Recibí estos bastones un día antes de la fecha fijada. En realidad no necesitan instrucciones, pues todo viene listo y solo faltaba ajustar la altura. Las correas de manos tienen un botón para poderse quitar y poner; también cinta velcro para ajustar y a mi me quedaron bien. Solo he caminado tres días, 1 hora por montaña sin casi cuestas y todo muy bien. Me parecen ligeros y me gusta el color. Hasta ahora excelente.
I received these poles a day before the scheduled date. They don't really need any instructions, as everything comes ready-made and all that was left was to adjust the height. The hand straps have a button so they can be removed and put on; there's also a Velcro strap for adjustment, and they fit me well. I've only hiked for three days, an hour in the mountains with hardly any hills, and everything was fine. They seem light, and I like the color. So far, so good.

These are the first poles I've ever bought. They're incredibly light. The cuffs are perfect; they come off the pole easily and put back on just as easily. "Click & Go" is fantastic.

Je viens juste de me mettre à la marche nordique. Je me suis fié aux commentaires favorables pour acheter ces bâtons et ils me paraissent justifiés dans le cas de ce produit. Parfois, on peut lire des commentaires très favorables, quant à certains produits, lesquels me paraissent très exagérés. Après 70km, les embouts sont toujours opérationnels. Le système de réglage de la longueur est très pratique. A voir s'il est fiable dans le temps. Pour ma part, il me fallait un réglage à 117cm.
I just started Nordic walking. I relied on the positive reviews to buy these poles and they seem justified to me in the case of this product. Sometimes you can read very positive reviews, as for some products, which seem very exaggerated to me. After 70km, the tips are still operational. The length adjustment system is very practical. We will see if it is reliable over time. For my part, I needed an adjustment of 117cm.

This is my first purchase of this product. I'm not an expert, but I was looking for a quality, lightweight product. I've only tried it once, and so far it seems to have the features I was looking for: lightweight, practical, and durable. It's a shame it's not telescopic; that would make it perfect. The price-quality ratio is also very good.
As a newcomer to Nordic Walking I wanted a good introductory set of sticks and these fitted the bill. Would suggest though that an option for larger hand straps be given as those supplied are a snug fit and cannot be used over gloves.
