Die Bestellungen sind echt ohne Probleme bei Euch durchzuführen.Die Lieferung bestand aus zwei Kartons, wobei einer am Freitag und der zweite am Dienstag nach dem Wochenende geliefert wurde. Also, 4. Tage warten um mit der Montage bzw. den Zusammenbau der Schaukel zu beginnen. Wie oben schon erwähnt, ist die Anleitung für den Zusammenbau sehr dürftig.Die Bilder der Schrauben und Anordnungen der Gestänge ist sehr schwer zu erkennen. Weiters sind manche Bohrlöcher für das Grundgestell ungenau gebohrt sodass die Schrauben an der Hinterseite nicht herauskommen um mit der Mutter diese zu befestigen. Die angeschweißten Muttern am Grundgerät sind mit zu dicken Schweißpunkten angebracht. Diese Punkte musste ich mit der Feile nachbearbeiten ( trotz fester Schrauben waren die Rohre locker) um die Rohre mit den Schrauben zubefestigen. Die Anzahl der Schrauben und Scheiben stimmen auch nicht. Eine Schraube zu wenig, manche bleiben nach der Montage sogar übrig. Die Plastik Abdeckkappen für die Muttern springen von selbst wieder ab. Sind also nicht die passenden dafür. Dann die Stange für das Sonnendach in der Mitte ist viel zu lang ( mindestens 1,5 cm ). Diese ist nur mit Gewalt zu montieren, danach bekommt man sie niemals wieder heraus. Aber nun steht sie und ist gebrauchsfertig.MfGW. PavlicekDas Dach ist derart gespannt, das man meint die Nähte des Stoffes zerreißen jeden Moment.

Ordering from you is really easy. The delivery consisted of two boxes, one arriving on Friday and the second on Tuesday after the weekend. So, a four-day wait to begin assembling the swing. As mentioned above, the assembly instructions are very poor. The pictures of the screws and the arrangement of the rods are very difficult to see. Furthermore, some of the holes for the base frame are drilled inaccurately, so the screws don't protrude from the back to be tightened with the nuts. The welded nuts on the base frame are attached with welds that are too thick. I had to file these welds down (even with the screws tightened, the tubes were still loose) to secure the tubes with the screws. The number of screws and washers is also incorrect. There's one screw missing, and some are even left over after assembly. The plastic caps for the nuts pop off on their own. They're not the right ones. Then the pole for the sunshade in the middle is much too long (at least 1.5 cm). It can only be installed with force, and once it's in place, you'll never get it out again. Absolutnie odradzam kupowanie w tym sklepie. Otrzymałem towar w zupełnie innym kolorze niż zamawiałem. Kontakt ze sklepem wyglada tak, ze ciagle jestem oszukiwany. Mija 3 tygodnie i nie mogę się doprosić ani wymiany ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Nie narażajcie się na nerwy i kupcie gdzie indziej.

I absolutely advise against buying from this store. I received the goods in a completely different color than I ordered. Contact with the store is like this: I am constantly being cheated. 3 weeks have passed and I can't ask for an exchange or refund. Don't get nervous and buy elsewhere.

Très bon produit de bonne qualité et solide.Par contre, l'assise n'est pas très large, et un peu trop basse . Les coussins sont très confortables et moelleux, et très imperméables, mais fixé avec un velcro qui a tendance à se detacher.Mais très satisfaite de ce produit que je recommande.

A very good, high-quality, and sturdy product. However, the seat isn't very wide and is a bit too low. The cushions are very comfortable, soft, and waterproof, but they're attached with Velcro which tends to come undone. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and I recommend it.

Très jolie balancelle, solide , stable le seul petit bémol s'est quand ont l'allonge en lit ont sent l'armature au milieu quand ont est allongé, mais dans l'ensemble satisfaite , notice en allemand et anglais mais bien expliquer sur les croquis donc ça ne gène pas pour le montage et il y a des étiquettes avec les lettres sur les armatures et le paquet de vis donc très facile pour le montage

A very pretty swing, sturdy and stable. The only slight drawback is that when you recline it into a bed, you can feel the frame in the middle when you're lying down. But overall, I'm satisfied. The instructions are in German and English, but they're well explained with diagrams, so it doesn't hinder assembly. There are also labels with letters on the frame and the package of screws, making assembly very easy.

Stabile Ausführung aber die Sitzhöhe ist für Normalverbraucher viel zu niedrig um komfortabel eingestuft zu werden. Ferner ist die Bodenbreite unnötig zu breit.

Komfortabel, schönes Design - das war es schon... Lackierung, nein, die Pulverbeschichtung, wurde bereits beim Verpacken an einigen Stellen beschädigt. Auf Anfrage beim Vertreiber hat man mich vertröstet und schließlich gar nicht mehr geantwortet. Die Kunststoffteile ( Dach und Fixieren der Lehne in Liegeposition ) werden wohl nicht lange halten. Gesamteindruck: Konzept prima, erster Eindruck klasse, beim zweiten Hinschauen: Ernüchterung. Wer einen Drang, dies und jenes zu Verbessern verspürt und es auch noch kann, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. PRC-Ware, vom deutschen Vertreiber wird im Schadensfalle wohl kein Beistand zu erwarten sein.

Comfortable, beautiful design - that's about it... Paintwork, no, the powder coating, was already damaged in a few places during packaging. When I asked the distributor, they put me off and finally didn't answer at all. The plastic parts (roof and fixing the backrest in the lying position) will probably not last long. Overall impression: Great concept, great first impression, second glance: disillusionment. Anyone who feels an urge to improve this and that and is still able to do so has come to the right place. PRC goods, no assistance can be expected from the German distributor in the event of damage.

Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell in zwei Paketen. Der Aufbau hat ein bisschen gedauert. Teilweise Kratzer am Gestänge. Farbe eher hellgrau. Passt jedoch zu unserem Pavillon. Sieht einigermaßen stabil aus, ob es jedoch drei Personen aushält hab ich so meine Zweifel. Die Sitzfläche ist ziemlich schmal und auch nicht sehr hoch. Nichts für größere Personen. Würde beim nächsten Kauf auf eine größere Sitzfläche achten, da man nur darauf liegen kann wenn die Sitzfläche umgeklappt wurde, außer man ist klein und schmal. Die Sitzkissen sind soweit bequem, rutschen jedoch immer vor. Für den Preis OK.

The delivery was quick in two packages. The construction took a little while. Partial scratches on the linkage. Color rather light grey. However, it fits our pavilion. Looks reasonably stable, but I have my doubts as to whether it can withstand three people. The seat is quite narrow and not very high. Nothing for larger people. Would pay attention to a larger seat next time, because you can only lie on it when the seat is folded down, unless you are small and narrow. The seat cushions are so far comfortable, but always slide forward. OK for the price.
