Great for rucking I wanted to do more cardio but I hate running. Walking with a weighted vest is a great low impact cardio option. The weight is really well distributed, you don't really feel the weight when you walk. It's a little bit awkward to put on but once it's on it feels like a part of you. I put my vest on and bike all the way to the local park, walk for 30 min approximately and then bike back. So you can definitely do a lot of things with it on.

j ai acheté ce gilet pour éviter l'osteopénie et je le porte régulièrement à la maison, une etude ayant prouvé que les gilets lestés à partir de 10% de la masse corporelle améliorait la densité osseuse. J'ai eu du mal à trouver en Europe une option pour femme qui soit ergonomique, suffisamment lourd et proche du corps. Ce gilet est parfait (petite précision je fais un S en t shirt, il a une bonne tenue au dessus de mes épaule, j'avais peur qu'il soit trop large).

I bought this vest to avoid osteopenia and I wear it regularly at home, a study having proven that weighted vests from 10% of body mass improve bone density. I had a hard time finding an option for women in Europe that was ergonomic, heavy enough and close to the body. This vest is perfect (small precision I do an S in t-shirt, it has a good hold above my shoulders, I was afraid it would be too wide).

Jetzt schon ne Weile in Verwendung Beide noch nicht kaputt und für mich auch das richtige (Zusatz)Gewicht. Was etwas stören könnte, das Gewicht verteilt/rutscht in der Weste immer etwas nach unten, ist aber minimal, also mich stört es nicht. Wäre das Material zwichendurch noch mal unterteilt/abgesteppt würde das unterbunden.

I've been using them for a while now. Neither of them has broken yet and they're the right (additional) weight for me. What could be a bit annoying is that the weight always spreads out/slides down a bit in the vest, but it's minimal, so it doesn't bother me. If the material was divided/stitched again in between, this would be prevented.

Ho acquistato il modello da 10 kg, la vestibilità è ottima, il tessuto resistente (dopo qualche mese che lo utilizzo per allenarmi è ancora come nuovo). Sono alto 1,76 m, circonferenza del petto 114 cm, il gilet è perfettamente aderente e non si muove mentre eseguo le ripetizioni. Non molto adatto per la corsa.

Spedizione e consegna rapide, puntuali e accurate. Il gilet è veramente fatto bene: comodo, pratico e ben rifinito nei dettagli. Ha persino le strisce catarifrangenti per l'attività all'aperto. Minimo ingombro, cinghie regolabili, peso efficacemente distribuito. Ho avuto modo di testarlo solo un paio di volte perché l'ho da poco ricevuto, ma già ne sono entusiasta. Per la corsa non mi pronuncio, perché non corro, ma suppongo che sia adatto. Allenandomi in casa, mi serve per incrementare il carico di bilanciere, kettebell e manubri. Il peso della zavorra è invariabile.

Se ajusta perfectamente a mi torso y espalda de manera que resulta muy cómodo usarlo para entrenar. Tiene un peso máximo de 5 kilos que viene ideal para usarse en diferentes tipos de ejercicio de esfuerzo intenso como flexiones, saltos o sentadillas. El chaleco se sujeta muy bien como dije antes y podría usarse también para abdominales y correr pero no lo recomiendo para ninguno de esos dos ejercicios porque podrías dañarte la espalda o las rodillas respectivamente con el peso extra. El material del chaleco es muy bueno y puede usarse a pesar del sudor y es fácilmente limpiable.

It fits my torso and back perfectly so it is very comfortable to wear for training. It has a maximum weight of 5 kilos which is ideal for use in different types of intense exercise such as push-ups, jumping or squats. The vest holds very well as I said before and could also be used for sit-ups and running but I do not recommend it for either of those exercises because you could hurt your back or knees respectively with the extra weight. The material of the vest is very good and can be used despite sweat and is easily cleaned.
