Vogatore acquistato per implementare la mia piccola palestra da casa. Arrivato in pochi giorni dalla Germania e montato in circa un'ora senza alcun problema (presente un manuale multilingue compreso l'italiano che oltre alle istruzioni di montaggio suggerisce brevemente anche l'utilizzo).Attrezzo che ho trovato molto ben costruito e robusto, adatto anche a persone di varia corporatura; unica cosa da evidenziare (come già detto da molti) il vogatore non è ripiegabile ma si può solo mettere in verticale, quindi da valutare lo spazio ove andrà messo.Per il resto prodotto da consigliare vivamente!

I purchased this rowing machine to expand my small home gym. It arrived from Germany within a few days and was assembled in about an hour without any problems (it comes with a multilingual manual, including Italian, which not only provides assembly instructions but also brief instructions on how to use it). I found this machine to be very well-built and sturdy, suitable for people of all sizes. The only thing I should point out (as many have said) is that the rowing machine cannot be folded; it can only be stored upright, so you'll need to consider the space available. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product!

Das Gerät kam früher als erwartet und angekündigt! Der Aufbau war dank der einfachen Anleitung und für jeden Punkt einzeln abgepackten Schrauben super einfach und schnell (ca. 40min).Den Trainingswiderstand finde ich für ein Heimgerät für nicht Profis völlig ausreichend. Ich hab mit 5min Stufe 1 begonnen und nach drei Tagen auf je 5min Stufe 1, 2 und 3 erhöht. So spürt man, dass man was gemacht hat, bekommt aber nicht gleich fürchterlich Muskelkater.Mein Fazit: macht einen soliden Eindruck, ist leise, der Preis stimmt und vorallem macht das Training total Spaß!

The machine arrived earlier than expected and announced! Thanks to the simple instructions and individually packaged screws for each step, assembly was super easy and quick (about 40 minutes). I find the resistance perfectly adequate for a home machine intended for non-professionals. I started with 5 minutes at level 1 and after three days increased to 5 minutes each at levels 1, 2, and 3. This way you feel like you've done something, but you don't get terrible muscle soreness right away. My conclusion: it makes a solid impression, is quiet, the price is right, and most importantly, the workout is a lot of fun!

Premetto che è la prima volta che acquisto un prodotto Capital Sports, ma questo vogatore è sicuramente il biglietto da visita della qualità e del rapporto col prezzo perfetto.Mi è arrivato due giorni dopo averlo comprato, una scatola molto grande e pesante, quando l'ho aperta ho visto l'imballaggio fatto molto accuratamente e anche la cura dei dettagli del prodotto.Una cosa che mi ha colpito è la seduta, fatta in gomma morbida, che non stanca anche se la seduta si prolunga; mentre il resto, come mi aspettavo, è in plastica, ma va bene dato il prezzo.Il vogatore ha la resistenza di tipo magnetico selezionabile su 8 livelli, la guida è in alluminio e anche per i più alti (sopra il metro e 92) è perfetto.Unica mancanza di trova nei "piedi" dell'attrezzo, offrono un grip maggiorato avendo delle manopole che in base a come le si avvitano alzano o abbassano, così facendo possono bilanciare anche in caso di pavimento pendente, o nel caso non lo mettiate a casa, pavimento dissestato.Voglio soffermarmi su questo, una cosa di poco conto, ma data la silenziosità del vogatore questa era l'unica cosa che rompeva l'incantesimo. I'd like to point out that this is my first time purchasing a Capital Sports product, but this rowing machine is definitely a testament to its quality and excellent value for money. It arrived two days after I bought it, in a very large and heavy box. When I opened it, I noticed the very careful packaging and attention to detail. One thing that struck me was the seat, made of soft rubber, which doesn't tire you out even if you sit on it for a long time. while the rest, as I expected, is plastic, but that's okay given the price. The rowing machine has magnetic resistance selectable on 8 levels, the rail is aluminum and even for taller people (over 1.92 m) it's perfect. The only flaw is in the "feet" of the machine, they offer increased grip having knobs that raise or lower depending on how you screw them, thus making them able to balance even in the case of sloping floors, or if you don't put it at home, uneven floors. I want to dwell on this, a small thing, but given the quietness of the rowing machine this was the only thing that broke the spell. The little pieces that adjust it aren't strong enough to keep the grip on the ground, causing it to slip when rowing very quickly, making an annoying plastic noise on the ground. This can obviously be solved by attaching it to the wall or, even better, adding something to increase the grip. The display is very intuitive, very well made, and the buttons are also high-quality. The only flaw is when you insert your smartphone into the holder, which completely covers the screen. Conclusions: Excellent price and excellent quality. Premetto che sono alto 1,95 m e peso 110 kg. Il vogatore si presenta molto robusto: tiene senza problemi il mio peso. Al massimo dell'estensione delle mie gambe restano almeno 20 cm sulla parte posteriore della guida di scorrimento. Per quanto riguarda i livelli di resistenza ritengo che siano adatti per chi ha necessità di tenersi in forma senza esagerare. Se sei un atleta ti consiglio di comprare quello simile ma con 16 livelli di resistenza ma chiaramente costa di più. Diversamente puoi metterti dei polsini con pesi aggiuntivi da 1 a 5 kg e il gioco è fatto. In casa è un pó ingombrante anche se messo in verticale. In ogni caso consiglio sicuramente il suo acquisto.

I'll start by saying I'm 1.95 m tall and weigh 110 kg. The rowing machine seems very sturdy: it holds my weight easily. At full extension, my legs remain at least 20 cm behind the slide rail. As for the resistance levels, I think they're suitable for those who need to stay fit without overdoing it. If you're an athlete, I recommend buying the similar one with 16 resistance levels, but it's obviously more expensive. Alternatively, you can add wristbands with additional weights ranging from 1 to 5 kg and you're good to go. It's a bit bulky at home, even when stored vertically. In any case, I definitely recommend purchasing it.

Für 220 Euro könnt ich mir momentan kein besseres Rudergerät vorstellen. Der Aufbau gelingt ohne Mühen. Verschraubungen sind schnell durchzuführen, da alles exakt gebohrt ist.Habe null Probleme beim Rudern aufgrund meiner Größe von 191 cm. Der Sitz läuft geschmeidigst, ohne jegliches Geräuschaufkommen.Das Gerät ist zu meiner Freude sehr stabil konstruiert und obendrein noch hübsch anzusehen.Hochkantiges Verstauen ist im Nu zu bewerkstelligen.Also von mir tatsächlich eine uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung!

For €220, I can't imagine a better rowing machine right now. Assembly is effortless. Screwing everything together is quick and easy, as all the holes are precisely drilled. I have absolutely no problems rowing despite my height of 191 cm. The seat moves incredibly smoothly, without any noise whatsoever. To my delight, the machine is very sturdily built and, on top of that, quite attractive. Storing it upright is a breeze. So, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Ok ich habe nicht einmal 200 Minuten auf dem Gerät weg (länger als 10 halte ich es selbst auf Stufe 1 nicht aus, da geht der Puls durch die Decke) aber bis jetzt bin ich durchaus zufrieden damit. Ich habe erst auf Stufe 3 angefangen, da merkt man schon einen angenehmen Widerstand, allerdings auf Dauer ist das eher nichts. Deswegen habe ich bei 1 angefangen und kombiniere das mit meinem Fahrrad-Hometrainer. Man merkt aber in jeden Fall das man etwas getan hat, die anfänglichen Schmerzen vergehen ziemlich schnell wenn man sich an sein Training hält. Ich trainiere für gewöhnlich jeden Tag entweder 1x oder 2x 10 Minuten. Das ist zwar nicht die Welt allerdings (in Kombination wohlgemerkt) habe ich in einem Monat fast 8 1/2kg abgenommen!Das Gerät ist auch äußerst platzsparend, man kann es bequem hochkant in eine Ecke rollen ohne das es weiter stört. Den Geräuschpegel würde ich als eher leise bezeichnen, ich habe schon einige Male nach der Spätschicht trainiert ohne das irgendjemand klingelte (Mietshaus). Inwieweit sich die Geräusche der Drehbewegung des Widerstandes durch das Gestell auf den Boden übertragen läßt sich natürlich nicht sagen aber wie gesagt, bis jetzt hat sich noch niemand daran gestört.Ich würde das Gerät vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.Ein paar Macken gäbe es allerdings; der "Computer" (wenn man so will) ist etwas billig verarbeitet. Das Batteriefach scheint ein wenig zu klein, d.h. die Batterien (2xAAA) bzw. eine davon paßt nicht exakt in den Einschub. So kann es passieren dass, wenn man das Gerät wegstellt, die Daten gelöscht werden, da der "Computer" mal kurz keinen Saft bekommt. Könnte man allerdings schnell mit einem Kabelbinder lösen, also jetzt nicht unbedingt ein Grund vom Kauf abzuraten.Zum Pulsmesser vielleicht noch ein Wort, der "Computer" verfügt außer einem Zähler für Minuten, Schläge, Meter und Kalorien auch über einen Zähler für den Puls, allerdings ist am Gerät nirgendwo ein Sensor der selbigen aufzeichnen könnte, also eher sinnlos.Der Kalorienzähler macht auch wenig Sinn da dieser die eingestellte Stufe komplett ignoriert, auch hier nicht unbedingt ein Manko für mich da ich mit dem Band 4 von Huawei die Einheiten aufzeichne.Fazit, wie das Fahrrad ist auch hier nobody perfect, trotzdem gibts von mir nen Daumen nach oben und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Okay, I haven't even logged 200 minutes on the machine yet (I can't stand it for more than 10 minutes, even on level 1, my heart rate goes through the roof), but so far I'm quite satisfied. I started on level 3, where you can already feel a pleasant resistance, but it's not really suitable for long periods. That's why I started on level 1 and combine it with my exercise bike. You definitely notice that you've done something, though; the initial aches and pains disappear pretty quickly if you stick to your training plan. I usually train every day, either once or twice for 10 minutes. It's not a huge amount, but (in combination, mind you) I've lost almost 8.5 kg in a month! The machine is also extremely space-saving; you can easily roll it upright into a corner without it being in the way. I would describe the noise level as rather quiet; I've trained several times after a late shift without anyone ringing the doorbell (I live in an apartment building). It's impossible to say to what extent the noise from the resistance's rotation is transmitted through the stand to the floor, but as I said, no one has complained about it so far. I would recommend the device without reservation. There are a few flaws, though; the "computer" (if you will) is somewhat cheaply made. The battery compartment seems a little too small, meaning the batteries (2xAAA), or rather one of them, doesn't fit perfectly into the slot. This can lead to data being erased when you put the device away, as the "computer" briefly loses power. This could easily be fixed with a cable tie, so it's not necessarily a reason to advise against buying it. A word about the heart rate monitor: besides a counter for minutes, beats, meters, and calories, the "computer" also has a pulse counter, but there's no sensor on the device to record it, so it's rather pointless. The calorie counter is also largely useless since it completely ignores the set intensity level. Again, this isn't a major drawback for me since I track my activity levels with the Huawei Band 4. In conclusion, like any bicycle, nobody's perfect, but I still give it a thumbs up and a clear recommendation to buy.

Ich habe einige Wochen recherchiert, weil ich ein gutes Geräte für wenig Geld wollte. Ich weiß ja nicht, wie lange mir das Spaß macht;-) Deshalb habe ich mich für dieses Gerät entschieden. Ich erwarte mir für dieses Geld keine Wunder. Profigeräte kosten halt mal um ein vielfaches mehr. Aber bisher bin ich positiv überrascht - obwohl ich erst relativ kurz Erfahrung damit habe, muss ich auch dazusagen.Der Zusammenbau war super easy. Ich bin eine Frau und habe es ohne Hilfe meines Mannes geschafft, das Gerät zusammen zu bauen-:-)Ich habe das Gerät jetzt die dritte Woche und trainiere 2-3 pro Woche eine halbe Stunde. Das Gerät ist super leise (im Gegensatz zu dem im Fitnessstudio vorhandenen Rudergerät). Das einzige, was stört, sind die Fußpedale. Wenn man den Fuß nicht ganz gerade hält, sondern beim nach vorne Fahren mit dem Sitz die Zehen etwas anstellt, dann knacksen die ziemlich laut. Da habe ich Bedenken, dass die lange halten werden...Was die Einstellungen der Intensität betrifft, so konnte ich feststellen, dass die funktionieren. Wenn man RICHTIG rudert (ich hab's im Fitnesscenter gelernt), dann funktioniert's auch mit der Intensität. Je zügiger und kraftvoller man rudert, desto mehr spürt man den Widerstand. Ich trainiere gerade auf Stufe 5 und das reicht im Moment für eine halbe Stunde.Alles in allem ein gutes Gerät für einen passablen Preis!Das Gerät ist übrigens früher gekommen als angekündigt. Obwohl in den Weihnachtsferien bestellt, war das Gerät binnen einer Woche da. Hat super funktioniert!

I spent a few weeks researching because I wanted a good machine for a low price. I don't know how long I'll enjoy it ;-) That's why I chose this one. I wasn't expecting miracles for the price. Professional machines cost many times more. But so far, I'm pleasantly surprised – although I have relatively little experience with it, I should add. Assembly was super easy. I'm a woman and managed to put it together without my husband's help :-) I've had the machine for three weeks now and train for half an hour, two to three times a week. The machine is super quiet (unlike the rowing machine at the gym). The only thing that's annoying are the foot pedals. If you don't keep your foot perfectly straight, but curl your toes slightly while moving forward with the seat, they make a rather loud cracking noise. I'm a little worried about how long they'll last... As for the intensity settings, I've found that they work. If you row correctly (I learned it at the gym), then the intensity works well too. The faster and more powerfully you row, the more you feel the resistance. I'm currently training at level 5, and that's enough for half an hour at the moment. All in all, a good machine for a reasonable price! The machine also arrived earlier than expected. Although ordered during the Christmas holidays, it was here within a week. It worked perfectly!
