Dopo aver valutato altri prodotti simili, ho deciso di acquistare questo doppio rullo per massaggi e, devo dire, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla sua qualità. La confezione contiene un rullo massaggiante "morbido" (piatto), uno "duro" (con le varie "punte") più una pratica sacca per il trasporto di entrambi. I rullo più piccolo può essere inserito nell'altro, di diametro maggiore. Purtroppo nella confezione non è presente nessun manuale di istruzioni o suggerimenti per gli esercizi di auto massaggio, ma non è un grande problema: online si possono trovare molti esempi. Durante l'utilizzo del rullo ho potuto constatare la sua robustezza ed efficacia: nel mio caso lo utilizzo sia per cervicale e scapole che per i femorali e quadricipiti. Unico "difetto" che posso segnalare: la spedizione del prodotto è stata piuttosto lenta (per gli standard di amazon) ma per il resto niente da eccepire. In conclusione, rullo decisamente consigliabile specie se lo trovate in offerta.

After evaluating other similar products, I decided to purchase this double massage roller and, I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The package contains a "soft" (flat) massage roller, a "hard" (with various "tips"), and a handy carrying bag for both. The smaller roller can be inserted into the other, larger roller. Unfortunately, the package doesn't include an instruction manual or suggestions for self-massage exercises, but that's not a big deal: you can find plenty of examples online. While using the roller, I've found it to be sturdy and effective: I use it for both my neck and shoulder blades as well as my hamstrings and quadriceps. The only flaw I can report is that shipping was rather slow (by Amazon standards), but otherwise, I have no complaints. In conclusion, I definitely recommend this roller, especially if you find it on sale.

I do find it however (yes one complaint coming up) that the inner foam roll keeps sliding out of the thing with the slightest tilt. so build quality okay, but design meh. hindsight is 20/20. who knows, maybe thats how it was meant to be
