The burners are really strong, it is a beautiful product. The unique problem I had was that SnapJetIgnition system stopped working after about 4 weeks, for this reason, I cannot give it 5 stars.

Haben es schon jetzt für den Sommer bestellt und natürlich wollten wir auch wissen ob es so funktioniert wie es soll. Und was sollen wir sagen? Es klappt. Die Anleitung war schnell studiert und dann konnte es auch schon los gehen. Klar im Vorfeld mussten wir es noch zusammen bauen - aber das war auch kein Thema. Es hatte ungefähr eine halbe Stunde gedauert und lief auch ohne Probleme. Der Grill ist wirklich gut und vielseitig einsetzbar. Auch die Reinigung im Anschluss klappte ohne Probleme. Da kann wirklich der Sommer kommen. Wir sind bereit.

We've already ordered it for the summer, and of course we wanted to know if it works as intended. And what can we say? It works. We quickly studied the instructions, and then we were ready to go. Sure, we had to assemble it beforehand—but that wasn't a problem. It took about half an hour and worked without a hitch. The grill is really good and versatile. Cleaning it afterwards was also problem-free. Summer really can come. We're ready.

Seitenteile sind nicht klappbar, die Hälfte der Grillroste fehlte. Bis heute nicht geliefert. (3 Wochen her ) 11 Kilo Gasflasche passt nicht. Nur 5 Kilo, obwohl 11 Kilo angegeben war. Schlechte Erreichbarkeit der Firma.

The side panels aren't foldable, and half of the grill grates were missing. Still not delivered today (3 weeks ago). The 11-kg gas cylinder doesn't fit. Only 5 kg, even though 11 kg was specified. The company is difficult to reach.

Der Gasgrill ist nicht so gut verarbeitet es gebt viele scharfe kanten und beim putzen muss man aufpassen das man sich nicht in die Finger schneit die Edelstahl ablagefläche deformierte sich von der Hitze und springt aus der Fassung .

The gas grill is not very well made; there are lots of sharp edges and you have to be careful not to cut your fingers when cleaning it. The stainless steel shelf has become deformed by the heat and is popping out of its socket.

Ich habe diesen Grill für 199,99 Euro erstanden.Für diesen Preis kann man nicht mehr verlangen.Er ist sehr leicht gebaut,so das man beim zusammenbauen Angst hat ob dieses Teil auch wirklich stabil ist.Aber nach der Montage war nichts mehr wackelig.Das Packet kam zwar beschädigt an,aber es waren alle Teile in Ordnung.Leider fehlten bei der Montage Teile.Nach in Kenntnis setzen des Herstellers bekam ich zur Antwort das diese Teile nicht im Lager vorhanden seien,und bot mir 10 Euro Nachlass an.Das fand ich sehr anständig,hilft aber den Kunden absolut nicht weiter da es keine Ersatzteile im freien Handel für dieses Produkt gibt und es eine Standartantwort des Herstellers bei fehlenden Teilen ist.Der Grill war in zwei Stunden alleine aufgebaut und hatte sonst keine weitern Fehler.Er heizt in zehn Minuten bis ca 220 grad auf was völlig ok ist.Braucht man mehr Hitze kann man die hinteren Lüftungsschlitze noch etwas mit Aluminiumfolie abdecken.Das quallitativ hochwertigste waren für mich die massiven Gussrosten,die das Leichtgewicht sehr aufwerten.Sie halten sehr gut die Hitze und sind auch sehr leicht in der Spülmaschiene zu reinigen.Alles in allen würde ich diesen Grill für einen Preis von 200 Euro wieder kaufen wenn der Hersteller seine Quallitätskontrolle endlich in den Griff bekommt und seine Ware vollständig ausliefert.MfG

I bought this grill for €199.99. You can't ask for more for that price. It's so lightweight, so much so that when you put it together, you're worried about whether it's actually stable. But after assembly, nothing was wobbly anymore. The package arrived damaged, but all the parts were in good condition. Unfortunately, some parts were missing during assembly. After contacting the manufacturer, I received a response that these parts weren't in stock and offered me a €10 discount. I thought that was very reasonable, but it doesn't help the customer at all, as there are no spare parts available for this product in the open market, and it's a standard manufacturer response when parts are missing. I assembled the grill by myself in two hours and had no other problems. It heats up to about 220 degrees Celsius in ten minutes, which is perfectly fine. If you need more heat, you can cover the rear ventilation slots with aluminum foil. The highest quality for me were the solid cast iron grates, which greatly enhance the lightweight design. They retain heat very well and are also very easy to clean in the dishwasher. All in all, I would buy this grill again for the price of 200 euros if the manufacturer finally gets its quality control under control and delivers its products in full. Best regards
