Für 40 Euro ist dieses Latzug-Paket ein absoluter Schnapper. Montage erfolgte mit Hilfe eines Bohrhammers und einer Ratsche in einer Porenbedondecke innerhalb 15 Minuten. Die beigefügten Rahmenschrauben sind stabil, die Dübel erschienen mir etwas billig, habe sie der Gesundheit zuliebe gegen Teure von Fischer ausgetauscht. Der beigefügte enge, gerade Griff ist grummiert und stabil. Bei einer Deckenhöhe von 2,50m und einer Körpergröße von 190cm passt das Kabel perfekt für Trizeps und Rückenübungen. Die Gewichtaufnahme sollte dabei auf einem Stuhl o.Ä. geparkt werden, damit der Griff nicht oben in die Rolle rauscht. Leider war ein Karabiner verrostet und nicht verwendbar, allerdings liegen 4 Stück bei obwohl nur 2 benötigt werden, darum alles gut.

For 40 euros, this Latzug package is an absolute snap. Installation took place within 15 minutes using a hammer drill and a ratchet in a porous bedon ceiling. The enclosed frame screws are stable, the dowels seemed a bit cheap to me, I exchanged them for expensive ones from Fischer for the sake of my health. The attached tight, straight handle is rubberized and sturdy. With a ceiling height of 2.50m and a height of 190cm, the cable is perfect for triceps and back exercises. The weight holder should be parked on a chair or similar so that the handle does not rush into the roll. Unfortunately, a carabiner was rusted and not usable, but 4 pieces are included although only 2 are needed, so everything is fine.

Das Gerät ist in Ordnung. Allerdings habe ich zusätzlich Betondübeln gekauft, damit es bombenfest hält. Unverständlich bleibt es für mich, warum so ein kurzer Seilzug beigelegt wird? 2m? Im Ernst? Durchschnittliche Decken sind 2,4m hoch + Abstand zwischen den Rollen (0,4m)... wie soll es funktionieren ? Die beigelegte Kette löst das Problem auch nicht.... man braucht noch eine Kette am anderen Ende, damit das Gerät benutzt werden kann.

The device is fine. However, I also bought concrete dowels so that it holds bombproof. It remains incomprehensible to me why such a short cable is included? 2m? In earnest? The included chain doesn't solve the problem either... you need another chain at the other end so that the device can be used.

Die Idee ist geil, allerdings von der Qualität leider nicht berauschend. Das Seil ist leider zu kurz, hier hätte der Hersteller noch Kettenerweiterung hinzupacken müssen. Das ganze dampfte mir einmal mit soften 40 kg ab und Zack war die gesamte Konstruktion verzogen. Auch wenn die Konstruktion noch hält, macht es kein richtigen Spaß mehr damit zu trainieren, da plagt ein der Gedanke, das einem die Gewichte auf den Kopf fallen

HAMMER... gibt den Training Zuhause viel mehr Möglichkeiten... Ich Trainiere am liebsten Zuhause, jedoch ist die ein oder andere Übung einfach nicht wirklich umzusetzen. Jedoch hiermit definitiv... habe mir noch ein paar andere Griffe bestellt und das Training ist perfekt aberundet. Montage ist Kinderleicht und das Training macht richtig Spaß. Absolute Kaufempfehung

HAMMER... gives the training at home a lot more possibilities... I prefer to train at home, but one or the other exercise is just not really feasible. But definitely with this... I ordered a few other grips and the training is perfect. Assembly is child's play and the training is really fun. Absolute purchase recommendation
