The infrared radiator is of good size with its 63 cm wide, it almost entirely occupies the top of the bathroom door. It's a beautiful baby of 3 kg and 19 cm sides, well finished and quite pretty because I expected worse in infrared. The cable is on the left, deliberately reversed in my photos for practical reasons, taking into account the power outlet and the temporary aspect of the installation before the work. To be most effective, the radiator will be installed facing the shower outlet. The ideal is to entrust the installation to an electrician or an experienced handyman who will make a direct connection to the network via a circuit breaker. The radiator is IP 65 rated and accessible to zone 2 of a bathroom. Installation is recommended at 1.80 m in height. The higher you dissipate the heat. The characteristic of infrared is to heat matter. The body, the walls are matter. By heating, they absorb and become emissive providing comfort and energy savings. The installation is quite simple and does not vary whether outdoors or indoors. Start by attaching the wall bracket to the radiator arm via the 2 thumbscrew bolts, no wrench required. Then present the assembly on the wall and fix a single screw in the wall. Using a level, determine the horizontal and drill the other 2 holes. The correct position is the reverse of my photos, i.e. the base of the triangle at the top. Once again, I can't recommend too much to throw away the supplied screws and dowels and replace them with professional quality equivalents. This is even more true in this case because of the lever and the weight of the radiator which impose a perfect fixing. Operation is ensured by the on/off switch placed at the end on the left. The red LED flashes indicating that the heater is ready. The use of the remote control is compulsory, it goes in the direction of safety by avoiding direct contact. First insert 2 AA batteries not included. Press the red button, the LED turns green, then select the desired power. three levels: 750, 1500 and 2000 Watts. The maximum power is appreciable when leaving the shower to accelerate the drying of the body. The effect is pleasant and gives a feeling of well-being. I noticed a clear reduction in the condensation induced by the usual convection heater. A small regret, but which does not affect the positive balance of the radiator, concerns the housing of the batteries in the remote control. I would have liked to find the lamella system for the + and spring for the –, guaranteeing a better contact of the poles. Once properly placed in the housing, the remote control works perfectly. Positive balance for the infrared radiator. It is a source of comfort and optimization of energy. It deserves 5 stars for these reasons and also for its successful aesthetics.

Comes with various accessories: instructions, bracket, mounting screws and remote control. Made of the highest quality and resistant materials, its dimensions are: 70 x 20 x 19 cm. On the sides, current is given or not via the button, once the plug is inserted. It is mounted on the wall, in this way it will be able to take and heat the whole room. With the remote control (which works with two AA batteries, not supplied) you can remote control and choose between the 3 heat modes. It has a nice modern design, it is gray on the outside and golden on the inside. When it is on, a green LED lights up on the left side. We can choose between 750W, 1500W and 2000W of heat... you can feel the difference!!! I recommend it, it heats very well and also lights up the room.

... but it should be considered that it was not created for internal use but for EXTERNAL use. It is no coincidence that it has an IP65 degree of resistance, an international classification in which 1) the first digit (6) literally indicates an ""enclosure totally protected against dust (and against access with a wire)."" 2) the second digit identifies protection against the penetration of liquids, with 5 indicating a ""case protected against jets of water"" It follows that it can be used safely under a patio, on a veranda and in any case in an outdoor place at risk of rain but not swing. Where do I use it? I'm a nonconformist, I know, but I got it to use in the bathroom. More precisely mounted on the wall above the tub, where we also keep the changing table. This is because every winter we turned on the classic "bathroom heater", convenient because it heated up quickly but very uncomfortable in terms of stability (we changed one every 1-2 months because they inevitably fell off the cabinet). Very uncomfortable and very dangerous, being in the vicinity of the tub. So I decided to mount something 1) that wouldn't risk falling (the wall plugs should at least prevent this) 2) that would heat downwards both in the case of a bath and a diaper change 3) that could be switched on on the fly, what possible thanks to the fixed remote control - long live DIY - with a small piece of 3M tape on the wall, near the lighting one. 4) that it didn't fear water (which is practically certain, given that it is mounted at the same height as the shower head...) Voila, problem solved. Among other things, the heat is well directed, so it's a good choice. Just be careful of the height: it's useless to set it too high, since the heat itself tends to go that direction... Better to set it lower and keep it at the minimum of the three available power settings, i.e. 750W.

Winter is upon us but the cold won't be able to stop us thanks to this infrared wall heater. Such solutions are often adopted in public buildings or churches and they work really well. The structure is really solid but at the same time very light, easy to assemble thanks to the kit and instructions already included in the package, the bracket can be tilted, so it is possible to choose the best angle compared to the height. The power supply is via a schuko socket, the cable is not very long, so if you don't have a socket nearby you will have to get an extension cord. Although not very large, this infrared heater really gives off a lot of heat, you can turn it on directly from the remote control (it works with two AA batteries, not included in the package) and choose one of the three heating modes at 750W, 1500W or 2000W. Although it is only a stove, the light induced by the lamps will be sufficient to illuminate the room, useful for viewing obstacles when the lights are all off. The heat emitted is consistent, enough to heat a small room, alternatively it is possible to associate several devices of this kind. Outdoor use is not excluded for small events, such as a dinner, pay attention only to mount it under shelter from the elements.
