[Refurbished] Workout Hero Weight Bench

Il pacco mi è arrivato segato in due dai legacci in nylon. Ciononostante all'interno i pezzi erano tutti presenti e non c'era il rischio di perdere i bulloni in quanto imbustati tutti assieme (busta sigillata a caldo).Le istruzioni per il montaggio sono davvero spartane e spesso sono andato ad intuito: avrei gradito una migliore classificazione almeno dei bulloni e delle viti. Comunque nulla di insormontabile ed in breve ho completato il montaggio (circa un'ora con due chiavi inglesi della misura giusta).La panca risulta molto stabile ed appare decisamente solida. Mi viene un po' alta, ma io sono alto 170 cm, per cui ritengo sia una "scomodità" del tutto soggettiva. Non mi trovo bene nemmeno con la presa del bilanciere, poiché la larghezza dei bracci di supporto coincide con la mia presa del bilanciere (un normale bilanciere da 150 cm).Molto comoda, invece, l'imbottitura della seduta e ho apprezzato il sistema di inclinazione/declinazione dello schienale. Utile il giunto che permette di "chiudere" la panca in caso di necessità.Molto comodo il sistema per leg extension ed ho apprezzato anche il bracci mobili laterali per il fly (anche se non li uso quasi mai perché preferisco i manubri).Funziona benissimo anche l'asta del lat. Purtroppo non è facile usarla per i tricipiti perché si rischia di arrivare alla fine-corsa del meccanismo.Nonostante i miei timori iniziali, ho trovato la panca molto stabile e solida: peso 70 kg e il mio massimale alla panca piana è pari a 100 kg; in ogni caso ritengo che la panca sia in grado di reggere senza incertezze ben oltre i 250 kg.Consiglio certamente quest'attrezzo che ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The package arrived torn in half by the nylon ties. However, all the pieces were present inside, and there was no risk of losing the bolts because they were all packaged together (heat-sealed bag). The assembly instructions are very basic, and I often relied on my intuition: I would have appreciated a better classification of the bolts and screws, at least. However, it wasn't insurmountable, and I completed the assembly quickly (about an hour with two appropriately sized wrenches). The bench is very stable and appears decidedly solid. It's a bit high for me, but I'm 170 cm tall, so I consider this a purely subjective "inconvenience." I also don't feel comfortable with the barbell grip, as the width of the support arms coincides with my grip on the barbell (a standard 150 cm barbell). The seat padding, however, is very comfortable, and I appreciated the backrest tilt/decline system. The joint that allows you to "close" the bench when needed is useful. The leg extension system is very convenient, and I also appreciated the lateral movable arms for the fly (even though I almost never use them because I prefer dumbbells). The lat bar also works very well. Unfortunately, it's not easy to use for triceps because you risk reaching the limit of the mechanism's travel. Despite my initial concerns, I found the bench very stable and solid: I weigh 70 kg and my max on the flat bench is 100 kg; in any case, I believe the bench can easily support well over 250 kg. I definitely recommend this piece of equipment, which offers excellent value for money.

No esperes el banco más estable ni el más duradero, cosa que es común en todos los bancos plegables (éste lo es) pero por el precio que tiene está bien y se pueden hacer con él muchos ejercicios. Las instrucciones de montaje son mejorables. Eso sí, el transporte horrible. El vendedor manda por Seur y fatal, no se pasaban a entregarlo y se inventaban que no había nadie en casa, etc. Tras varios días esperando me tocó ir a buscarlo a un almacén por que no les daba la gana de entregarlo.

Don't expect the most stable or durable bench, which is common with all folding benches (this one is) but for the price it is fine and you can do many exercises with it. The assembly instructions could be improved. However, the shipping is horrible. The seller sends by Seur and it was terrible, they didn't come to deliver it and they made up that there was no one at home, etc. After several days of waiting I had to go pick it up at a warehouse because they didn't feel like delivering it.

Also wer erwartet, Gym Qualität für den Preis zu bekommen, hat einen an der Waffel!Die Bank ist wie erwartet.. gute Qualität für diesen Preis.. wem es zu wackelig ist, muss auf dass zusammenklappen verzichten und die die Schrauben an dem Klappmechanismus fest ziehen!Einige Manko: ist die Rückenlehne in der obersten Position, dann ist kein ausreichender Platz für den Kopf!Als Anmerkung vor dem Kauf: da ein butterfly vorhanden ist, benötigt man eine Langhantelstange mit 1,80 m Länge, damit es nicht beim Training stört!Fazit: kleiner Preis mit angemessener Qualität! Zudem bekommt man dennoch einiges geboten zu einem Schnäppchenpreis! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Anyone expecting gym-quality equipment for this price is delusional! The bench is as expected—good quality for the price. If it's too wobbly for you, you'll have to forgo the folding mechanism and tighten the screws on the folding mechanism. A few drawbacks: when the backrest is in its highest position, there isn't enough headroom. A note before buying: since it has a butterfly attachment, you'll need a 1.80m barbell so it doesn't get in the way during your workout. In conclusion: low price with reasonable quality! You still get quite a lot for a bargain price! A definite recommendation!

No missing parts, which is always a bonus! The bench went together easily and the instructions were fairly clear. Just have to watch out for rough areas around the bar rests when using it. So far I have had no problems with it, i.e. it hasn't fallen apart. It appears to be well made and solid enough for the maximum weight stated.

Para actividad moderada, siendo mujer noto estrecho la distància para coger la barra y dejarla.

For moderate activity, being a woman I find the distance to pick up the bar and put it down is tight.
