A great grilling experience: the Klarstein Beef Brisket smoker grill offers all the delights of a real barbecue, in the comfort of your own home. Whether you want to grill, smoke or even do both at the same time with the Beef Brisket is up to you.
As such, not only can you grill normally on the grate, you can also slowly cook for several hours, bake or smoke. For this, the Beef Brisket features two separate grill chambers. In the small chamber, the wood can be ignited, the smoke passes through a connecting pipe in the large barbecue chamber in order to gently and slowly cook meat, fish or vegetables there to give him a unique smoky flavour. If so desired, food can be grilled here at the same time. A thermometer on the lid always shows the temperature inside, keeping you always up to date.
Those who prefer to do without the typical taste of smoke can, of course, also cook exclusively with direct heat. The Beef Brisket grill is also excellently suited for this. With a size of 60 x 39 cm, lots of food fits on the grill grids. After preparation, they are also very easy to clean thanks to the stainless steel. A chrome shelf can be used to keep food warm.
The device’s sturdy frame provides the grill with a secure footing and lifts it to a comfortable working height. With the help of the two attached floor rollers, it can also be easily moved. For protection against adverse weather conditions and contamination, a cover can be purchased that reliably protects the grill with its strong fabric (item 10033461).
