The CAPITAL SPORTS IWF Men barbell bar represents the evolution of our proven barbells. The special production with makes it the ideal talent for a variety of Olympic weightlifting exercises. Medium-high knurling, dynamic whip and reduced torque of the intakes - here you will find the right barbell for the high loads in weightlifting.
220 cm in length, 20 kg dead weight and a sleeve diameter of 50 mm meet the requirements for an Olympic bar. This high level of performance is maintained at all levels: the rod is made of spring steel and can be loaded with up to 910 kg of weights. The built-in 3-needle roller bearings give the CAPITAL SPORTS IWF Men barbell a reduced torque and increase the spin of the sleeves - ideal for dynamic movements of Olympic weightlifting.
The handle is marked with Weightlifting IWF (910 mm) to easily show the maximum allowed reach of this discipline. The medium-sharp knurling of the grip surfaces combines firm and non-slip grip on the dumbbell and still allows high repetition rates in training. The centre of the handle, on the other hand, is knurl-free and thus protects the skin and clothing during cleans, snatches, jerks or squats.
On the 41 cm long intakes, all weight plates with a standard 51 mm bore as well as hard rubber bumper plates can be used. The hard chromed steel makes the bar easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Whether in the box or in the home gym, the CAPITAL SPORTS IWF Men barbell bar is the right choice for all ambitious athletes.

Preso per tenerlo in palestra, mi alleno da 25 anni e lavoro in uno studio personal condiviso, quindi mi serviva un bilanciere per me e per tutti i miei clienti, in modo da non dover usare quelle ciofeche da 15Kg, corti e storti.Il bilanciere arriva in un grosso imballo di cartone, doppio, esterno squadrato e interno rotondo, completamente sigillato a prova di intemperie.Quando lo si apre, è ricoperto da uno strato di olio protettivo, consiglio un panno con sgrassatore per toglierlo, non usate acqua perché non viene via, e nemmeno un panno a secco come ho fatto io inizialmente perché poi in allenamento vi ungerete tutte le mani dell'olio che non è andato via. In seconda battuta, il manuale consiglia di oliare i cuscinetti, mettendo il bilanciere in verticale e spruzzando olio nel cuscinetto, attraverso le bronzine. Ho usato olio siliconico e va benissimo.Per quanto riguarda l'estetica, arriva con qualche piccolissima imperfezione (microscopica), ma tanto allenandovi se ne creeranno potenzialmente altre, quindi direi chissenefrega, non è un oggetto di culto, è un oggetto per l'allenamento.Per quanto riguarda la funzione, inizialmente mi ha lasciato perplesso la facilità con cui girano i cuscinetti, perché pensavo che in panca piana ad esempio, avrei potuto avere problemi con i polsi, invece devo dire che è davvero perfetto. La barra da 29mm IPF assicura una tenuta salda, soprattutto per chi ha mani grandi come me. Usato per squat, stacco e panca, non ci sono stati problemi di alcun tipo. Il manubrio è dotato di contrassegni di power lifting IPF (810 mm) e la zigrinatura è piuttosto ruvida.Per il momento non posso elencare elementi negativi, certo è che usandolo per 12 ore al giorno, se spuntassero fuori cose da segnalare aggiornerò prontamente la recensione.

Die Stange - Anfang Jänner bestellt - hätte mitte Jänner da sein sollen, auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen wurde zuerst die Bestellung nicht gefunden, dann hatten sie keine Telefonnummer, auf einmal kam "da sie nicht geantwortet haben, scheint alles erledigt zu sein" - hab einen Tag davor zum xten mal urgiert ... Nach 1 1/2 Monaten (!!) Hatte ich Endlich meine Ware ... die Firma aber seit Anfang Jänner mein Geld ... also vom Kundenservice her eine absolute FRECHHEIT, aber da kann das Produkt - welches absolut hervorragende Qualität hat und bestens verpackt wurde - nichts dafür. Daher geb ich schweren Herzens 3 Sterne ... 5 für das Produkt und 0 für den Händler!
So tolles Training hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr, die lager sind top, außerdem ist sie stark belastbar
Habe mir diese Langhantel wegen der Maße gekauft (2,00m statt 2,20m). Man muss dich etwas an den geringeren Durchmesser des Griffes gewöhnen, da ich aber meistens mit Grippads trainiere ist das völlig in Ordnung. Bin sehr zufrieden.
