Wir haben kopffreie Dunstabzugshaube Eva 90cm A++ Class Smart im Onlineshop des Herstellers gekauft.
Die erste Lieferung war bereits beschädigt, die Ersatzlieferung wurde fachgerecht nach Anleitung montiert.
Etwa eine Stunde nach der Montage hat sich die Glasfront ohne äußere Einwirkung gelöst und ist auf Boden und Küchenschränke gefallen. Dabei entstanden Sachschäden – zum Glück wurde niemand verletzt.
Der Verkäufer hat die Rücknahme der Haube und Erstattung des Kaufpreises angeboten, reagiert jedoch trotz Fristsetzung nicht auf die Schadensersatzforderung für die entstandenen Folgeschäden.
Aufgrund der Sicherheitsproblematik und des bisherigen Umgangs mit der Reklamation können wir dieses Produkt und den Kundenservice leider nicht empfehlen.

We purchased the Eva 90cm A++ Class Smart head-free extractor hood from the manufacturer's online shop. The first unit we received was already damaged, and the replacement was professionally installed according to the instructions. About an hour after installation, the glass front panel came loose without any external force and fell onto the floor and kitchen cabinets. This caused property damage – fortunately, no one was injured. The seller offered to take back the hood and refund the purchase price, but despite setting a deadline, they have not responded to our claim for damages for the resulting consequential losses. Due to the safety concerns and the way our complaint has been handled so far, we unfortunately cannot recommend this product or their customer service.

Bestellung und Lieferung wie immer perfekt. Abluftkanal ist das Blech recht dünn. Abschlussrahmen haben wir selbt erstellt, da der vorherige etwas größer war. Handhabung der Abzugshaube sehr benutzerfreundlich. Schönes Design und dazu noch leise.

Ordering and delivery were perfect as always. The sheet metal for the exhaust duct is quite thin. We made the end frame ourselves, as the previous one was slightly larger. The extractor hood is very user-friendly. It has a nice design and is also quiet.

Sie war einfach zu montieren, sieht super aus und läuft schön leise (im Gegensatz zu meiner Alten). Das Einzige, was ich bemängele, sie geht recht schwer aufzuklappen und nicht so weit, wie die Vorige.
