Das Raclettegerät ist super! Haben es schon zweimal ausprobiert und die ganze Familie findet es toll. Es geht schneller als gedacht, aber haben nebenbei trotzdem noch ein normales Raclettegerät. Die Handhabung ist auch sehr einfach, macht einfach Spaß damit! Natürlich weiß ich noch nicht wie die Qualität über mehrere Monate/Jahre ist, aber bis jetzt habe ich nichts zu bemängeln!

The raclette machine is great! Have tried it twice and the whole family loves it. It's faster than expected, but we still have a normal raclette machine. It's also very easy to use, just have fun with it! Of course I don't know how the quality is over several months/years, but so far I have nothing to complain about!

Sehr wacklig und vielleicht für höchstens zwei Personen. Der Käse braucht ewig bis er geschmolzen ist. Auch wenn man nur ne Scheibe macht. Leider. Sonst wäre es okay.

Das Gerät ist gut verarbeitet. Da kann man nicht meckern. Auch das es bei einem Brenner länger dauert, bis man mal wieder an der Reihe ist, ist auch völlig ok. Racletten hat ja was mit Gemütlichkeit zu tun. Leider ist die Leistung nicht wie erwartet. Der Käse wird nicht mal ansatzweise kross oben, egal wie lange dieser unter dem Brenner liegt. Der Käse wird nur weicher und mehr auch nicht. Sehr schade. Dann bleib ich doch lieber bei meinem alten Pfännchen-Raclette.

The device is well made. You cant complain. The fact that it takes longer with a burner before it's your turn again is also completely ok. Raclette has something to do with comfort. Unfortunately, the performance is not as expected. The cheese doesn't even begin to crisp up, no matter how long it's under the burner. The cheese just gets softer and nothing more. Too bad. Then I'd rather stick with my old pan raclette.

I am very satisfied of this tool. I gave it as a present to my husband who tried it at a Christmas market and was in love with it since. The piece of cheese is well hold and don’t slide down, it is practical to slide the melted cheese on your plate as the tray turns and bends. We are 4 people and it works well for us, the waiting time is just perfect. I advice maybe a bigger model if you are a bigger amount of people. It is solid and a good purchase for this money.

So ein Raclettegrill hat schon was für sich. Wir wollten Raclette einfach mal anders, ursprünglicher, also ungefähr so wie es die Schweizer machen und wir wurde nicht enttäuscht! Der Zusammenbau des Gerätes ist recht einfach, die richtige Handhabung muss ein wenig geübt werden. Sobald das Gerät zusammen gebaut ist einfach an den Strom anschließen und los geht's. Ein ordentliches Stück Raclettekäse auf die Metallaplatte (keine Scheiben, das wird nix!), ideal sind rechteckige Käsestücke. Und dann warten bis der Käse schmilzt. Wenn eine Schicht geschmolzen ist dreht man die Metallplatte etwas raus, nimmt ein langes Messer oder einen Schaber, ein gutes Stück Brot (am liebsten gutes frisches Bauernbrot) und schiebt die geschmolzene Schicht Käse direkt aufs Brot. Wie schon erwähnt, es muss geübt werden, denn dass ist nicht ganz so einfach da der Käse ja auch an den Seiten herunterläuft und die Metallplatte nur am Griff festgehalten werden kann. Aber nach kurzer Zeit klappt das auch! Natürlich braucht man Geduld und für viele Mitesser wäre dieses Gerät eher nicht geeignet weil es halt doch dauert bis der Käse schmilzt (wir waren zu dritt, da ging es). Sehr sinnvoll ist die Höhenverstellung und Schrägstellung der Metallplatte damit der Käse auch gleichmäßig wegschmelzen kann. Ebenso gut finde ich den Standfuß, das Gerät an sich ist sehr stabil, der Standfuß ist auch aus Metall und lässt sich leicht reinigen sollte doch mal Käse herunter tropfen. Das einzige was ich als Manko empfinde ist der zu niedrige Rand der Metallplatte. Je mehr der Käse schmilzt desto mehr verläuft er auch an den Seiten, ein höherer Rand zum Auffangen wäre praktischer. Was ich als unnötig bei diesem Gerät empfinde ist die Grillplatte über dem Heizelement. Viel passt sowieso nicht darauf. Mein Fazit: ein echt gutes Gerät ausreichend um in kleiner Runde Raclette zu genießen.

Such a raclette grill has something for itself. We just wanted raclette to be different, more original, roughly the way the Swiss do it, and we weren't disappointed! The assembly of the device is quite simple, the correct handling needs a little practice. Once the device is assembled, simply connect to the power supply and off you go. A decent piece of raclette cheese on the Metalla plate (no slices, that won't work!), rectangular pieces of cheese are ideal. And then wait for the cheese to melt. When a layer has melted, turn the metal plate out a little, take a long knife or scraper, a good piece of bread (preferably good fresh farmhouse bread) and push the melted layer of cheese directly onto the bread. As already mentioned, it has to be practiced, because that's not so easy because the cheese also runs down the sides and the metal plate can only be held by the handle. But after a short time it works! Of course you need patience and this device would not be suitable for many blackheads because it just takes a while for the cheese to melt (there were three of us, it worked). The height adjustment and inclination of the metal plate is very useful so that the cheese can melt away evenly. I also like the base, the device itself is very stable, the base is also made of metal and is easy to clean should cheese drip down. The only thing I see as a shortcoming is that the edge of the metal plate is too low. The more the cheese melts the more it runs down the sides, a higher rim to catch it would be more practical. What I find unnecessary in this device is the grill plate above the heating element. Not much fits anyway. My conclusion: a really good device sufficient to enjoy raclette in a small group.

Wir haben uns dieses Gerät kurzfristig zu Sylvester gekauft. Wir wollten zum Fondue noch ein kleines Highlight haben und es zündet wie ein Feuerwerk. Wir waren 4 Personen und das Gerät hat tadellos funktioniert. Nach der Bestellung habe ich viele Rezensionen gelesen, die die Grillleistung bemängelt haben, dies kann ich nicht bestätigen. Teilweise war der Käse zu schnell fertig, dass wir nicht hinterherkamen (bei 4 Personen)! Reinigung war auch echt simpel. Sind sehr zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Abend!

We bought this device at short notice for New Year's Eve. We wanted to have a little highlight with the fondue and it ignites like fireworks. We were 4 people and the device worked perfectly. After ordering I read many reviews that criticized the grill performance, I can't confirm this. Sometimes the cheese was ready too quickly that we couldn't keep up (with 4 people)! Cleaning was really easy too. Are very satisfied and look forward to the next evening!

Da in erster Linie meine Tochter so gerne Raclette isst, haben wir ihr zu Weihnachten diesen Racelette Grill geschenkt. Der Zusammenbau war kinderleicht. Wir haben ein längliches Stück Käse verwendet und das Ding funktioniert wie es soll. Man kann den Abstand zwischen dem Käse und den Heizwinden oben stufenlos einstellen. Und dann einfach warten, bis der Käse oben hinreichend geschmolzen ist, und dann rausdrehen und abstreichen. Die Liegefläche des Käses lässt sich zur Reinigung auch leicht ausbauen. Das Gerät ist sehr praktisch und für knapp 50,- Euro wirklich toll. Ich kann das Gerät uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Since my daughter loves to eat raclette, we gave her this raclette grill for Christmas. The assembly was easy. We used an oblong piece of cheese and the thing works as it should. You can steplessly adjust the distance between the cheese and the heating coils at the top. And then just wait until the cheese has melted enough on top and then turn it out and scrape it off. The lying surface of the cheese can also be easily removed for cleaning. The device is very practical and really great for just under 50 euros. I can recommend the device unreservedly.

Für den Preis ist das Gerät bzw. die Verarbeitung ok. Geduld beim Essen ist erforderlich, aber für 2 Personen geht es noch mit der Wartezeit. Für uns ist es ideal, und der Käse schmeckt uns so besser als die Scheibenvariante!

Wir hatten uns sehr auf das Gerät gefreut. Allerdings hatte es beim AUspacken schon leiche Macken, vor allem von den Befestigungen an der Ablageplatte. Generell ist das Gerät etwas wackelig. Die Wärmeleistung ist ok, allerdings sollte man nicht mehr als drei Personen sein, sonst wartet man ewig. Aufgrund des doch guten Preises haben wir das Gerät behalten, es gibt aber sicherlich bessere - und wer es häufiger nutzen will, sollte vielleicht doch etwas mehr investieren.

We were really looking forward to the device. However, it already had slight quirks when unpacking, especially the attachments to the shelf. In general, the device is a bit wobbly. The heat output is ok, but you shouldn't be more than three people, otherwise you'll wait forever. Because of the good price, we kept the device, but there are certainly better ones - and if you want to use it more often, you should perhaps invest a little more.

Natürlich nicht mit einem professionellen Gerät vergleichbar, aber für den privaten Gebrauch in Ordnung. Etwas störend ist die Halterung für den Käse. Die Halterung für einen halben Laib Käse passt nicht, aber wenn man den Käse mit Rouladennadeln anspiest und so befestigt, geht es.

Not comparable to a professional device, of course, but fine for private use. The holder for the cheese is a bit annoying. The holder for half a loaf of cheese doesn't fit, but if you pierce the cheese with roulade needles and fasten it like this, it works.

Zugegeben, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Allerdings darf man dafür auch kein „Profigerät“ erwarten. Ich halte die Leistubg für etwas schwach. Es dauert mehrere Minuten bis eine Schicht geschmolzen ist. Bei vier Personen entstehen so zwangsläufig Wartezeiten. Wenn man den Käse etwas gebräunt bevorzugt, muss man schon mind. 5 Minuten warten. Das Gerät kommt in Einzelteilen. Der Zusammenbau ist grundsätzlich nicht kompliziert, allerdings fehlt eine vernünftige Anleitung. Nur ein winziges Bild zeigt in einer Art Explosionszeichnung wo was hinkommt. Machbar aber ausbaufähig. Leider fehlt auch jeder Hinweis bzw der eine oder andere Tipp zur Zubereitung. Gerade für Anfänger wäre das sicherlich nicht schlecht. Das Bild entspricht nicht dem gelieferten Artikel (2G). Mein Gerät hat oben ein offenes Gehäuse mit einer abnehmbaren (Grill?) Platte. Auch dazu fehlt jeder Hinweis in der Anleitung. Für zwei Personen bei gelegentlichen Einsatz völlig in Ordnung. Für größere Gruppen sollte man zu einem leistungsstärkeren Modell greifen...

Admittedly, the price/performance ratio is good. However, one should not expect a “professional device” for this. I think the performance is a bit weak. It takes several minutes for a layer to melt. With four people, waiting times inevitably arise. If you prefer the cheese a little browned, you have to wait at least 5 minutes. The device comes in parts. The assembly is basically not complicated, but there are no reasonable instructions. Only a tiny picture shows where what goes in a kind of exploded drawing. Feasible but expandable. Unfortunately, there is also no information or one or the other tip for the preparation. That would certainly not be bad, especially for beginners. The image does not match the item delivered (2G). My device has an open case at the top with a removable (grill?) panel. There is no indication of this in the instructions either. Perfect for two people for occasional use. For larger groups you should use a more powerful model...

L'hiver, nous aimons bien la raclette et nous en faisons souvent à tel point que notre ancien appareil à coupelles présente des signes d'usures. Puisqu'il faut le remplacer, pourquoi ne pas choisir cet appareil plus typique qui nous faisait envie depuis longtemps. Aussitôt reçu, aussitôt essayé. Je trouve qu'avec cet appareil le fromage est plus savoureux. Cela est probablement du au fait qu'il fond plus lentement et de façon plus régulière. Je n'ai plus acheté des tranches prédécoupées mais du fromage en bloc, ce qui coûte moins cher. De plus, il ne faut plus couper les croûtes, celle-ci servent à ce que le fromage ne coule pas sur le côté. L'appareil est simple à monter. Poser la base sur une table, introduire le support fromage sur l'axe de la partie chauffante et le fixer. Introduire l'axe dans la base et le fixer. Il suffit de régler la position de support en fonction du morceau de fromage. Brancher l'appareil, attention, !e câble est assez court, une allongé sera nécessaire. On règle la température au moyen du thermostat et on remonte le support au fur et à mesure que le fromage diminue. Pour racler, il faut un peu l'habitude et je pense qu'un couteau spécial raclette n'est pas superflu, ce sera mon prochain achat. Le monde d'emploi fourni est en Anglais et Allemand mais l'utilisation n'est vraiment pas compliquée.

Bisher kannte ich Raclette immer nur als das was wohl eher als Partyraclette zu verstehen ist: unten Pfännchen, oben Grillplatte. Der traditionelle Raclette Grill von Klarstein besteht aus einem oben liegenden Heizstab und einer schwenk- und höhenverstellbaren Platte auf den der Käse kommt. Ich habe bisher einen Appenzeller Käseblock und einen mittelalten Gouda ausprobiert. Beide schmelzen sehr gut und relativ schnell. Dennoch tendiere ich geschmacklich eher zum Appenzeller, weil er deftiger im Geschmack ist und dem überbackenen (Kartoffeln, Tomaten, etc.) mehr den klassisch traditionellen Schweizer Geschmack gibt. Das Produkt ist gut und einwandfrei verarbeitet. Die Anleitung könnte etwas größere Bilder oder eine ausführlichere schriftliche Beschreibung vertragen. Ich habe es zwar zusammengebaut bekommen, aber erst nachdem mir mein Schwiegervater gezeigt hat, wohin die unterschiedlichen Unterlegscheiben gelegt werden. Super finde ich dass das Kabel abnehmbar ist und so nicht zig Mal um das Gerät herumgeschlungen werden muss, beim Verstauen.

Until now, I only knew raclette as what is more likely to be understood as party raclette: pans at the bottom, grill plate at the top. The traditional raclette grill from Klarstein consists of an overhead heating element and a swiveling and height-adjustable plate on which the cheese comes. So far I have tried an Appenzeller cheese block and a medium-aged Gouda. Both melt very well and relatively quickly. Nevertheless, I tend to prefer the Appenzeller in terms of taste, because it has a heartier taste and gives the gratinated (potatoes, tomatoes, etc.) more the classic traditional Swiss taste. The product is well made and flawless. The instructions could do with slightly larger pictures or a more detailed written description. I did get it assembled, but only after my father-in-law showed me where to put the different washers. I think it's great that the cable is detachable and doesn't have to be looped around the device umpteen times when stowing it away.

Die Tage werden kürzer, die Temperaturen fallen und somit beginnt die gemütliche Jahreszeit mit Raclette. Von Klarstein gibt es jetzt dieses Raclettegerät, das ich in dieser Form bisher noch nicht kannte. Den Zusammenbau durfte mein Sohn übernehmen und so war das Gerät richtig schnell zusammengebaut. Einfach Netzkabel (welches eine ausreichende Länge hat) einstecken und das Gerät am Regler, der sich oben rechts am Gerät befindet, auf erst einmal Maximum stellen, damit das Gerät ausbrennen kann. Nicht erschrecken, wenn es qualmt. Vom Hersteller werden 10 Minuten angegeben, wir haben es aber lieber erst einmal gute 15 Minuten laufen lassen. Wichtig : Denkt an eine gute Belüftung ! Vor dem ersten Gebrauch haben wir noch die Grillplfanne gereinigt. Hier ist es wichtig, ein weiches Tuch zu nehmen, da man ansonsten recht schnell Kratzer hat. Beim ersten Racletteeinsatz mussten wir noch etwas herumexperimentieren, auf welche Temperatur wir das Gerät einstellen müssen bzw. in welcher Höhe der Käse gebräunt werden muss. Wer es richtig knusprig mag, sollte die Grillpfanne etwas höher festmachen und/oder die Temperatur höherstellen. Das Ganze geht recht einfach mit der Feststellschraube. Das Gerät wird mit seinen 600W sehr schnell richtig heiß, also müsst ihr auf euren Käse aufpassen, damit er nicht anbrennt. Das Kippen der Grillpfanne erfordert etwas Übung. Mit 2 Holzgriffen könnt ihr die Grillplatte in Position bringen. Leider hat das nicht immer so richtig bei uns geklappt. Restlichen Käse solltet ihr mir einem Holzspatel (der leider nicht mitgeliefert wird) abmachen, um das Material nicht zu beschädigen. Fazit : Eine lustige Idee für gemütliche Winterabende mit der Familie und Freunden.

The days are getting shorter, the temperatures are falling and so the cozy season with raclette begins. Klarstein now has this raclette device that I have never seen before. My son was allowed to do the assembly and so the device was assembled really quickly. Simply plug in the power cable (which is of sufficient length) and set the device to maximum at the controller located at the top right of the device so that the device can burn out. Don't be alarmed if it smokes. The manufacturer specifies 10 minutes, but we preferred to let it run for a good 15 minutes. Important : Remember good ventilation ! Before using it for the first time, we cleaned the grill pan. Here it is important to use a soft cloth, otherwise you will get scratches quite quickly. When using the raclette for the first time, we had to experiment a bit with what temperature we had to set the device to and how deep the cheese had to be browned. If you like it really crispy, you should set the grill pan a little higher and/or set the temperature higher. The whole thing is quite easy with the locking screw. With its 600W, the device gets really hot very quickly, so you have to be careful with your cheese so that it doesn't burn. Tilting the grill pan takes some practice. You can position the grill plate with 2 wooden handles. Unfortunately, that didn't always work out for us. You should remove the remaining cheese with a wooden spatula (which is unfortunately not included) so as not to damage the material. Conclusion: A fun idea for cozy winter evenings with family and friends.

Die Bestellung kurz vor Weihnachten war ein Experiment, das geglückt ist. Warscheinlich hätte ich auf den Expressversand auch verzichten können, aber so war es Nummer sicher. Das Gerät selbst funktioniert einwandfrei , auch wenn es kein Prüfzeichen hat. Handhabung ist einfach, aber nichts für Kinder. Wir haben es zusammen mit einem Raclettegerät mit Pfänchen und Grill verwendet, denn sonst hätte jeder einzelne zu lange auf seine Käseportion warten müssen. Toll ist das der geschmolzene Käse vom großen Stück gestrichen werden kann, so haben wir einen würzigen original Schweizer Raclette Käse verwendet, der ein besonders leckeres Aroma hatte. Zu dem Preis wirklich ein Schnäppchen, das sich gelohnt hat.

The order just before Christmas was an experiment that turned out to be successful. I probably could have done without express shipping, but it was safe. The device itself works perfectly, even if it has no test mark. Handling is easy, but not for children. We used it together with a raclette machine with pans and grill, because otherwise everyone would have had to wait too long for their cheese portion. It's great that the melted cheese can be removed from the large piece, so we used a spicy original Swiss raclette cheese, which had a particularly delicious aroma. Really a bargain for the price, well worth it.

Negli ultimi tempi, il termine ""raclette"" è entrato sempre più nella nostra quotidianità in riferimento a elettrodomestici, accessori da cucina, ristoranti. Incuriosito dall'etimologia della parola, ho scoperto che prende origine dal famoso formaggio svizzero ""raclette"", dall'alta proprietà fondente e dal gusto saporito. Ma veniamo a noi. se siete amanti dei formaggi ed in particolar modo di quelli fondenti, Klarstein Appenzell 2G è l'elettrodomestico che fa per voi. Potrete organizzare delle cene tra amici, degustando il vostro formaggio filante, su carni, panini, verdure ecc. La raclette Klarstein Appenzell 2G è realizzata in metallo nero lucido, con un piano in acciaio reclinabile e rotabile a cui sono fissate due eleganti estensioni in legno. Tramite la pratica manopola, si può regolare l'altezza e la rotazione. Tramite un'altra manopola, è possibile regolare la temperatura d'utilizzo, garantita da un elemento riscaldante da 600 W. Le dimensioni di Klarstein Appenzell 2G sono piuttosto compatte, 38 x 21 x 31 cm (LxAxP) e il peso di 3,5 Kg. Non ha lo spegnimento automatico, unica piccola pecca a nostro avviso. Da buoni siciliani, lo proveremo con dell'ottima tuma e della provola stagionata, unendo i due formaggi all'interno di una terrina con un'acciuga salata e qualche pezzetto di peperoncino! Ricetta ""rubata"" ad una pizzeria del posto in cui abitiamo. Si potrebbero sperimentare tantissime ricette e sbizzarrirsi con svariati tipi di formaggi, consiglio, però, di utilizzare sempre quelli con almeno tre mesi di stagionatura. In conclusione, questo è uno di quegli accessori sicuramente non indispensabili in cucina, ma che farà piacere ritrovarsi, per passare un'allegra serata in famiglia o con gli amici. Visto che si avvicina il Natale, potrebbe essere una simpatica idea regalo.

Die Lieferung erfolgte zügig und die Ware kam unbeschädigt bei mir an. Im Lieferumfang waren Selbstaufbauteile für einen Raclette Grill samt Anleitung. Der Aufbau ging recht schnell und das Raclette war einsatzbereit. Man muss einfach nur auf das kleine Tablett aus Metall entweder Toast mit Belag und Käse zum überbacken auflegen oder kann es auch als kleinen Grill verwenden für Fleisch und Fisch. Das Raclette hat einen stufenlosen Drehregler für die Temperatur. Wenn das Essen dann fertig ist, kann man das Tablett zur Seite drehen und durch anheben des hinteren Holzgriffes, das Essen auf den Teller rutschen lassen. Diese Form des Raclettes kannte ich vorher auch noch nicht und finde es eigentlich ganz witzig. Es ist einfach was anderes. Das Heizelement ist direkt über dem Metalltablett und kann durch lösen einer kleinen Schraube in der Höhe verstellt werden. Da der Raclette Grill einfach auseinander zu nehmen ist, kann man ihn auch problemlos reinigen. Man muss allerdings bei der Anwendung vorsichtig sein da Verbrennungsgefahr droht. Das 600 Watt Heizelement heizt sich sehr schnell auf. Man sollte das Gerät nicht ohne Beobachtung lassen. Keine Kinder an das Gerät lassen, zumindest nicht ohne Aufsicht. Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme mit Lebensmitteln sollte man das Gerät einbrennen und das Tablett abwischen. Danach kann man dann leckere Produkte je nach Geschmack überbacken oder einfach nur grillen. Ich empfehle den Raclette Grill gerne weiter und finde auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Gern gebe ich volle Punktzahl. Ich habe den Raclette Grill kostenlos im Rahmen eines Produkttests erhalten.

I didn't know this form of raclette before and actually find it quite funny. It's just different. The heating element is directly above the metal tray and can be adjusted in height by loosening a small screw. Since the raclette grill is easy to disassemble, it can also be cleaned without any problems. However, you have to be careful when using it as there is a risk of burns. The 600 watt heating element heats up very quickly. One should not leave the device unattended. Do not allow children to use the device, at least not without supervision. La piastra prende il nome dal formaggio svizzero il raclette, originario del canton Vallese, viene mangiato dopo averlo scaldato così che la parte interna si fonda e venga servita come accompagnamento di diversi tipi di piatti. Per poterlo degustare abbiamo bisogno della piastra, per questo motivo ho deciso di prendere questo dispositivo, semplicissimo d utilizzare. La piastra professionale ha un design moderno e semplice, una base pesante non un perno dove far scorrere la piastra. Ha un impugnatura girevole in legno e la regolazione per l’altezza. Tranquilli non consumerete tanta corrente elettrica poiché funziona a 600 W. Potete regolare la temperatura tramite la manopola sul lato in alto, mentre per l’altezza c’è una piccola manopola per far alzare o abbassare la piastra. COME SI PREPARA LA RACLETTE? La raclette si prepara tagliando a metà la forma di formaggio e scaldandola sotto la resistenza della piastra. Montare la piastra e inserire la manopola a vita. Consiglio di lavare i componenti quale la piastra e asciugarla prima di inserirla. Ora dovrete semplicemente inserire la presa nella corrente e accendere l’interruttore che si regola su minimo e massimo. Tagliare il formaggio raclette a fette oppure a metà e adagiarlo sulla piastra. Posizionate l’altezza da voi preferita, più lo avvicinate alla resistenza più il formaggio fonderà creando anche la crosticina croccante . Una volta fuso tramite le maniglie in legno potete girarlo e anche inclinarlo per inserire il formaggio sui vostri piatti. Potete usarlo anche sul pane o sugli spiedini di carne!!!! Semplice vero!!! Non potete capire che delizia!!! In sostanza questo apparecchietto (parecchio ingombrantello) serve a scaldare dolcemente un formaggio tipico svizzero (chiamato, appunto, raclette *), sino a farlo fondere nell'apposita vaschetta inclinabile e ruotabile per poterlo così stendere senza sporcarsi su verdure grigliate, affettati, patate fatte al cartoccio, cipolline, cetriolini o crostoni di pane... una specialità del canton Vallese disponibile direttamente sulle nostre tavole italiane ... beh... siccome in questo modo si utilizza giusto qualche volta per una serata particolare tra amici.. .con mio marito abbiamo pensato di sperimentare ... già... provandolo anche con altro di nostrano... e non va affatto male (la mozzarella fa troppa acqua, ok con la provola affumicata, quella dolce, i semi stagionarti morbidi o adatti per la fonduta, perfetta con i panini). Va collegato alla corrente elettrica, purtroppo non hanno pensato ad aggiungere un perno per fissare la base, ha dei piedini di appoggio in gomma che un po' la sopraelevano e non rovinano i piani...ah... va montato! Arriva in un imballaggio a prova d'urto, dentro la scatola ci sono i pezzi da assemblare, il manuale però non è in italiano -.- si va d'intuito e di figure...non sarà immediato farlo... comunque... . all'apparenza è solido, robusto, pesantello e dai buoni materiali (prevalentemente acciaio e metallo, ci sono delle morse e delle viti a stringere, pare che ben reggono garantendone stabilità e sicurezza. Non di metallo ci sono solo i due manici di legno per manovrare senza scottarsi... considerateli il prolungamento delle vostre mani). Una volta completata la costruzione, e pulito ... si poggia il formaggio sulla piastra posta al centro... come precedentemente specificato si muove lateralmente, si abbassa e si alza lungo una staffa (in altre parole si sceglie l'altezza che si vuole) ... sia muoverla ai lati sia abbassarla e alzarla consente di avvicinarla e di allontanarla dalla resistenza superiore che genera calore (fate attenzione) ...infine si inclina solo quando il formaggio avrà raggiunto il grado di morbidezza desiderato (naturalmente l'intensità di calore emessa è regolabile, c'è una manopolina da ruotare per farlo che funge da termostato) ... va messo sotto un piatto per consentire di mangiarlo facendolo scivolare. Quando si accende un led lo indica, da quel momento si inizierà a riscaldare.. facendo la prima prova potrete sentire un cattivo odore, passa dopo poco, lasciatelo andare per una decina di minuti senza metterci nulla. Garantisce ottime cotture, il prezzo è accettabile (non si sfrutta tanto, in specie soffrendo di colesterolo alto) ...consumi limitati, visto che questa sorta di fornello ha una potenza massima raggiungibile di 600 Watt. * ... s trova in rete o in alcuni supermercati, non sempre ovunque, più facile vederlo a fettine ... considerate circa un paio d'etti a testa per un decente soddisfazione del palato, mangiando quello e basta, ovvio. L'odore mi infastidisce, è acre, di contro ha un sapore delicato, infatti non disturba e non sovrasta, ma accompagna, i sapori degli altri cibi a cui l'abbinerete. p.s.. beh... la vernicetta di rivestimento nera tende a graffiarsi e a staccarsi in specie dal perno verticale quando si fa salire e scendere la piastre centrale.. non contamina il commestibile, fa solo rovinare un minimo l'estetica dell'elettrodomestico, non ne pregiudica la funzionalità. Ich liebe Raclette und ich liebe Käse über alles und so freute ich mich riesig den Klarstein Appenzell 2G traditionellen Raclette Grill testen zu dürfen. Schon auf dem Foto lief einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen, wenn man daran dachte abends mit Freunden gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. Der Raclette Grill wird in einem stabilen Karton geliefert und muss erst noch zusammen gebaut werden. Das geht aber recht schnell Dank der Anleitung. Das ganze ist in einem schwarzen metallic Look mit silber, was sehr edel und hochwertig aussieht. Ganz unten hat man die Basisstation. Diese hat vier Füße, so dass das ganze auch sicher auf dem Tisch stehen bleibt und nicht verrutschen kann. Oben befindet sich das Heizelement. Dieses wird mit der Grillplatte verbunden und an der Basistation befestigt. Mit den beiden Holzgriffen kann ich die Grillplatte so kippen, das der geschmolzene Käse herunter läuft. Hier habe ich auch die Möglichkeit sie in der Höhe zu verstellen. Je weiter sie oben ist umso heißer wird es und der Käse zerläuft schneller. Habe ich sie weiter unten geht es dementsprechend langsamer. Ich habe den Raclette Grill nun schon einige male benutzt und bin begeistert. Auf der Basisstation kann man je nach belieben entweder Kartoffel legen, Gemüse wie Paprika, Mais, Pilze, aber auch Fleisch. Ist der Käse geschmolzen kann man mit dem Holzgriff die Grillplatte kippen und den geschmolzenen Käse auf das Fleisch oder Gemüse verteilen, sprich herunter laufen lassen. Der Käse schmilz sehr schnell und innerhalb weniger Minuten kann man mit essen anfangen. Das ist das schöne daran, denn man muss nicht ewig warten. Der Käse hat eine schöne Kruste und je nach belieben kann ich ihn dunkler oder heller machen, so wie man es mag. An dem Temperaturregler kann ich alles sehr gut einstellen. Man hat hier zwar keine Gradzahl stehen, sondern nur Minimum und Maximum und muss ausprobieren, welche Temperatur am besten ist. Aber das hat man sehr schnell raus, denn man sieht ja wie schnell der Käse schmilzt. Man kann sich die leckere Kruste so vorstellen wie bei dem Backofen Käse. Und schon den liebe ich. Der Käse selbst bekommt eine sehr cremige Konsistenz, wie man es von geschmolzenem Käse kennt und rinnt Perfekt auf das Fleisch oder Gemüse herunter. Auch Baguette kann man sehr gut darunter halten und es ist einfach nur sehr lecker. Wir haben auch verschiedene Käsesorten getestet und nicht nur speziellen Raclettekäse. Auch andere Käsesorten schmelzen Perfekt und je nach Geschmack kann man auch Camembert Sitzt man abends mit Freunden zusammen, kann man den ganzen Abend über den Raclette Grill an lassen, da ich die Möglichkeit habe, die Temperatur so zu regeln, das der Käse auch sehr langsam schmilzt und man sich so immer mal wieder bedienen kann den ganzen Abend über. Etwas Angst hatte ich dann doch wegen der Reinigung, denn geschmolzener Käse kann ganz schön hartnäckig sein. Aber das war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Grillplatte und die Basistation kann man ganz einfach unter fließend Wasser abspülen. Es bleiben auch keine Rückstände zurück und alles löst sich Prima ab. Das Heizelement sollte man nur mit einem feuchten Lappen abwischen, aber auch das klappt Prima. Ich finde diese kleinen Raclette Grill toll und besonders in geselliger Runde einfach nur Klasse, denn jeder kann sich nehmen was und wie viel er möchte. Alles ist sauber verarbeitet, es gibt keinerlei Mängel und der Käse schmilz recht schnell. Von mir gibt es fünf Sterne.

I love raclette and I love cheese more than anything, so I was really happy to be able to test the Klarstein Appenzell 2G traditional raclette grill. Just looking at the photo made your mouth water when you thought about sitting comfortably with friends in the evening. The raclette grill is delivered in a sturdy box and has yet to be assembled. It's pretty quick thanks to the instructions. The whole thing is in a black metallic look with silver, which looks very classy and high-quality. At the bottom you have the base station. This has four feet, so that the whole thing stands securely on the table and cannot slip. The heating element is at the top. This is connected to the grill plate and attached to the base station. With the two wooden handles I can tilt the grill plate so that the melted cheese runs down. Here I also have the possibility to adjust them in height. The higher it is, the hotter it gets and the cheese melts faster. If I have them further down, it is correspondingly slower. I've used the raclette grill a few times now and I'm thrilled. On the base station you can either put potatoes, vegetables such as peppers, corn, mushrooms, but also meat, depending on your preference. Once the cheese has melted, you can tilt the grill plate with the wooden handle and spread the melted cheese over the meat or vegetables, i.e. let it run down. The cheese melts very quickly and you can start eating within minutes. That's the nice thing about it, because you don't have to wait forever. The cheese has a nice crust and I can make it darker or lighter as you like it. I can set everything very well on the temperature controller. You don't have a number of degrees here, only minimum and maximum and you have to try out which temperature is best. But you figure that out very quickly, because you can see how quickly the cheese melts. You can imagine the delicious crust like cheese in the oven. And I already love him. The cheese itself gets a very creamy consistency, like you know from melted cheese, and runs down perfectly onto the meat or vegetables. You can also hold baguette under it and it is just very tasty. We also tested different types of cheese and not just special raclette cheese. Other types of cheese also melt perfectly and, depending on your taste, you can also use camembert. If you sit down with friends in the evening, you can leave the raclette grill on all evening, as I have the option of regulating the temperature so that the cheese also melts very slowly melts and you can help yourself again and again throughout the evening. I was a bit scared about the cleaning, because melted cheese can be quite stubborn. But that wasn't a problem at all. The grill plate and the base station can be easily rinsed under running water. There are also no residues and everything comes off great. The heating element should only be wiped off with a damp cloth, but that also works great. I think these small raclette grills are great and especially in a sociable group just great, because everyone can take what and how much they want. Everything is cleanly processed, there are no defects and the cheese melts quite quickly. It's five stars from me.
