A la fois robuste et esthétique et finalement assez facile à nettoyer. Les deux surfaces indépendantes électriquement nous permettent d avoir la puissance désirée tout en préservant la consommation électrique. Encore bravo au service commercial qui suite a un litige avec le transporteur (totalement indépendant de klarstein) à été irréprochable !

Both robust and aesthetically pleasing, and surprisingly easy to clean. The two electrically independent heating surfaces allow us to have the desired power output while minimizing energy consumption. Kudos again to the customer service team who, following a dispute with the carrier (completely independent of Klarstein), were impeccable!

Compte tenu de son poids, j'ai découvert lors du déballage que cet ustensile avait certainement reçu un coup sur la façade.Je n'ai pas pu vous le renvoyer car beaucoup trop lourd pour moi à manipuler il m'aurait fallu de l'aide que je n'avais pas.C'est dommage!Le fonctionnement n'est pas endommagé fort heureusement, j'ai testé la cuisson de la viande rouge qui est très bonne, pas encore celle des légumes .Je vous donnerai u ne appréciation des légumes plus tard.Il fait très chaud chez moi (NICE), et cuisiner à l'extérieur est difficile.Je reviendrai vers vous plus tard.

Given its weight, I discovered upon unpacking that this utensil had clearly been damaged on the front. I couldn't return it because it was far too heavy for me to handle; I would have needed help, which I didn't have. It's a shame! Fortunately, it doesn't function properly. I tested it with red meat, which turned out very well, but I haven't tested it with vegetables yet. I'll give you my assessment of the vegetables later. It's very hot where I live (Nice), and cooking outside is difficult. I'll get back to you later.

Kam gut verpackt an. Schon getestet, Ergebnis war super,da ich keinen Rauchgeschmack am Fleisch mag. Nur mit dem Reinigen bin ich mir noch unsicher.

It arrived well packaged. I've already tested it, and the result was great, as I don't like a smoky taste on my meat. I'm just still unsure about cleaning it.

Ottimo prodotto, facile da montare e da utilizzare.Le piastre in acciaio inox sono facilissime da pulire dopo l'utilizzo ed inoltre c'è la possibilità di regolare 2 diverse temperature.Abbiamo provato ad arrostire sia carne che verdure ed il risultato è stato eccezionale.Le pratiche protezioni antischizzo e la ridotta quantità di fumo emesso, permettono di utilizzare la piastra anche in ambienti chiusi, oppure in balcone, senza disturbare i vicini.Spedizione arrivata in anticipo sui tempi previsti, ottimo imballaggio. Peso non eccessivo.

Excellent product, easy to assemble and use. The stainless steel plates are very easy to clean after use, and you can also adjust two different temperatures. We tried roasting both meat and vegetables, and the results were exceptional. The practical splash guards and the reduced amount of smoke emitted allow you to use the grill indoors or on the balcony without disturbing the neighbors. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule, excellent packaging. Not excessively heavy.

Da wir totale Teppanyaki Liebhaber sind, haben wir uns für diesen Elektrogrill entschieden. Der Grill kam sehr schnell an und war gut verpackt. Beim Auspacken ist direkt aufgefallen, das der Grill sehr schwer ist. Das liegt an dem Material. Die Grillfläche ist aus 10mm dicken Material. Das heisst also wenn man kein Geld mehr hat geht man damit zum Schrotti und bekommt ein kleines Vermögen ;o) Aufgrund des hohen Gewichts und den gummierten Füßen an der Unterseite steht der Grill sehr stabil. Der Grill wurde ca. 15 min aufgeheizt , damit die Beschichtungsrückstände entfernt werden. Das Gerät hat 2 Heizzonen welche man getrennt temperieren kann. Die erfolgt über zwei Temperaturregler. Es sind 2 Lampen am Gerät welche anzeigen ob die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht wurde oder er noch aufheizt. Was noch wichtig zu erwähnen wäre, ist , das man 2 Steckdosen benötigt, die auch einiges zulassen müssen(2x2200 W). Als Zugabe gibt es noch 2 Spachtel dazu mit welchem man das Grillgut wenden oder auch schneiden kann. Wir haben bisher schon Steaks, Fisch, Reis , Ei, Würstchen gegrillt und es war immer ein Genuss. Wir sind hellauf begeistert von diesem Grill und empfehlen diesen weiter.

Since we are total teppanyaki lovers, we decided on this electric grill. The grill arrived very quickly and was well packaged. When unpacking it was immediately noticeable that the grill is very heavy. That's because of the material. The grill surface is made of 10mm thick material. So that means if you don't have any more money, you go to scrap and get a small fortune ;o) Due to the high weight and the rubberized feet on the underside, the grill is very stable. The grill was heated up for approx. 15 minutes so that the coating residues were removed. The device has 2 heating zones which can be tempered separately. This is done via two temperature controllers. There are 2 lamps on the device which indicate whether the desired temperature has been reached or whether it is still heating up. What is still important to mention is that you need 2 sockets, which also have to allow a lot (2x2200 W). As an encore, there are 2 spatulas with which you can turn or cut the food to be grilled. We have grilled steaks, fish, rice, eggs, sausages and it was always a pleasure. We are absolutely thrilled with this grill and recommend it to others.

This is due to the material; the grilling surface is made of 10mm thick material. So, if you're short on cash, you can take it to the scrap yard and make a small fortune ;o) Thanks to its weight and the rubberized feet on the bottom, the grill is very stable. We heated the grill for about 15 minutes to remove any coating residue. The appliance has two heating zones that can be controlled separately via two temperature knobs. There are two indicator lights on the device that show whether the desired temperature has been reached or if it's still heating up. It's also important to mention that you need two power outlets that can handle a significant load (2 x 2200 W). As an added bonus, it comes with two spatulas for turning or cutting the food. We've already grilled steaks, fish, rice, eggs, and sausages, and it's always been delicious. We are absolutely thrilled with this grill and highly recommend it.
