Haben uns diese Anlage eigentlich als neuen Radiowecker gekauft. Da wir im Schlafzimmer eingebaute Boxen in der Decke haben, dachten wir das passt genau für uns. Diese Gerät ist super leicht zu installieren und funktioniert einwandfrei!! Auch der Klang ist toll. Da wir davon so überzeugt waren - innerhalb der ersten Stunden - habe wir das selbe Gerät für das nächste Zimmer gleich noch einmal gekauft. Aus unserer Sicht voll zu empfehlen!!

We actually bought this system as a new radio alarm clock. Since we have built-in boxes in the ceiling in the bedroom, we thought this would be perfect for us. This device is super easy to install and works perfectly!! The sound is great too. Since we were so convinced - within the first few hours - we immediately bought the same device again for the next room. From our point of view fully recommended!

Als begeisterter Boxenbauer suchte ich noch das passende Steuergerät, welches ich in diesem Produkt fand. Die Installation war absolut kein Problem, da ich diese Bedienoberfläche bereits vom IR 100 kenne. Natürlich kommen hier noch weitere Funktionen hinzu, so z.B.mehr Klangeinstellmöglichkeiten. Die Loudnessfunktion ist zu kräftig, zumindest wenn ich über meine Boxen höre, außerdem berücksichtigt diese nur die Anhebung der Tiefen. Es gibt jedoch auch speziell voreingestellte Klangbilder, welche für die Boxen des gleichen Herstellers ausgelegt sind, eine von denen passte, dort werden Höhen und Tiefen schmalbandig und nur leicht angehoben, sodass sich auch bei geringer Lautstärke ein angenehmes Klangbild ergibt. Ich betreibe dieses Universalgerät am Nachttisch, als Referenz für die Uhr habe ich Internet eingestellt. Das ist dann auch das Vorzugsprogramm; ich lasse mich mit einem Programm auf DAB+ wecken und abends mit empfange ich dann automatisch wieder Internetradio. Prima Sache ! CD-Spieler & UKW - Radio laufen ebenfalls problemlos. Mit 2 x 40 Watt wird auch die Beschallung einer Gartenparty kein Problem sein ! Mit der Fernbedienung lassen sich übrigens 20 Sender abspeichern.

As an enthusiastic speaker builder, I was still looking for the right control unit, which I found in this product. The installation was absolutely no problem, since I already know this user interface from the IR 100. Of course, there are more functions here, such as more sound settings. The loudness function is too powerful, at least when I listen through my speakers, and it only takes into account the bass boost. However, there are also specially preset sound patterns that are designed for the speakers from the same manufacturer, one of which fit, the highs and lows are narrow-banded and only slightly raised, so that a pleasant sound pattern results even at low volume. I operate this universal device at the bedside table, as a reference for the clock I have set the Internet. This is then also the preferred program; I wake up to a program on DAB+ and then automatically receive Internet radio again in the evening. Great thing! CD player & FM radio also run smoothly. With 2 x 40 watts, the sound reinforcement of a garden party will not be a problem! Incidentally, the remote control can be used to store 20 stations.

Der Brüllwürfel ackert wirklich hart und entspricht seit jetzt 2 Monaten voll meinen Erwartungen. Sehr gut zu bewerten: + alles in einer Kiste ( DAB, Internetradio, Blutooth, USB, CD, Spotify, Netzwerkplayer), jetzt müsste man noch Amazon Music verbinden können, das wäre perfekt + der Verstärker hat für ein mittelgroßes Zimmer genügend Reserven, meine KEF Boxen klingen daran angeschlossen hervorragend (ich hab allerdings das bassbetonte Rock-Preset geladen, sonst wär's etwas dünn). Ein paar Klangregler wären noch nett. + das Netzwerk verbindet sich sofort und auch die Blutooth Verbindung ist einwandfrei + Das Display kann die Uhrzeit auch im Standby anzeigen, aber auch ausgeschaltet werden (in Zimmern in denen geschlafen wird notwendig) Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: - wenn ich Musik von meinem NAS abspielen will, muss ich mich immer wieder durch den gesamten Pfad hangeln. Da wäre ein Favorit gut. - zusammen mit dem Lautstärkeknopf dreht sich auch der Einschaltknopf und Play/Pause Knopf. Das heißt, diese sind immer an anderer Position - das Display dürfte etwas größer sein Das sind Kleinigkeiten, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Features aber auch der Qualität des Gerätes (natürlich noch kein Lebensdauertest nach 8 Wochen).

The Howler Cube works really hard and has fully met my expectations for 2 months now. To rate very well: + everything in one box (DAB, Internet radio, Blutooth, USB, CD, Spotify, network player), now you should still be able to connect Amazon Music, that would be perfect + the amplifier has enough reserves for a medium-sized room, in my opinion KEF boxes sound great when connected to it (I loaded the bass-heavy rock preset, though, otherwise it would be a bit thin). A few tone controls would be nice. + the network connects immediately and the Blutooth connection is also flawless + the display can also show the time in standby, but can also be switched off (necessary in rooms where people sleep) Small suggestions for improvement: - if I want to play music from my NAS, I have to keep shimmying my way through the entire path. A favorite would be good. - the power button and play/pause button rotate together with the volume button. This means that they are always in a different position - the display could be a little larger. These are small things, I am very satisfied with the features but also with the quality of the device (of course no lifespan test after 8 weeks).

Eigentlich gutes Teil klang gut etc. Macht Spaß Aber es schält sich häufig von alleine an ? Was könnte das sein ? Drehe es mittlerweile einfach auf mute, es geht an obwohl niemand im Haus ist....

Actually a good part sounded good etc. It's fun But it often turns on by itself? What could that be ? Just turn it on mute now, it goes on even though nobody is in the house....
