The package arrived quickly. All the parts were present in both packages (delivered in one shipment). So far, everything is perfect. We'll see about the assembly later.

Wir haben einen gebrauchten Artikel mit mind. 15 grossen Beulen und Rost an allen Schrauben und fast allen Flächen erhalten. Zudem ist das Liegenetz zerrissen. Wir sind seit Monaten in Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst des Herstellers - sie schreiben immer wieder dasselbe. Die letzte Nachricht nun: man müsse das Bett im Aussenbereich immer abdecken (wo ist die Abdeckhaube?) und auf unseren Fotos wären keine Schäden ersichtlich (????). Wir werden den Fall nun unserem Anwalt übergeben und den Kassensturz CH informieren. Eine grosse Sauerei! Wir hatten ein Angebot gemacht, dass nur 600.-- rückvergütet werden müssten; trotz falscher Masse auf der Website - weshalb wir auch noch eine nicht passende Abedeckhaube für CHF 700 bestellt hatten :-(((

WARNING! We received a used item with at least 15 large dents and rust on all screws and almost all surfaces. The sleeping net is also torn. We've been in contact with the manufacturer's customer service for months – they keep saying the same thing. Their latest message: the bed must always be covered when used outdoors (where is the cover?) and that our photos didn't show any damage (????). We will now hand the case over to our lawyer and inform the Swiss consumer affairs program "Kassensturz CH". This is outrageous! We had offered a refund of only CHF 600, despite the incorrect dimensions on the website – which is why we also ordered an ill-fitting cover for CHF 700 :-(((

Wirklich einfache Montage, keine fehlenden Teile, dicke Polster sowie eine bequeme Liegefläche, sieht hochwertig und gut aus. Alles in Allem ein super Gartenbett zu einem fairem Preis!

Really easy assembly, no missing parts, thick cushions and a comfortable lying surface; it looks high-quality and good. All in all, a great garden bed at a fair price!

Bett kam nicht in der bestellten Farbe an (für mich nicht weiter schlimm - gefällt mir so sogar besser). Leider war die per Mail übermittelte Bedienungsanleitung nicht passend zum Produkt, obwohl die Artikelnummer die gleiche war. Hier wurde wohl beim einpacken der Ware in die Produkt-Kartons selbst schon geschlampt. Kundenservice konnte nicht weiter helfen. Stand mit ausgepackten Teilen und 100 Schrauben im Garten und sollte Email an Technik-Abteilung schreiben. Das Dach ist so dermaßen auf Spannung, dass die Mittelstrebe sich nicht montieren lässt und auch die Dachnieten passen nicht zu allen Löchern. Wir mussten 2 Schrauben raus lassen. Ansonsten macht die Qualität einen guten Eindruck. Bett ist sehr bequem. Nach 3 Tagen aber schon 1. Flugrost, an manchen Ecken. Ich hoffe das hält sich in Grenzen.

The bed didn't arrive in the color I ordered (not a big deal for me – I actually like it better this way). Unfortunately, the instruction manual sent by email didn't match the product, even though the item number was the same. It seems they were sloppy when packing the product into the boxes. Customer service was no help. I was left standing in the garden with unpacked parts and 100 screws, told to email the technical department. The roof is under so much tension that the center support beam can't be installed, and the roof rivets don't fit all the holes. We had to leave out two screws. Otherwise, the quality seems good. The bed is very comfortable. However, after only three days, there's already some surface rust in a few places. I hope it doesn't get too bad.

Entspricht der Beschreibung, und hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Die gesamte Alu Konstruktion ist sehr stabil. Die Polsterauflagen könnten etwas Höher sein.

It matches the description and is of very good quality. The entire aluminum construction is very sturdy. The cushions could be a little thicker.

Hermes war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Doppelliege wurde in zwei Paketen geliefert und der Aufbau ging sehr schnell. War skeptisch wegen der schlechten Bewertungen bezüglich der Einzelteile, aber alles hervorragend verpackt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Doppelliege hat tolle weiche Polster, die Vorhänge sind aus sehr gutem Material und der Himmel lässt sich super verschieben. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Produkt.

Hermes was friendly and helpful. The double lounger arrived in two packages and assembly was very quick. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews regarding the individual parts, but everything was excellently packaged and in very good condition. The double lounger has wonderfully soft cushions, the curtains are made of very good material, and the canopy is easy to adjust. All in all, a fantastic product.

Dieses Bett ist gut- die matratzen sind super dick und bequem-
Ich möchte hinzufügen- das nicht erwähnt wurde das das Bettgestell der zwei liegen nicht auseinander nehmmar sind und es daher schwierig ist es durch ein treppenhaus zu befördern- eher geeignet für in den garten. Wir mussten es mit seilen die Hauswand hochziehen. Beim Auffbau vom Rest haben wir noch etwas ungünstiges festgestelt- die vorhänge haben keine abnehmbare laschen- somit müsste mann zum waschen alles 4 seitenstangen wieder losschrauben. Ich lasse das jetzt nähen- alles in allem ist das Bett Robust und sieht toll au- wir lange es so sein wird werden wir sehen es steht erst seit 3 tagen!

This bed is good – the mattresses are super thick and comfortable. I'd like to add that it wasn't mentioned that the bed frame for the two beds isn't removable, making it difficult to transport up a staircase – more suitable for the garden. We had to pull it up the house wall with ropes. When assembling the rest of the bed, we noticed something else unfortunate – the curtains don't have removable tabs, so you'd have to unscrew all four side poles to wash them. I'm having it sewn now – all in all, the bed is sturdy and looks great – we'll see how long it lasts – it's only been up for 3 days!

Eine schöne Gartenliege, stabil leicht zu montieren, die Montageanleitung ist im Detail verbesserungswürdig aber man bekommt sie trotzdem gut zusammen. Die Liege sieht hochwertig aus und ist bequem aber im einigen Punkten könnte sie noch besser sein..Das Dach ist fest montiert und lässt sich nicht öffnen. Wenn man es ab machen will muss man es aufwendig abschrauben. Gleiches gilt für die Vorgänge hier müssen die Stangen demontiert werden auf denen die aufgefädelt sind.

A beautiful garden lounger, sturdy and easy to assemble. The assembly instructions could be improved in some details, but it's still manageable. The lounger looks high-quality and is comfortable, but there are a few aspects where it could be better. The canopy is permanently attached and cannot be opened. Removing it requires a time-consuming process of unscrewing it. The same applies to the footrests; the poles on which they are threaded must be disassembled.
