Ich habe die Bälle zum Ausrollen der Fußsohle nach einer Plantarfasziitis verwendet. Dafür eigenen sie sich super, da sie im Vergleich zu z.B. Tennisbällen etwas härter sind, und nicht am glatten Boden rutschen. Ebenfalls eignen sie sich gut zum Jonglieren.

Diese Bälle sind als Faszienbälle viel besser als die Hartschaumvarianten diverser Hersteller. Aus meiner Sicht fühlen sie sich viel angenehmer auf der Haut an und - der größte Vorteil - sie rutschen auch auf glatten Oberflächen (z. B.) Türstock nicht weg.

These balls are much better as fascia balls than the hard foam versions from various manufacturers. From my point of view, they feel much more comfortable on the skin and - the biggest advantage - they don't slip away even on smooth surfaces (e.g. door frames).

Zwei super Hartgummibälle, die Größe ist genau richtig um sich auch das Fußgewölbe zu massieren, auch die Härte ist optimal. Ich hätte im Nachhinein doch lieber das Paket mit diesen und den Doppelbällen genommen, da es mit den Doppelbällen einfacher ist nen unteren Rücken im Liegen zu massieren. Super schnelle Lieferung. Bin sehr zufrieden und kann die >Bälle nur weiterempfehlen.
