My old hand mixer was even a tad louder, so I can live with that. The egg whites whipped in the machine become so stiff you could practically punch holes in the walls with them! This is great for cakes and tarts because the meringue makes them incredibly light and fluffy. The machine is also very easy to use; you don't have to read a thick manual before you can start baking. The suction cups on the bottom of the machine give it a very firm grip; nothing wobbles, even at the highest setting. All in all, a clear recommendation to buy. The only drawback was with the delivery: the seller shipped via DPD. Although I was home, they didn't even ring the doorbell but simply left a note in the mailbox. The package was never forwarded to the DPD parcel shop, and if I didn't have an acquaintance who works at DPD and gave me an internal tracking number, it probably would have been returned.
