Right in the middle instead of just there: The Klarstein Full House 2.0 DownAir System revolutionises the kitchen by combining its induction hob directly with a DownAir extractor bonnet. Owing to AeroEfficiency, kitchen steam and odours disappear directly where they arise. The system uses the latest technology, such as VarioHeating for flex-zone operation, a touch control panel and EcoThermal-Control for the use of residual heat, and combines them with an elegant glass surface.

The powerful induction hob of the Klarstein Full House 2.0 DownAir System has four cooking surfaces for small to large appetites. Two cooking surfaces each are located to the left and right of the intake opening of the DownAir bonnet and, owing to the VarioHeating System, can be practically connected to form one large flex zone each, for example casseroles or large pots and pans. Each hob can be set to 9 levels. Pot detection, stop-and-go function with ThermalRecall, residual heat detection, timer function and child safety lock round off the hob's range of uses perfectly.

At the heart of your new kitchen, the Klarstein Full House 2.0 DownAir System, almost invisible under a stainless steel cover, is a powerful suction unit: a DownAir extraction bonnet in exhaust mode. Unlike conventional bonnets, it never blocks your field of vision, because it is directly part of the hob and extracts steam and odours downwards. This makes it perfect for typical American kitchens with a central cooking island where you can cook together with friends and family. With its 271 m³/h AeroEfficiency system, it is particularly effective and economical, earning an A+ energy efficiency rating straight away. As with the well-known DownDraft bonnets, the motor and the exhaust hose are invisible under the worktop. In addition, the very slim motor housing ensures that you can make optimal use of the space below the Full House 2.0.

As befits a complete system, the steam extractor and hob are controlled together via a touch control panel. Here, the hob and extractor output can be conveniently adjusted by touch-to-slide operation. All controls are integrated directly into the glass surface, so there are no buttons to interrupt the immaculate look. Of course, the DownAir bonnet can be used in both exhaust and recirculation mode.
