El producto es una pasada. Le ha dado nueva vida a mi silla gamer y además con mejoras. Este sistema de ruedas es mucho mejor que con el que vienen de fábrica. Ruedan con mayor facilidad, de forma silenciosa y al suelo no le hago daño. Con las anteriores había dejado un rodal oscuro de ir soltando poco a poco microparticulas de las ruedas negras que vienen por defecto. El caso, muy recomendable adquirir estas ruedas. Tuve un problema con el reparto y en un momento de enfado hice una muy mala valoración. Mi grata sorpresa vino a los días cuando se puso en contacto conmigo el director del servicio postventa... Me vengo a referir que me escribió, nada de respuestas preprogramadas para reespanear... Me escribió personalmente. Eso hoy día es tan de valorar que un diez por el servicio. Aún estoy a la espera de algo que me prometieron, pero dudo que no cumpla. Actualizaré información con lo que sea.

The product is amazing. It's given my gaming chair a new lease of life, and with improvements too. This wheel system is much better than the one that came with the factory wheels. They roll more smoothly, silently, and I don't damage the floor. The previous ones had left a dark track from gradually shedding microparticles from the default black wheels. I highly recommend purchasing these wheels. I had a problem with the delivery, and in a fit of anger, I gave a very poor review. My pleasant surprise came a few days later when the after-sales service manager contacted me... I mean, he wrote to me, no pre-programmed replies to rescan... He wrote to me personally. That's so highly appreciated these days that a ten is a 10 for service. I'm still waiting for something they promised me, but I doubt they won't deliver. I'll update with whatever information comes up.

Das Produkt ist Okay. Bin sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Produkt bin ich zufrieden, mit der Lieferung durch DPD aber sehr unzufrieden. Dreimal konnte die Lieferung angeblich nicht zugestellt werden. Dies zog sich fast drei Wochen hinaus, bis ich das Paket dann endlich in Paketshop abholen konnte. Die DPD- Fahrer fahren die Kunden oft gar nicht an, sondern liefern die Pakete gleich als unzustellbar im Shop ab.

The product is okay. I'm very satisfied. I'm satisfied with the product, but very dissatisfied with the delivery by DPD. The delivery allegedly couldn't be delivered three times. This dragged on for almost three weeks before I was finally able to pick up the package from a parcel shop. DPD drivers often don't even visit the customer, but instead drop the packages off at the shop as undeliverable.

Fantastisch leise Laufrollen Da gibt es nicht viel zu schreiben. Die Laufrollen kommen wie abgebildet und sehen zwar ungewohnt, aber gut aus. Der Stuhl kommt etwas höher, aber in einem erträglichen Maß. Die Rollen sind wirklich flüsterleise, haben kaum Rollwiderstand und machen sich fantastisch auf dem Hartboden. Keine Gekratzte oder Gerappel mehr auf dem Boden und bequemes Vor- und Zurückschieben. Die Laufrollen sehen übrigens wertig und langlebig aus. Denke, sie werden lange ihren Dienst verrichten. Diese Investition hat sich für mich absolut gelohnt und spreche eine klare Empfehlung aus.

Fantastically quiet casters. There's not much to write about. The casters are as pictured and, while unusual, look good. The chair is a bit higher, but within a tolerable range. The casters are truly whisper-quiet, have almost no rolling resistance, and work fantastically on hard floors. No more scratching or rattling on the floor, and it's easy to push them back and forth. The casters, by the way, look high-quality and durable. I think they'll last a long time. This investment was absolutely worth it for me, and I highly recommend them.

Passt super und sind lautlos Der große Vorteil dieser Räder ist (in meinen Augen) auch gleichzeitig ein Nachteil. Sie sind super lautlos (Laminat) und lassen den Stuhl mit Mikro-Bewegungen verschieben. Da reicht es leider schon, wenn man unter dem Tisch eine Fußablage hat, um den Stuhl nach hinten zu schieben. Passgenauigkeit war sehr gut und ohne Probleme zu wechseln.

Hält was es verspricht Warum liefern die Hersteller noch die blöden kleinen Rollen anstatt dieser aus? Hätte ich doch nur viel früher getauscht. Teppichkanten oder Fliesenrillen sind kein Thema mehr. Der rollt jetzt so leicht und leise, da muss man sogar aufpassen, dass man den Stuhl beim Hinsetzten festhält, weil er bei leichten Berührungen wegrollt. Striemen auf dem Boden gibt es auch nicht. Weg mit der blöden Schutzmatte.

Does what it promises. Why do manufacturers still ship those stupid little casters instead of these? I wish I'd replaced them much sooner. Carpet edges or tile grooves are no longer an issue. It rolls so easily and quietly now that you even have to be careful to hold the chair when sitting down, because it'll roll away at the slightest touch. There are no marks on the floor either. Get rid of that stupid protective mat.

Mega Unterschied zu den Standard Rollen Ich habe die Rollen für meinen Bürostuhl zuhause (Laminat) gekauft und habe sie schon seit 2 Jahren in Benutzung. Sie sind immer noch sehr schön und extrem leichtgängig. Dazu habe ich sie jetzt nochmal für einen Kinderschreibtischstuhl gekauft. Der Stuhl ist ein Markenstuhl und die Standardrollen waren so schlecht, das man kaum vorwärts kam (nicht nachvollziehbar bei so einem Preis). Mit diesen Rollen dann hier, war es ein Unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Sehr leichtgängig kann man sich nun über den Boden rollen. Sie ähneln den InlineSkateRollen. Sie sind sehr einfach anzubauen. Ganz klare Kaufempfehlung

A huge difference compared to standard casters. I bought these casters for my office chair at home (laminate) and have been using them for two years. They're still very nice and extremely smooth. I also bought them again for a child's desk chair. The chair is a brand-name chair, and the standard casters were so bad that you could hardly move forward (unbelievable at such a price). With these casters, it was like night and day. You can now roll across the floor very smoothly. They're similar to inline skate wheels. They're very easy to install. I definitely recommend buying them.

Am Besten ohne Teppich. Der Stuhl lässt sich sitzend nur etwas schwierig über einen Teppich bewegen. Doppelrollen wären da vielleicht doch besser gewesen. Aber ansonsten bin ich damit zufrieden.

Manko, oft ist der Sohn mit dem Stuhl in der Wohnung unterwegs weil es so fein läuft.

Wer weiß, wie breit der Stift der Rollen an seinem Stuhl ist und auch weiß, wie diese zu Montieren und Demontieren sind, wird mit diesem Produkt keine Probleme haben. Rollen sind leise und haben Griff. Der Stuhl war dadurch lediglich ein wenig höher als vorher, wodurch eine Sitzhöhenkorrektur nötig war.

I ordered the castors for my private executive chair because the original castors were unusable. The new rollers were delivered very quickly, installation was very simple and they work perfectly. A small minus point is the behavior when changing direction, in my opinion it could be a little smoother. But still a clear buy recommendation from me.

Comme me l'avait décrit 2 clients Amazon, pour rouler, elle roule, le moindre appui le siège recule, mais bon, faut savoir ce que l'on veut, des roulettes qui roule ou qui roule pas :) Première impression : Les roulettes roule parfaitement et dans toutes les directions comme cela m'avait été signalé, le fauteuil bouge bien dans le sens que l'on pousse et non en diagonale comme j'ai déjà pu tester sur une autre marque de roulette. Niveau bruit, elles sont très silencieuses, la bande de roulage et les roulements ne font pas de bruit. Mon seul regret, c'est de pas les avoir connu avant. A voir dans le temps, pour l'instant je les conseille pour ceux qui aime le silence et la facilité de déplacement. P.S : pour ce qui est de la roulette qui coince dans la rainure du carrelage et qu'avec cette roulette juste un petit mouvement pour vous débloquer, si vous avez la possibilité, combler la rainure avec un silicone transparent et le tour est joué :)

Die Dinger kamen Amazon-schnell, sind gut verarbeitet, passen auf meinen Topstar 2010 und sind superleise. Was gegenüber meinen 10 Jahre alten Doppelrollen auffällt und am Anfang sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist der inliner-mäßige geringe Rollwiderstand. Beim ersten Aufstehen habe ich den Stuhl durchs halbe Zimmer "geschossen" und beim Sitzen will der Sessel immer wieder wegrollen. Der geringe Rollwiderstand erzwingt auch eine aufrechtere Sitzhaltung und sauberes Abstellen der Füße um nicht wegzurollen - eigentlich sehr angenehm. Würde ich definitiv wieder kaufen.

What is striking compared to my 10-year-old double wheels and which takes a lot of getting used to at the beginning is the inline-moderate low rolling resistance. When I got up for the first time, I "shot" the chair halfway across the room and when I sat down, the chair kept wanting to roll away. The low rolling resistance also forces you to sit upright and put your feet down cleanly so as not to roll away - actually very pleasant. I would definitely buy again.

Ich habe die Rollen im täglichen Einsatz und muss sagen das erste Jahr war alles Prima. Rollten super leicht sowohl auf Teppichböden wie auch auf Laminat. Aber leider muss ich jetzt nach einem Jahr verstellen, das sich die Halterungen verbogen haben, wodurch es zu einer Fehlbelastung der Kugellager gekommen ist. Sprich: die Kugeln der Drehlager fallen raus und die Rollen können sich nicht mehr leichtgängig in alle Richtungen drehen. Würde ich jetzt nicht 120Kg wiegen wäre das wahrscheinlich auch nicht passiert! Also für jemanden der nur 90Kg oder weniger wiegt würde ich die Rollen empfehlen. Bei höherem Körpergewicht, kann!(nicht muss) es zu Problemen wie bei mir kommen. Fazit: Guter Preis, tolles Produkt, aber könnte massiver sein ;-)

I use the reels every day and I have to say that everything was great for the first year. Rolled super easily on both carpets and laminate. But unfortunately, after a year, I have to adjust it because the brackets have bent, which has led to incorrect loading of the ball bearings. In other words: the balls of the swivel bearings fall out and the rollers can no longer turn smoothly in all directions. If I didn't weigh 120kg, that probably wouldn't have happened! So for someone who weighs only 90kg or less I would recommend the wheels. With a higher body weight, problems can (not necessarily) occur like mine. Conclusion: Good price, great product, but could be more massive ;-)

Wir bräuchten die Rrollen da ein Teppich vor den Schreibtisch liegt der etwas höher ist. Vorher hat es den Teppich immer verdrückt und die Rollen sind nicht drauf gerollt. Aber jetzt und mit etwas Klebeband unter der Teppichkante ist das aproblem.gelost. Allerdings Quietschen die Stollen auf den Laminat und blockieren teilweise, wenn man von rechts nach links will. Aber kann auch sein dass dann wider der Teppich den Rollweg blockierte. Von Design her auch sehr auffällig

Die Rollen sind sehr leichtlaufend und kratzen nicht auf meinem Parket. Ich bin sehr froh, sie zu haben, endlich kann ich durch mein Büro gleiten. Die Rollen haben keinen Stopmechanismus, wenn der Stuhl nicht belegt ist, dies ist beim Hinsetzen zu beachten. Ich brauche dieses Sicherheitsfeature aber nicht, da ich mich auch mit dem Mechanismus neben den Stuhl gesetzt habe ;-). Ich habe die Rollen jetzt ein paar Monate und sie funktionieren noch wie am ersten Tag. Ich denke, dass sie lange halten werden.

The wheels run very smoothly and don't scratch my parquet. I'm very happy to have them, finally I can glide through my office. The castors do not have a stop mechanism when the chair is not occupied, this must be taken into account when sitting down. But I don't need this safety feature because I sat next to the chair with the mechanism ;-). I've had the rollers for a few months now and they still work like day one. Dadurch muss ich nicht länger eine Plastik-Unterlage am Schreibtisch haben. Jetzt, nachdem ich die neuen Rollen von Novaato installiert hab, beiße ich mir in den Hintern, das nicht schon viel früher gemacht zu haben. Warum? - Die Rollen sind superleise - Mit den Rollen bewegt man sich leichtgängig über den Boden - (Für Spielkinder wie mich: Mit den Rollen überwindet ihr locker einige Meter mit nur einem Stupser) Was für mich am wichtigsten ist: Trotz der leichten Fahrbarkeit rollt man nicht unfreiwillig weg. Ich hatte etwas Sorge, dass ich mich dann sofort beim Hinsetzen quer durch den Raum katapultiere, aber das ist gar nicht der Fall. Die Rollen sind wegfahrsicher und wenn man sich dann wirklich mit dem Stuhl bewegen will, total leichtgängig. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der sich einen neuen Bürostuhl kauft. Gleich die vorinstallierten Rollen weglassen und stattdessen diese hier nutzen. Probiert es aus - Es verbessert eure Büro-Qualität.

Warum? - Die Rollen sind superleise - Mit den Rollen bewegt man sich leichtgängig über den Boden - (Für Spielkinder wie mich: Mit den Rollen überwindet ihr locker einige Meter mit nur einem Stupser) Was für mich am wichtigsten ist: Trotz der leichten Fahrbarkeit rollt man nicht unfreiwillig weg. Ich hatte etwas Sorge, dass ich mich dann sofort beim Hinsetzen quer durch den Raum katapultiere, aber das ist gar nicht der Fall. Die Rollen sind wegfahrsicher und wenn man sich dann wirklich mit dem Stuhl bewegen will, total leichtgängig. Ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der sich einen neuen Bürostuhl kauft. Gleich die vorinstallierten Rollen weglassen und stattdessen diese hier nutzen. Probiert es aus - Es verbessert eure Büro-Qualität.

Nachdem die alten Rollen vom Bürostuhl nur noch geknarzt haben, sind wir im Internet auf diese gestossen und haben sie kurzerhand bestellt. Als das Päckchen ankam wurden sie gleich montiert. Die Montage ist super einfach. Aber das ist eigentlich normal. Seit dem rollern wir nur noch mit dem Bürostuhl durch die Wohnung. Super leise. Super smooth. Einfach klasse. Ein netter Nebeneffekt... der Staubsaugerroboter kommt jetzt unter den Drehstuhl. Das einzige was das hätte toppen können wären Rollen mit LED gewesen. ;) Sollten wir irgendwann mal wieder Rollen brauchen, an einem anderen Stuhl, diese machen den Eindruck, als ob sie länger als der Stuhl halten, kaufen wir sie gerne wieder.

After the old castors from the office chair only creaked, we came across these on the internet and ordered them without further ado. When the package arrived they were installed right away. The assembly is super easy. But that's actually normal. Since then we have only rolled around the apartment in the office chair. Super quiet. Super smooth. Just great. A nice side effect... the vacuum cleaner robot is now under the swivel chair. The only thing that could have topped that would have been reels with LEDs. ;) Should we ever need casters again on another chair, they give the impression that they last longer than the chair, we will be happy to buy them again.

Tout est dans le titre, on peut regretter que les axes ne soient pas démontables pour le nettoyage. Ceci dit rien a voir avec les roulettes de chaise de bureau classiques qui bloquent ou tournent mal. Excellent produit pour moi.

Ottimo prodotto avevo sbagliato il primo ordine perché non avevo letto che c’erano due misure ed ho ordinato la più piccola sbagliando. Ho poi restituito il pacco ed ordinato la misura corretta il tutto il 3 giorni tra restituzione e invio del nuovo ordine. Tutto velocissimo e preciso. Le ruote sono perfette, scorrevolisssime e non rigano assolutamente il parquet salendo anche sui tappeti senza impuntature o fatica alcuna.

Excellent product. I made a mistake on my first order because I didn't read that there were two sizes, so I ordered the smaller one. I then returned the package and ordered the correct size, all within 3 days of returning it and sending the new order. Everything was very fast and precise. The wheels are perfect, they glide very smoothly and don't scratch the parquet at all, even going up on carpets without any snagging or difficulty.

Belle e robuste, ne consiglio l'acquisto. Le ho usate per sostituire delle ruote di una sedia ikea perché quelle presenti rigavano il parquet. Se ne trovano anche di più economiche ma queste sono molto belle. Servizio Amazon impeccabile come al solito.

Beautiful and sturdy, I recommend purchasing them. I used them to replace the wheels on an IKEA chair because the original ones were scratching the parquet. You can find cheaper ones, but these are very nice. Amazon service is impeccable, as usual.

Rien à dire.... L'investissement est vraiment à hauteur du produit. Facilité a installer: il n'y a qu'à tirer sur les anciennes roulettes pour les retirer et installer les nouvelles. Ça glisse comme sur des roulettes et sans bruits. Très bonne qualité !

Finalmente ho potuto cambiare le ruote alla mia vecchia sedia da ufficio Ikea, dopo aver preso erroneamente ben 2 paia di ruote spacciate per "compatibili" e che invece essendo di 11mm avavano un attacco troppo largo. Queste da 10mm sono perfette e la sedia scorre sul laminato parquet che è una meraviglia, addio paura di segnare il pavimento! Soddisfatto al 200%.

I was finally able to replace the wheels on my old Ikea office chair, after mistakenly purchasing two pairs of wheels that were supposedly "compatible" but were actually 11mm and had a too-wide fit. These 10mm ones are perfect, and the chair glides beautifully on laminate flooring—no more worrying about marking the floor! 200% satisfied.

Das einzige Problem ist wenn man sich öfters in den Stuhl plumpsen lässt leiden die Kugellager der Räder sehr schnell und fallen heraus. Da es bei mir der Fall war kontaktierte ich die Hersteller Firma und bekam sofort Ersatz. Das Problem war das ich zwar Garantie hatte aber es nicht mehr nachzuvollziehen war ob die Rollen von Anfang an defekt waren oder ich sie kaputt gemacht habe. ( Irgendwie ). Ich musste aber für den Tausch der Rollen nur die Hälfte bezahlen was auch sehr korrekt war. Das Fazit: Sehr leise Rollen - würde ich wieder kaufen aber in Zukunft vorsichtiger behandeln um Schäden auszuschließen. The new roles are very quiet and manoeuvrable. The only problem is if you flop into the chair more than once, the ball bearings on the wheels will suffer and fall out very quickly. Since it was the case with me, I contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement immediately. Der größere Raddurchmesser hat natürlich auch einen geringeren Rollwiderstand und Vorteile bei Kanten (Teppich) und Rillen (Fliesen) oder unebenen Oberflächen. Die Rollen laufen extrem leise, was nicht nur im Zimmer ein Vorteil ist sondern auch im Raum darunter. Die kugelgelagerten Laufräder verlieren auch unter Belastung nicht von ihrer Leichtgängigkeit, muss man aber mögen. Der Stuhl wird extrem quirlig in ALLE Richtungen, als ja nicht auf den Sessel steigen! Wenn das Drehlager langfristig stabil bleiben (Belastung ist natürlich konstruktionsbedingt sehr hoch) dann sind diese Rollen klar zu empfehlen. Aufpassen sollte man auf die Höhe, da diese Rollen doch um einige Zentimeter höher sind als die üblichen Rollen. Die minimale Sitzhöhe wird dadurch deutlich angehoben und kann für kleinere Personen zum Problem werden.

Sehr zufrieden Ich habe seit einigen Jahren den Bürostuhl "Markus" von IKEA hier. Vor kurzem habe ich das Büro in einen anderen Raum verlegt und dort wollte ich den neuen Boden nicht kaputtmachen. Außerdem waren die originalen Rollen aus Hartplastik sehr laut und je nach Bewegung knackten sie auch bedenklich. Deshalb habe ich mir diese Rollen (10x22mm) bestellt und was soll ich sagen? Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Man hört den Stuhl so gut wie gar nicht mehr, wenn man ihn bewegt, und die neuen Rollen sind auch besser für den Boden. Ich werde die Rollen auch für meinen anderen Stuhl kaufen und wer sich nicht sicher ist: Klare Kaufempfehlung! Update [04-07-2018]: Leider verlor eine der Rollen Kugeln aus dem Kugellager. Das kann natürlich immer mal passieren und nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verkäufer habe ich direkt neue Rollen erhalten. Wie ich in der ursprünglichen Rezension geschrieben hatte, habe ich die Rollen ein weiteres Mal für meinen anderen Stuhl gekauft und dort, sowie bei den Ersatzrollen tritt das Problem nicht auf. Aufgrund der schnellen, freundlichen und großzügigen Reaktion des Verkäufers bleibe ich weiterhin bei fünf Sternen und kann die Rollen nach wie vor nur empfehlen.
