Kann mich den vorangegangenen Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Bei mir hat der Aufbau in 2,5h geklappt. Das elektrische Schiebedach läuft Butterweich. Die Qualität übertrifft den Preis. Von mir gibt es für das Pavillon einen Daumen hoch

I can't agree with the previous reviews. I managed to assemble it in 2.5 hours. The electric sunroof operates smoothly. The quality exceeds the price. I give this gazebo a thumbs up.

Malgré un retard de livraison de 6 jours, le produit est de bonne qualité, seul petit problème : le manque de précisions de la notice surtout pour trouver le bouton sur le moteur pour la mise en marche (la photo n'est pas lisible). Enfin avec de la persévérance j'y suis arrivé).

Despite a 6-day delivery delay, the product is of good quality. The only minor issue is the lack of clarity in the instructions, especially regarding the location of the power button on the motor (the photo is unclear). However, with some perseverance, I eventually figured it out.

la tonnelle quand enfin on a réussi a la monter est très belle, mais la société Electronic Star, ne comptez par sur eux pour vous aider.1° problème d'engrenage qui empêchait le moteur de tourner normalement, la société nous rembourse 160 euros, on appelle un artisant qui a simplement "limer" les engrenages2° fermeture de la tonnelle, elle se bloquait en cours de chemin, j'envoie un mail on me répond "pas de service après vente", or il suffisait de savoir qu'en dessous du moteur avec un mini tournevis, on appuyait pour la mise en marche, ca ils auraient pu l'expliquer par retour de mon mail.Je trouve scandaleux leur réaction, c'et un de nos amis qui a trouvé ce qu'il fallait faire, mais je ne félicité pas cette société

The gazebo, once we finally managed to assemble it, is very beautiful, but don't count on Electronic Star for any help. First, there was a problem with a gear that prevented the motor from turning normally. The company reimbursed us 160 euros. We called a craftsman who simply filed down the gears. Second, when closing the gazebo, it would jam. I sent an email and received the reply "no after-sales service." Yet, all they had to do was know that you could press a small screwdriver underneath the motor to activate it. They could have explained this in a reply to my email. I find their reaction outrageous. It was a friend who figured out what to do, but I certainly don't congratulate this company.
