Diese doppelwandigen Latte- Gläser sind der Hammer. Der Kaffee bleibt lange heiß. Allerdings muss ich sie der Größe wegen zuerst mit beiden Händen greifen und kann dann mit einer Hand weiter machen. Ich spüle sie aber von Hand und nicht in der Maschinen. Sicher ist sicher.

These double-walled latte glasses are amazing. The coffee stays hot for a long time. However, because of their size, I have to hold them with both hands first and then I can continue with one. I wash them by hand, though, not in the dishwasher. Just to be on the safe side.

I've been using these mugs for a while now and they're perfect. The outside doesn't get hot because of the double-pane glass. I'd read that sometimes with use and washing in the dishwasher, water could get in between the two walls... but that hasn't happened to me. They're as good as new and I use and put them in the dishwasher every day.

Schöne große Gläser Ich hatte mir zu Weihnachten eine neue Kaffeemaschine gegönnt. Dazu wollte ich ein paar schöne große Latte Macchiato Gläser, da diese Maschine genau für solche Kaffees ausgelegt sind, wie Latte Macchiato, Cappuccino, Long Coffee, Coldbrew etc. Die Gläser kamen im 4er Pack Karton und zusätzlich in einem weiteren Karton gut verpackt und ohne irgendwelche Beschädigungen an. Jedes Glas war zusätzlich noch mit Polsterfolie geschützt. Die Gläser sind doppelwandig und sehen optisch sehr ansprechend und wuchtig aus. Diese passen noch gerade noch unter den Auslauf. Ich benutze diese doppelwandigen Gläser schon fasst für alle Kaffeearten außer natürlich dem Espresso. Nach mehreren Spülmaschinen Vorgängen (70Grad 2 Std.), sehen die Gläser immer noch tipptopp aus und haben weder Spuren noch dringt Wasser in die das Glas ein. Die Gläser sind Perfekt für mich. Sie sind Formschön und sehen sehr Robust aus. Kleine Rempler in der Spülmaschine sind kein Problem. Der Kaffee hält auch viel länger warm als in einer normalen Tasse. Sie sind auch für viele andere Kaffeearten geeignet, nicht nur für einen Macchiato. I

Beautiful, large glasses. I treated myself to a new coffee maker for Christmas. I wanted a few beautiful, large latte macchiato glasses to go with it, as this machine is designed specifically for coffees like latte macchiato, cappuccino, long coffee, cold brew, etc. The glasses arrived in a box of four and in another box, well packaged and without any damage. Each glass was also protected with padded film. The glasses are double-walled and look very attractive and substantial. They just barely fit under the spout. I use these double-walled glasses for almost all types of coffee, except for espresso, of course. After several dishwasher cycles (70 degrees Celsius for 2 hours), the glasses still look immaculate and have no marks, and no water has penetrated the glass. The glasses are perfect for me. They are beautifully designed and appear very robust. Minor bumps in the dishwasher are no problem. The coffee also stays warm much longer than in a regular cup. They are suitable for many other types of coffee, not just macchiato.

Super Ich habe mich auf 4 Gläser gefreut aber es sind nur 3 ganze angekommen. Der Verkäufer war super nett und hilfsbereit. Aber die Gläser sind der knaller. Die kann ich gut empfehlen. In der Spülmaschine sollte man vorsichtig sein und handspülen bevorzugen. Beim Versand sollten die Händler auf eine noch bessere Verpackung achten. Trotz gutem einwickeln kann so ein Glas dann doch mal sich verabschieden. Soweit, muss ich aber sagen kann ich das Produkt und den Verkäufer bei ich das gekauft habe echt empfehlen. Vielleicht überlege ich mir nochmal welche als Kaffeegläser zu kaufen. Mal sehen

Great! I was looking forward to four glasses, but only three arrived. The seller was super nice and helpful. But the glasses are fantastic. I highly recommend them. You should be careful in the dishwasher and handwash them instead. Retailers should pay even more attention to packaging when shipping. Even with good wrapping, a glass like this can still break. So far, I have to say, I can really recommend the product and the seller I bought it from. I might consider buying some more for coffee. We'll see.

Die Fehlerquote scheint relativ hoch zu sein, was die Verarbeitung betrifft. Wir haben von 6 Gläsern, 2 Gläser dabei, wo der am Boden befindliche Einschluss (produktionsbedingt) aufgegangen ist. Es tritt beim Spülen somit Wasser in die Zwischenräume ein (Außen - / Innenwand). Dieses bekommt man sehr schlecht wieder heraus. Ich hoffe der Support nimmt sich der Sache an.

The defect rate seems to be relatively high when it comes to workmanship. Of the six glasses we've purchased, two have a crack in the bottom (due to production). This causes water to seep into the gaps (outer and inner walls) when washing. This is very difficult to get out. I hope support looks into this issue.

Ich bin begeistert. Unsicher war ich, ob ich die Gläser in die Mikrowelle stellen kann oder wie sich die Wärmeverteilung auswirkt (wird das gesamte Glas heiß?, wird das Getränk überhaupt heiß bei der Doppelwand?) Für meinen Cappuccino mache ich die Milch direkt im Glas in der Mikrowelle warm. Und siehe da, Milch heiß aber Aussenwand nicht, man kann das Glas super entspannt aus der Mikrowelle holen ohne sich zu verbrühen!! Frischer Espresso drüber und das Getränk hält wirklich lange warm. Ich mag die größeren Gläser lieber und trinke etwas länger dran, als mir einen zweiten zu machen. Hätte auch keine Zeit während der Arbeit. Ich liebe die Gläser und sie sind hübsch schlicht !! Spülmaschine haben sie auch super überstanden. Ich freue mich nun noch mehr auf meinen Cappuccino! Ich habe die Gläser selbst bezahlt. Das ist keine Werbung, aber gute Produkte muss man auch Mal gut rezensieren.

I am thrilled. I wasn't sure whether I could put the glasses in the microwave or how the heat would be distributed (will the whole glass get hot? Will the drink even be hot with the double wall?). For my cappuccino, I heat the milk directly in the glass in the microwave. And lo and behold, the milk is hot but the outside isn't, you can take the glass out of the microwave really easily without scalding yourself!! A fresh espresso over it and the drink stays warm for a really long time. I prefer the larger glasses and drink a bit longer from them than making a second one. I wouldn't have time at work anyway. I love the glasses and they are pretty and simple!! They also came through the dishwasher really well. I'm now looking forward to my cappuccino even more! I paid for the glasses myself. This isn't an advertisement, but good products deserve good reviews sometimes.

They hold the heat of the coffee much better, and because they're double-glazed, you don't get burned when picking up the glass. Doppelwandige Gläser sind im Trend. Ich fand die Idee gut, sich bei heißen Getränken nicht mehr am henkelfreien Glas die Finger zu verbrennen, wenn man es anfasst, oder auch die Bildung von Kondenswasser am Glas von eisgekühlten Getränken zu vermeiden, die zu hässlichen Wasserflecken auf Holztischen führen, wenn man Untersetzer vergisst. Soll ja alles passieren... Die Gläser sind nach Herstellerangaben aus Borosilikatglas gefertigt. Das kenne ich schon von anderen Produkten, die bei mir im Schrank stehen: sehr leicht, dünnwandig und dabei bruchsicher. Trotz ihres verhältnismäßig großen Durchmessers von ca. 8,8 cm sind die recht bauchig wirkenden Gläser tatsächlich sehr leicht. Eine durchschnittlich große Männerhand kann ein Glas bis knapp über die Hälfte des Umfangs umfassen. Die Gläserböden sind eben, sie stehen ohne zu wackeln auf dem Tisch. Ein Glas fasst maximal 410 ml bis zum Rand, was man natürlich nie ausnutzt. Bei genauerem Hinsehen ist der Abstand zwischen innerem und äußerem Glas optisch nicht überall gleich groß, der "Schwebewirkung" des Inhalts aus normaler Entfernung tut das aber keinen Abbruch. Der obere Glasrand hat jeweils an einer Stelle eine optische Unebenheit, die aber auch nur bei genauer Betrachtung auffällt. Alles in allem liegen die Gläser aber gut in der Hand und man hat ein angenehmes Trinkgefühl. Jedes Glas hat produktionsbedingt am unteren Boden einen kleinen Verschluss. Zunächst hielt ich das für einen Produktionsfehler. Tatsächlich hat aber jedes doppelwandige Glas einen solchen Verschluss, der wohl zum Druckausgleich notwendig ist. Er ist nicht mittig, sondern am Bodenrand angebracht und fällt nicht auf, wenn das Glas auf dem Tisch steht. Der erwartete Isolierffekt bei heißen und kalten Getränken ist nur teilweise eingetreten. Man muss sich klarmachen, dass der Raum zwischen innerem und äußeren Glas nicht evakuiert ist wie bei einer Isolier (Thermos-)flasche. Im Zwischenraum ist Luft, die zwar einen gewissen Isolierffekt hat, der aber mit jener einer Isolierflasche nicht vergleichbar ist. Bei heißen Getränken entsteht trotzdem Wärmestrahlung, die auch das äußere Glas erhitzt, wenn man bspw. Tee aufgießt. Das dauert natürlich länger als bei einfachen Gläsern, ist aber trotzdem merklich. Bei kalten Getränken ist es so, dass sich zwar Kondensat am äußeren Glas bildet, jedoch nicht in dem Umfang, wie es bei einwandigen Gläsern - bei gleichen Umweltbedingungen wie etwa Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur - der Fall wäre. Dass das Kondensat nun nicht mehr am Glas herunterrinnt, kann ich bestätigen. Die Verpackung ist aus Pappkarton, die wegen dem schwarzen, geometrischen Design nicht billig wirkt. Die Gläser sind in einem passgenauen Schaumstoff im Karton untergebracht. Sie dürften Stürze aus normaler Höhe gut überstehen. Die Verpackung ist gerade so groß, dass zwei Gläser hineinpassen, so dass kein unnötiger Müll entsteht. Das ist gut. Verhältnismäßig viel Schaumstoffabfall hat man aber trotzdem. Es gibt auch Lösungen aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, die vermutlich aber teurer und aufwendiger wären - und auch nicht so gut aussehen. Die Gläser lassen sich in der Verpackung jedenfalls gut verschenken. Die Preis-Leistung, die Qualität, Erfüllung der Werbeversprechen und meinen Gesamteindruck bewerte ich mit 4****. Durch den Service kommt es aber zu einer Aufwertung. Von meiner Erfahrung will ich kurz berichten: Eines der beiden Gläser hatte einen kleinen Sprung am Trinkrand, etwa 1cm groß. Der Verkäufer schrieb mich schon initiativ an und teilte mit, dass es schon einmal zu Schäden kommen könnte und man sich direkt melden sollte, wenn man einen Mangel bemerkt. Man müsse nicht den Umweg über das Amazon-Rücksendezentrum gehen, der Verkäufer werde umgehend für Ersatz sorgen. Ich habe den Verkäufer mal beim Wort genommen und eine Mail über Amazon geschrieben, dass ein Glas einen Mangel hat und ich gerne Ersatz hätte. Der Verkäufer schrieb zurück, dass er sofort ein neues Set versendet und ich die beiden Gläser nicht zurücksenden muss. Nach zwei Tagen waren die neuen Gläser da, diesmal ohne Mangel. Das dritte, mangelfreie Glas durfte ich behalten. Gesetzlich verpflichtet wäre der Verkäufer nur zur Lieferung eines einzigen neuen Glases gewesen. Er hätte auch das Glas mit dem Sprung zurückfordern dürfen, um es zu untersuchen. Das hätte sowohl für mich einen deutlichen Mehraufwand bedeutet, wie wahrscheinlich auch für den Verkäufer. Mir einfach ein neues Set zu schicken, kann auch aus Verkäufersicht das wirtschaftlich sinnvollere Vorgehen gewesen sein. Entscheidend ist für mich aber etwas anderes: Der Verkäufer hat keinen Nachweis gefordert, dass das Glas tatsächlich - wie von mir behauptet - einen Sprung hatte. Nichtmal ein Bild musste ich anfertigen. Der Verkäufer hat dem Kunden geglaubt - und eine einfache, schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung war ihm wichtig, weil den Kunden, der ja durch die Reklamation schon in seinem Kauferlebnis beeinträchtigt und enttäuscht ist, das tatsächlich zufriedener macht. Das ist in Zeiten, wo man an der Supermarktkasse jeden Korb im Einkaufswagen hochheben und Beutel und Tüten öffnen soll, um sicherzugehen, dass man dort "auch nichts vergessen hat", eine erfreuliche Erfahrung. Ich werde als ehrlicher Kunde behandelt. Das führt zum 5. Stern. Ich wünsche dem Verkäufer, dass das so bleibt und er für seinen Kundenumgang belohnt wird. Wenn man die Produkte noch in vorbeschriebenem Sinne optimiert, sollte das klappen.

Double-walled glasses are trending. I liked the idea of no longer burning my fingers on the handleless glass when holding hot drinks, or preventing condensation from forming on the glass of ice-cold drinks, which can lead to unsightly water stains on wooden tables if you forget your coasters. Anything happens, after all... According to the manufacturer, the glasses are made of borosilicate glass. I'm familiar with this from other products in my cupboard: very light, thin-walled, and yet shatterproof. Despite their relatively large diameter of approximately 8.8 cm, these rather bulbous-looking glasses are indeed very light. An average-sized man's hand can grasp a glass up to just over half its circumference. The glass bases are flat, so they sit on the table without wobbling. A glass holds a maximum of 410 ml up to the rim, which, of course, is never used to its full capacity. Upon closer inspection, the distance between the inner and outer glass is visually uneven throughout, but this does not detract from the "floating" effect of the contents from a normal distance. The upper rim of each glass has a visual unevenness in one spot, but this is only noticeable upon close inspection. Overall, however, the glasses fit well in the hand and provide a pleasant drinking experience. Each glass has a small stopper at the bottom due to production reasons. At first, I thought this was a manufacturing defect. In fact, every double-walled glass has such a stopper, which is probably necessary for pressure equalization. It is not centered, but rather attached to the rim of the base, and is not noticeable when the glass is on the table. The expected insulating effect for hot and cold drinks was only partially achieved. It is important to understand that the space between the inner and outer glass is not evacuated like in an insulated (thermos) bottle. There is air in the space between them, which does have a certain insulating effect, but it is not comparable to that of an insulated bottle. Hot drinks still generate heat radiation, which also heats the outer glass, for example, when pouring tea. This naturally takes longer than with simple glasses, but it's still noticeable. With cold drinks, condensation does form on the outer glass, but not to the extent that would be the case with single-walled glasses – under the same environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature. I can confirm that the condensation no longer runs down the glass. The packaging is made of cardboard, which, thanks to its black, geometric design, doesn't look cheap. The glasses are enclosed in a custom-fit foam inside the box. They should survive drops from normal heights. The packaging is just large enough to fit two glasses, so no unnecessary waste is created. That's good. However, you still end up with a relatively large amount of foam waste. There are also solutions made from renewable resources, but these would probably be more expensive and complex – and not as attractive. In any case, the glasses make a great gift in their packaging. I rate the price-performance ratio, the quality, fulfillment of the advertising promises, and my overall impression with 4****. However, the service does raise the rating. I'd like to briefly share my experience: One of the two glasses had a small crack in the rim, about 1 cm in size. The seller contacted me proactively and informed me that damage can occur and that I should contact them immediately if I notice a defect. There's no need to go through the Amazon returns center; the seller will provide a replacement immediately. I took the seller at his word and sent an email via Amazon stating that one of the glasses was defective and I would like a replacement. The seller wrote back that he would send a new set immediately and that I didn't have to return the two glasses. The new glasses arrived two days later, this time without any defects. I was allowed to keep the third, defect-free glass. By law, the seller would only have been obligated to deliver a single new glass. He could also have requested the return of the cracked glass for examination. That would have meant a significant increase in expense for me, and probably also for the seller. Simply sending me a new set might have been the more economically sensible approach from the seller's perspective. However, something else is crucial for me: The seller didn't demand proof that the glass was actually cracked, as I claimed. I didn't even have to take a picture. The seller believed the customer – and a simple, quick, and uncomplicated process was important to him because it actually makes the customer, whose shopping experience is already impaired and disappointed by the complaint, more satisfied. In times when you're expected to lift every basket in the shopping cart and open bags and pouches at the supermarket checkout to make sure you "haven't forgotten anything," that's a pleasant experience. I'm treated as an honest customer. That leads to the 5th star. I hope the seller stays that way and is rewarded for his customer service. If the products are further optimized as described above, it should work.
