This frame was excellent quality, very safely packaged and quickly delivered. I had a protective sheet on either side of the glass - brilliant. I almost didn’t buy this because of some of the poor reviews but I can honestly say this is excellent quality. I think some folk hadn’t realised there were protective sheets on the glass to be removed!!
Ordered my frame and it came pretty quickly and it was very securely wrapped with no damages. I got it to put my puzzle in and it fit perfectly. I thought price wise it was a little bit overpriced but otherwise I’m happy with it.

Product is exactly as described. It was packaged very well with full instructions of what to do if you were not satisfied. They were easily used and are now hanging and look great. Great after service communication with the vendor. All in all a great service, great product. No negatives.
The frame seems to be of reasonably good quality, but when you place the back inside the frame there is some space between the two - meaning that the frame has a little room to jiggle. Also, the frame arrived with slight damage to two of the corners & a couple of small scratches on the perspex - nothing that can be seen from a distance.
I bought this frame as a present and paid more for it than I could have at other sites but I wanted to make sure it was quality. I am very happy with the quality and feel that you get what you pay for. The delivery was prompt and delivered in good condition. I would recommend this frame.
Really good quality frame, well made and solid but not to heavy . I spent ages looking for a decent frame in the size I needed and these are perfect. The border inside is easy to remove if you don't need it. Will defintley buy from them again for any other frame I need.

An sich sehr gut Es ist ein gutes Produkt. Ich weiß leider nicht ob es mein Fehler war oder ob es vorher schon defekt war: leider ist die Halterung abgebrochen mit der ich das bild hinstellen kann. Ich habe ihn Trotzdem behalten da ich den Bilderrahmen gür ein Geschenk benötigte. Da das Bild auch eine Aufhängung für die Wand hat konnte ich es trotzdem benutzen.
Very good overall. It's a good product. Unfortunately, I don't know if it was my fault or if it was already defective: the bracket I use to hold the picture broke. I kept it anyway because I needed the frame for a gift. Since the picture also has a wall mount, I was able to use it anyway.

Les produits sont doublement conditionnés et bullés et les vitres sont plastifiées pour leur protection des deux cotés donc le conditionnement est au top. Le rendu est parfait pour mettre en valeur deux affiches d’un désigner, cadeau fait à mon fils qui est en disign il a été ravi du rendu. La qualité est même supérieure au prix !
The products are double-packaged and bubble-wrapped, and the windows are laminated for protection on both sides, so the packaging is top-notch. The result is perfect for displaying two posters from a designer. This was a gift for my son, who is in design, and he was delighted with the result. The quality is even better than the price!

Le cadre est protégé par du papier bulle, dans un carton, lui même dans un autre carton. J'ai rarement vu un emballage aussi bien fait ! Je recommande ce produit.
Very good value for money for this A2 photo frame. The plexiglass is protected by a film on each side. The fasteners on the back are very good. The frame is protected by bubble wrap, in a box, itself in another box. I have rarely seen such well-made packaging! I recommend this product.
Schöner Bilderrahmen - schnelle Lieferung Der Bilderrahmen wurde schnell geliefert und sieht gut aus. Mir hat allerdings die Anordnung der Aufhängbügel nicht gefallen. Es gibt leider keinen Bügel zur Aufhängung (weder vertikal noch horizontal) in der Mitte des Rahmens (nur ein Loch bohren). Dafür gibts es jeweils zwei Bügel (links und rechts) und somit muß man auch zwei Löcher in die Wand bohren. Der Rahmen hat somit natürlich einen sicheren Halt, jedoch ist man bei einem Bilderwechsel nicht flexibel und auf die Ausrichtung (vertikal noch horizontal) somit festgelegt.
Beautiful picture frame - fast delivery. The picture frame was delivered quickly and looks good. However, I didn't like the arrangement of the hanging brackets. Unfortunately, there is no bracket for hanging (neither vertically nor horizontally) in the center of the frame (you only need to drill one hole). Instead, there are two brackets (left and right), which means you have to drill two holes in the wall. This of course ensures the frame is securely held, but you have limited flexibility when changing pictures and are therefore limited to the orientation (vertical or horizontal).
Bonito marco de madera maciza, color natural. Tiene 4 enganches en la parte de atrás p ponerlo tanto en vertical como horizontal. Lo compré pensando que el "cristal" era de vidrio y cuando me llegó vi que era de plástico: me fui a la descripción del producto y vi que ponía "cristal plexiglás". Error mio. En conclusión: Marco bonito, de calidad pero algo caro para lo que es.
Beautiful solid wood frame, natural color. It has four hooks on the back to allow it to be hung vertically or horizontally. I bought it thinking the "glass" was glass, but when it arrived, I saw it was plastic. I checked the product description and saw it said "Plexiglas." My mistake. In conclusion: Beautiful, quality frame, but a bit pricey for what it is.

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier positiv wie negativ. Der Rahmen wurde schnell geliefert und entspricht der angegeben Größe.Die Plastikscheibe (Achtung: kein Glas, steht aber in der Beschreibung) ist beidseitig mit Schutzfolie beklebt, sodass hier nichts zu bemängeln ist. Der Holzrahmen selbst hat allerdings einige kleinere Macken und das Rückenteil war verbogen, ließ sich aber wieder gerade biegen und richtig einhängen.Für den Preis finde ich das Produkt aber absolut in Ordnung und aufgehangen mit Bild drin sieht es toll aus und die Macken fallen nicht weiter auf.
The price/performance ratio is a mixed bag. The frame arrived quickly and is the correct size. The plastic pane (note: it's not glass, but this is mentioned in the description) is covered with protective film on both sides, so there's nothing to complain about there. However, the wooden frame itself has a few minor flaws, and the backing was bent, but it was easy to straighten and hang. For the price, I think the product is perfectly acceptable, and once hung with a picture in it, it looks great, and the flaws aren't really noticeable.

J'en ai commandé 7 et j'en parle donc avec une certaine expérience: tous les cadres (3 commandes différentes) sont arrivés en parfait état. A noter que les cadres triptyques sont en plexiglas (ils seraient trop lourds en verre comme les autres modèles de cette compagnie), mais de très bonne transparence. Le système de serrage est un peu compliqué mais efficace. La meilleure méthode est de coller avec du scotch transparent vos photos sur la page blanche fournie comme exemple, au mêmes emplacements. Le système d'accrochage au mur ne m'a pas convaincu (des accroches lâches et irrégulières) mais le cadre est épais et donc les accroches sont inutiles, on peut très bien les poser sur deux clous. Les cadres sont en bois épais, mais ils sont quand même très légers. Seul petit bémol, la finition. Il reste beaucoup de poussière noire dans les cadres, il faut impérativement bien passer avec une petite brosse ou un chiffon sec (attention aux échardes!). Cela prend donc plus de temps de préparer vos décorations que des cadres faits ailleurs. Mais vu que le même cadre dans le commerce est à deux fois ce prix (et même 63 euros chez Habitat), pour ne rien dire du prix chez un cadreur professionnel, je n'ai aucune hésitation à le recommander.
I ordered 7 of them and I speak with some experience: all the frames (3 different orders) arrived in perfect condition. Note that the triptych frames are made of plexiglass (they would be too heavy in glass like the other models from this company), but very transparent. The clamping system is a little complicated but effective. The best method is to stick your photos with transparent tape on the white page provided as an example, in the same places. The wall hanging system did not convince me (loose and irregular hooks) but the frame is thick and therefore the hooks are useless, you can very well put them on two nails. The frames are made of thick wood, but they are still very light. The only small downside is the finish. There is a lot of black dust in the frames, it is imperative to go over it well with a small brush or a dry cloth (be careful of splinters!). It therefore takes more time to prepare your decorations than frames made elsewhere. But given that the same frame in stores costs twice that price (and even 63 euros at Habitat), not to mention the price from a professional frame maker, I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Article fidèle à la photo et à sa description. Envoi rapide (effectué par Amazon et non pas par le commerçant) mais pas assez protégé, du coup les coins des cadres présentent quelques éclats. Le SAV du commerçant est néanmoins très efficace et a su trouver des solutions rapidement.
Item true to photo and description. Fast shipping (by Amazon, not the retailer), but not well protected, so the corners of the frames have some chips. The retailer's after-sales service is nevertheless very efficient and was able to find solutions quickly.
No son los típicos marcos que se pueden comprar en las tiendas de chinos, estos cuando menos tienen un toque de calidad que los distingue. En mi caso los pedí de color madera y el marco es de pino, el color corresponde con la foto que publica el vendedor. Todos los marcos vienen con paspartú, a mi me gusta y por tanto imprimí las fotos para que se viesen bien con el paspartú, pero se puede quitar y así poner fotos de 10x15 cm en los marcos más pequeños. La caja con los marcos viene con dos plantillas para que los cuelgues como se ve en la foto si quieres. Todos los marcos vienen con soporte para colocarlos sobre mesa.
These aren't the typical frames you can buy in Chinese stores; these at least have a touch of quality that distinguishes them. In my case, I ordered them in a wood color, and the frame is made of pine; the color matches the photo posted by the seller. All frames come with a mat; I like it, so I printed the photos so they would look good with the mat. However, you can remove it and put 10x15 cm photos in the smaller frames. The box with the frames comes with two templates so you can hang them as seen in the photo if you like. All frames come with a stand to place them on a table.
