Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Insgesamt sehr gute Bänder, haben ihre Stärke aufgedruckt und sind für einen guten Preis erhältlich. Wenn man ein stärkeres Band braucht, kann man diese zusammenlegen und erhält ein sehr starkes Band. Dazu ist noch eine kleine Tasche inklusive. Empfehlenswert!

In der Produktbeschreibung werden 5 Stück genannt, was leider nicht stimmt. Es wird definitiv nur 1 Band (lila) geliefert. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass diese Angabe entsprechend korrigiert wird. Somit empfinde ich den Preis für nur ein Band doch etwas hoch.

Ich habe lange überlegt ob ich wirklich das Geld in die Hand nehme und die teureren Bänder kaufe, da ist doch deutlich günstigere Alternativen gibt. Ich bin dann zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass Gesundheit vorgeht und wenn man das Risiko (z.B. das das Band reißt o.ä.) minimieren kann, indem man etwas mehr zahlt so soll es so sein. Ich habe also das Set mit allen Bändern bestellt und war überrascht von der schnellen Lieferung, die Bestellung erfolgte gegen 13:00 Uhr und am nächsten Tag wurden sie schon geliefert. Von der Qualität bin ich wirklich sehr überzeugt, der Gummigeruch von dem man manchmal liest, ist bei diesen Bändern nicht wahrzunehmen und auch die mitgelieferte Tasche ist sehr praktisch weil man sie nicht nur über einen Arm sondern wie ein Rucksack über beide hängen kann. Lediglich das schwarze Band hatte leichte Einkerbungen, mit denen man eventuell dennoch trainieren könnte. Nachdem ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt (welcher übrigens binnen eines Tages geantwortet hat) habe wurde mir aber sofort die Zusendung eines neuen schwarzen Bandes versprochen. Dies dürfte wohl in den nächsten Tagen ankommen. Von meiner Seite aus eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

I thought long and hard about whether I would really take the money and buy the more expensive tapes, as there are much cheaper alternatives out there. I then came to the conclusion that health comes first and if you can minimize the risk (e.g. tearing the ligament or similar) by paying a little more, then so be it. So I ordered the set with all the bands and was surprised by the quick delivery, the order was placed around 1pm and they were delivered the next day. I am really very convinced of the quality, the rubber smell that you sometimes read about is not noticeable with these straps and the supplied bag is also very practical because you can not only hang it over one arm but over both like a backpack. Only the black band had slight indentations that you could possibly use for training. After I contacted customer service (which, by the way, replied within a day) I was immediately promised that a new black strap would be sent to me. This should probably arrive in the next few days. From my side a clear buy recommendation.

I think the power bands are a useful addition to home workouts that primarily want to do without equipment. Especially for beginners, some exercises can be carried out here in individual intensity. Equally useful for those who have bought a pull-up bar but cannot yet do it entirely without support.

Das zweite Set welches ich mir zugelegt habe. Das andere benutze ich etwa 4-5x die Woche. Über nun etwa 1,5 Monate. Was mir leider sehr negativ aufgefallen ist, die Zugkraft die man aufwenden muss ist bei ein und dem selben Band (habe mir jeweils ein Zweites Band für noch mehr Übungen hinzu gekauft) unterschiedlich. Habe erst gedacht das legt sich mit der Zeit. Leider bleibt es so und nun habe ich 3x2 Bänder die aber jeweils leider eine andere Zugkraft haben. Leider sehr Schade. Gerade bei dem Preis finde ich das nicht in Ordnung. Wer aber die Bänder jeweils einzeln nutzt dürfte keine Probleme haben.

The second set I got. I use the other one about 4-5 times a week. About 1.5 months now. Unfortunately, what I noticed very negatively is that the tensile force that you have to exert is different for one and the same band (I bought a second band for even more exercises). At first I thought that would go away over time. Unfortunately it stays that way and now I have 3x2 bands, which unfortunately each have a different tensile strength. Unfortunately very unfortunate. For the price, I don't think it's okay. But if you use the bands individually, you shouldn't have any problems.

Meine Lieferverfolgung wurde als zugestellt bei einem Nachbarn ausgewiesen. Dies hat leider nicht gestimmt. Vermutlich wurde das Paket einfach vor dem Hauseingang abgestellt und gestohlen. Als ich Kontakt mit dem Verkäufer aufnahm, bekam ich innerhalb weniger Stunden ein Feedback. Ohne großen Mailverkehr hat der Verkäufer mir angeboten, das Produkt nochmals auszuliefern. Der zweite Versuch glückte auch. Das Produkt macht einen soliden Eindruck. Meine anderen Bänder sind von einem amerikanischen Anbieter, der damals der einzige war. Das blaue Band kann durchaus von der Strapazierfähigkeit mit den anderen Bändern, die ich seit 5 Jahren besitze, mithalten. Hoffentlich hält das Blue Band auch so lange, wie meine anderen Bänder.

You can find a lot about it on YouTube... The seller gets 5 stars alone because the customer service was just exemplary. My delivery tracking was marked as delivered to a neighbor. Unfortunately this was not true. The package was probably simply left in front of the house entrance and stolen. When I contacted the seller, I got feedback within a few hours. Without much mail traffic, the seller offered me to deliver the product again. The second attempt was also successful. The product makes a solid impression. My other tapes are from an American supplier, which was the only one at the time. The blue strap can definitely keep up with the other straps that I have owned for 5 years in terms of durability. Hopefully the blue band will last as long as my other bands.

Ob Push, Pull, Legs, Arme - für jeden Bereich des Körpers gibt es gute Übungen. Aus meiner Sicht eine super Ergänzung zum Bodyweight-Workout. So lassen sich Liegenstützen erschweren, Klimmzüge vereinfachen oder das Beintraining im Schwierigkeitsgrad einfach verändern. Mittlerweile besitze ich drei unterschiedliche Stärken der Bänder, sodass ich gut variieren kann. Ich werde die Bänder definitiv auch nach der Aufhebung der Ausgangsbeschränkungen in mein Training integrieren. Es macht wirklich viel Spaß damit zu trainieren. Es ist zwar nicht das gleiche, aber als Improvisation für den Fitnessstudiobesuch sehr gut!

Great for strength training and to help with pull-ups. I bought the green ribbon and am satisfied. With a little creativity, exercises like the bench press (push-ups with resistance bands), lat pulldowns (pull-ups with bands), or rows can be mimicked quite well. It's not the same, but very good as an improvisation for going to the gym!

Aufgrund der Corona Situation kann ich ja nicht mehr in ins Sportstudio und habe mir deswegen das Dreierset der Fitnessbänder gekauft. Die Bänder sind okay aber nicht perfekt. Die Anleitung ist recht knapp bebildert und zeigt nur ein Teil der Möglichkeiten der Bänder. Sie könnte etwas Umfangreicher sein. Bei der Auswahl der Bänder im Set hätte ich mir auch ein Stärkeres gewünscht. Das Stärkste ist für manche Übungen noch zu schwach. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist für mich der Geruch. Die Bänder riechen extrem nach Gummi. Auch die Hände riechen nach den Übungen entsprechend. Grundsätzlich ist das Set aber Okay und bekommt von mit 3,5 Sterne.

Due to the Corona situation, I can no longer go to the gym and that's why I bought the three-piece set of fitness bands. The straps are okay but not perfect. The instructions are illustrated very briefly and only show a part of the possibilities of the tapes. It could be a bit more extensive. When choosing the straps in the set, I would have wished for a stronger one. The strongest is still too weak for some exercises. The biggest criticism for me is the smell. The bands smell extremely like rubber. The hands also smell accordingly after the exercises. Basically, the set is okay and gets 3.5 stars.

Guter Ersatz fürs Fitnesstudio Habe mir die Bänder anlässlich der derzeitigen Situation bestellt, um trotz Fitnessstudio-Schließung weiter trainieren zu können. Habe auch direkt drei Widerstände geholt (ein leichtes hatte ich schon vorher fürs Warmup). Die Bänder sind wirklich klasse. Man kann viele Übungen damit machen (ein paar liegen auch bei) und mit ein bisschen Kreativität für fast alles eine Ersatzübung finden. Die Qualität der Bänder ist, soweit ich das nach einer Woche beurteilen kann, sehr gut. Auch bei Übungen wie Kniebeugen muss man keine Angst haben das was reißt. Sogar wenn man auf dem Band steht und Trizepsextensions über dem Kopf macht, spielen die Bänder problemlos mit. Limit ist hier eher irgendwann die eigene Kraft. Insgesamt kann ich die Bänder nur empfehlen. Auch mit mehrjähriger Trainingserfahrung sind die Übungen fordernd. Es ist definitiv sinnvoll mehrere Widerstandsstufen zu nutzen (je nach Muskelgruppe und Übung).

Good replacement for the gym I ordered the bands in light of the current situation so I can continue training despite the gym being closed. I also got three resistance levels straight away (I already had a light one for warming up). The bands are really great. You can do lots of exercises with them (a few are included) and with a bit of creativity you can find a substitute for almost anything. The quality of the bands is, as far as I can tell after a week of use, very good. Even with exercises like squats you don't have to worry about anything tearing. Even if you stand on the band and do tricep extensions overhead, the bands work without any problems. The limit here is more your own strength at some point. Overall, I can highly recommend the bands. Even with several years of training experience, the exercises are challenging. It is definitely a good idea to use several resistance levels (depending on the muscle group and exercise).

I also got three resistances straight away (I had an easy one beforehand for the warm-up). The tapes are really great. You can do a lot of exercises with it (there are a few included) and with a little creativity you can find a replacement exercise for almost anything. As far as I can judge after a week, the quality of the tapes is very good. Even with exercises such as squats, you don't have to be afraid that something will tear. Even if you stand on the band and do triceps extensions overhead, the bands play along with it without any problems. At some point, the limit here is your own strength. Overall, I can only recommend the tapes. Even with several years of training experience, the exercises are demanding.
