A good air fryer that does what it's designed for in a small space. It also looks stylish. I really like the look of it. The fact that it can only be adjusted up and down in 5-degree increments could be improved. Everything else is great; I especially like the removable inner cooking basket. It's easy to learn how to use it, and the user interface is clear and easy to navigate. I'm very satisfied with this product.

I received this product two days ago, so I'm in the testing phase. The fryer came very well packaged: in its own box, and this one inside another. It also arrived on time. The shipping company (GLS) was pathetic! I didn't leave the house for two days, waiting for these gentlemen, and in the end, because I didn't pick it up, they left it at a collection point, so I had to carry it myself as best I could (the outer box was enormous). Regarding the appliance: The fryer is pretty (a bluish-gray), light in weight, and can be stored in a cupboard. It doesn't make any noise while cooking, and the first time it's cooked, it smells a bit like reheated plastic, but after subsequent uses, it no longer gives off that smell. The description doesn't mention the size of the basket for the 2.8L model. I'll say it's 16 x 16 cm. I find it difficult to cook food for two people, unless it's piled up (which will take longer to prepare). As an advantage, the sides of the basket are relatively high. This doesn't have the problem with other fryers where the basket is high, but since it comes with a rack, the available height is significantly reduced. The fryer comes with a booklet that explains how to use it in several languages (including Spanish) and provides cooking times and temperatures for a (short) list of foods. The values are indicative. The appliance is very easy to use, heats up quickly, and when you remove the basket to turn the food, it resumes automatically. I read a review somewhere that says the indicated temperature and times are far from what will actually be used. And they're right. I've tried it with vegetables (Italian peppers), desserts (egg flan), potatoes (frozen), fish (salmon), and chicken (wings). The fryer has a program for vegetables (at 160 degrees, 17 minutes). Well, in my case, to make two Italian peppers (300 grams in total), I had to cook them at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. At a lower temperature, they took ages, and at 185 degrees, they overcooked. For four peppers (600 grams), I had to make two batches (two each). And you have to turn them over halfway through. The egg flan came out perfectly. Two 8-cm diameter stainless steel flan dishes fit. I set the fryer to 160 degrees, 15 minutes + 5 minutes of resting time inside the fryer. Online, they say you can use Pyrex-type molds. I don't recommend it. I tried, a second time, making the same flan in a 400 ml container instead of the flan dishes, and it didn't set completely (it took 45 minutes). The advantage of the deep fryer is that it doesn't require a bain-marie. I made the frozen fries (McCain's, thick) using the "fries" program, but only for 12 minutes (flipping halfway through). They turned out very well. As for the chicken, I put three split wings in the basket (there wasn't enough room for more, unless the food piles up). I used the "Chicken" program. The meat was cooked through but not toasted (even though I brushed it with oil). And, as for the fish, I tried a slice of salmon (not too long, as it won't fit unless it's cut into chunks). I used the "Fish" program, but I had to turn it off before it was finished because otherwise the meat would dry out. After 10 minutes at 180 degrees, the slice was cooked through but not toasted (it looked like it was microwaved without a grill). I've seen recipes where they brush the salmon with honey before putting it in the deep fryer. We'll have to try it! That's in two days. I imagine we'll have to keep trying until we get it right. Perhaps using special paper trays for deep fryers, while it eliminates cleaning, has a significant impact on the preparation. Regarding cleaning, using paper trays means there's practically no mess. Just a simple wipe with a paper towel is enough. And, if it does get dirty, it comes out easily (when I tried flan in a Pyrex container, the liquid overflowed and burned, but it came out effortlessly). It also has the advantage that the basket cools quickly. I hope this review is useful. I've included some photos. I've had the device for a month now and, so far, no complaints. Here are some other photos (blood sausage and muffins). I do adjust the temperature and time manually, though.

Nice compact but for one person or two. Doesn't take up too much space but you can't put a lot of things in it, otherwise no problem, works well, I use it often.
