Qualät gut zur Haltbarkeit kann ich leider noch nix sagen. Was schade war das grün sieht im Original nicht ganz so schön aus wie auf den Bild,leider dunkler.

He probado ya los 5 cocinando diferentes ingredientes y son super comodos. Los mangos de silicona hacen que sea muy comodo manejar los accesorios, ya que aunque tengas las manos mojadas, no resbalan nada de nada. Me gusta que en la parte inferior, cada accesorio tiene un agujero, asi que he podido colgarlos de la pared reeemplazando a los anteriores que tenia de madera y que no estaban en sus mejores momentos.

Por otro lado, el bambú es bastante más higiénico que cualquier otra madera, gracias a sus propiedades anti-bacterianas naturales. Conjunto perfecto para tener en casa, evitando materiales como el metal que puede dañar las sartenes y el plástico que se acaba deformado y tiene una vida útil inferior. Estos accesorios no transmiten mucho calor al mango y disponen de un mango de silicona removible que nos permite lavarlos cómodamente en el lavavajillas y ser mucho más cómodos cuando los usamos, su precio no es elevado si pensamos en la vida útil de los mismos respecto a otras opciones.

Nosotros en casa siempre utilizamos para cocina utensilios de madera por comodidad, pero, sobre todo, para no rayar las ollas o sartenes. Es la manera de que te duren y no se les vaya el antiadherente. Otra casa muy importante del bambú, es que es anti-microbiano, y eso le hace ser perfecto en una cocina. Es completamente de madera de bambú y eso la hace muy ecológica, porque es 100 por 100 reciclable. Yo creo que ya tenemos que ir a este tipo de materiales naturales y dejar un poco el resto. Hasta la fecha por mi cocina han pasado accesorios de diversos materiales, como la madera de haya, el acero inoxidable, el plástico de poliamida reforzado. También tenemos una espátula de bambú. desde hace 8 años, exactamente igual a la que viene en este lote, salvo por el mango de silicona. Esta espátula apenas ha envejecido, siendo tan funcional como el primer día. Para mantenerla en óptimas condiciones le paso una vez al año una lija fina para eliminar las pequeñas imperfecciones o irregularidades de los bordes. En su uso no raya las sartenes con recubrimiento antiadherente. Por lo que he podido averiguar, desde el punto de vista ecológico, el utilizar utensilios de bambú es mucho más natural que los de madera, dado que el crecimiento del bambú es mucho más rápido que el de los árboles, y se necesita muchísima menos superficie de plantación que la del equivalente en árboles para madera. Una de las cosas que he descubierto recientemente es que el bambú es por naturaleza anti-microbiano, una gran ventaja en la cocina. En esta ocasión voy a comentar el juego ecológico de cocina de Bambuswald. Es un juego de 5 piezas de bambú de gran calidad, muy compacto, robusto y resistente. He de decir que me ha sorprendido para bien, pues casi siempre que compro algo de bambú suele ser muy fino y hueco por dentro. Además, su diseño es sencillo y moderno, llevando la marca sellada en el mango. En este set encontramos: 2 espátulas para asar, 1 cuchara de cocina, 1 paleta y 1 cuchara de ensalada. Cada utensilio mide 33 cm y el mango viene protegido y recubierto por silicona de color verde manzana muy agradable al tacto. Además tienen un agujero en el extremo para poder colgarlos. Ventajas del bambú: no ralla las superficies antiadherentes, es muy ligero y no pesa nada, no da olor ni sabor a las comidas y tiene cierto efecto anti bacteriano. Para lavarlo, se puede hacer a mano usando agua y jabón. Y para mantener bien el bambú, de vez en cuando se puede untar con aceite. El juego viene embalado en una cajita de cartón, y lo que echo en falta es un librito o folleto con información del producto. Otro pero, es que a pesar de ser un bambú con muy buena calidad, uno de los utensilios (el que tiene forma de tenedor) venía algo astillado en una de las púas, como se aprecia en la imagen que adjunto. Por útil como, el precio me parece adecuado a la calidad del producto. Espero que os resulte mi opinión.

Pack de 5 utensilios de bambú para cocinar con ellos, normalmente los utensilios que yo utilizo son de madera estos de bambú son aún mejores pues con el uso estos no desprenden virutas de madera y son más higiénicos Son perfectos para cocinar en cualquier sartén u olla pues no rallan como los haría los de metal, el mango viene protegidos con una funda de silicona que se queda fija y dispone de un agujero para poder colgarlo, aunque el agujero es pequeño en mi caso no los puedo colgar después de probarlos he jubilados los anteriores estos me han encantado además son muy versátiles la pala es perfecta para girar el pescado sin que este se rompa, muy útiles y de excelente calidad

Hechas en bambú, están muy bien acabadas, sin grietas ni astillas, y cada una de ellas incorpora un mango de silicona suave que la hacen muy cómodas pero al mismo tiempo más delicadas de mantener. ¿Por qué? Pues porque el mango de silicona tiene una pequeña holgura y un hueco en su extremo, cosa que producirá inevitablemente que se acumule porquería justo ahí dentro. Una lástima el detalle, porque si fuera silicona pegada sin hueco no habría ese posible problema y sería perfecto. Tienen una medida de 33 cm y cuentan con orificio para poder colgar. En un cajón cubertero normal caben bien sin molestar. Con sus diferentes formas podemos resrvar unas palas para cocinar y otras para servir, en mi caso lo veo como un acierto. En casa nos han encantado; solo la pega del hueco en la silicona del mango. Aún así son una cucada

El set es de 5 piezas, cada cuchara o espátula tiene una longitud de 31,5 cm, son ligeras y bien rematadas. Por la parte frontal, en el mango, vienen marcadas con el nombre de la marca, las fundas verdes de silicona se pueden retirar si no nos convencen. Al ser de bambú, no solamente son muy ligeras y resistentes, sino que también es una madera muy poco porosa, lo que hace que no absorba fácilmente gustos y olores de los alimentos que cocinamos y que se puede limpiar muy fácilmente. Esto a su vez repercute, desde un punto de vista higiénico, en que sea más segura, que otras maderas más porosas. Desde un punto de vista estético, las 5 piezas son francamente bonitas, aunque yo creo que no habría puesto la cubierta del mango de silicona, que funcionalmente creo que aporta muy poco. Aunque están producidas por una empresa alemana, desconozco el país de fabricación, en todo caso, el precio inferior a los 20 euros, me parece adecuado.

Estupendo conjunto de cocina de 5 piezas de fabricado en madera de bambú de la marca Bambuswald. El conjunto está compuesto por 5 piezas: espátula, 1 cuchara, 1 espátula, 1 paleta, 1 cuchara de ensalada, todo fabricado en bambú y silicona alimentaria de color verde. Son unos estupendos accesorios de cocina que nos sirven para usar en cualquier tipo de sartén u olla y además no rallan las sartenes. Tienen unas dimensiones de 33 cm. Están fabricadas en bambú, una madera muy usada pues es un árbol que crece muy rápido y por sus propiedades impermeables que hacen que no absorban agua como el resto de las maderas. Cada uno de los utensilios llevan un mango de silicona para una mejor sujeción, el mango lleva un agujero por si deseas colocar los utensilios en algún colgador. Al ser bambú son reciclables y resistentes a las altas temperaturas y a las bacterias, además de ser muy fáciles de limpiar, no se derriten como otras de peor calidad y tampoco rayan las ollas y sartenes ya que son muy resistentes. Después de usarlas ya no vuelvo a los utensilios tradicionales ya que son estas son estupendas.
