Nachdem im Herbst die 24 Jahre alte Heizung in unserem Haus komplett ausfiel, sich dann als unreparierbar herausstellte und es von Tag zu Tag kälter wurde, habe ich lange nach einer sinnvollen Möglichkeit gesucht, den Zeitraum bis zum Einbau einer neuen Heizung zu überbrücken. Trotz der teilweise schlechten Kritiken habe ich mich letztendlich doch für dieses Modell von Klarstein entschieden. Ich bereue es nicht.Sie kam sehr gut verpackt und - wie meistens bei Amazon - auch schnell an. Nach der Montage der etwas versteckt eingepackten Füsse (einfach nur in die passende Öffnung stecken) und der einfach und schnellen Kopplung mit dem iPhone (die App hatte ich bereits) konnte es auch schon losgehen. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und die Bedienung absolut intuitiv. Ich habe sofort zwei (bzw. 4) Befehlsketten erzeugt, eine für die Wochentage und eine für das Wochenende. Ok, es sind beides mal 2 Befehle nötig - einer für das Einschalten am Morgen und einer für das herunter regeln am Abend für die Nacht. Seither läuft sie wie geschmiert und heizt eine Fläche von ca. 70qm (ca. 175cbm) problemlos. Der Stromverbrauch ist angemessen und natürlich alternativlos - wenn man es warm haben möchte. Ich kann div. negative Rezensionen nicht verstehen. Natürlich wird der größte Teil der Wärme über Konvektion und nur ein sehr geringer über Strahlung abgegeben. Das ist für mich aber voll in Ordnung, da eine reine Infrarot Heizung entweder an der Wand oder unter der Decke hängen muss, was bei mir aber keinen Sinn macht, weil es ja nur für den Übergang ist. Nebenbei sieht sie auch noch sehr gut aus (ok, Geschmacksache) und arbeitet vollkommen geräuschlos. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.P.S. Das sie auf 23°C steht dient der Erwärmung der Wohnung auf ca. 20,5-21,5°C. Sie regelt sich ständig selbst und hält den von mir gewünschten Bereich zuverlässig ein.

The app is very clearly laid out and the operation is completely intuitive. I immediately created two (or rather four) command sequences, one for the weekdays and one for the weekend. Okay, two commands are needed for each—one to turn it on in the morning and one to turn it down in the evening for the night. Since then, it's been running like a dream and heats an area of approximately 70 square meters (about 175 cubic meters) without any problems. The electricity consumption is reasonable and, of course, there's no alternative if you want to be warm. I can't understand the various negative reviews. Naturally, most of the heat is emitted via convection and only a very small amount via radiation. But that's perfectly fine for me, since a pure infrared heater has to be mounted on the wall or ceiling, which doesn't make sense for me because it's only for temporary use. Besides, it looks very good (okay, that's a matter of taste) and operates completely silently. I'm very satisfied. P.S. Setting it to 23°C warms the apartment to about 20.5-21.5°C. It constantly regulates itself and reliably maintains the temperature I've set.

Das Design alleine verdient schon 3 sterne echt super die gewölbte front ist zum stehn und hängen geeignet (alles mitgeliefert) Gerät kann komplett via app gesteuert werden(wlan vorausgesetzt) FB ist ebenfalls dabei im eco leuchten 2 mini lamperln (stört uns überhaupt nicht) das sogenannte spulenfiepen oder eine art brummen oder dergleichen gibt es bei uns nicht(so wie andere schreiben) einzig was man kurz hört ist das ein und aus schalten aber nach 3 tagen merkt man nicht s mehr. Er hat eine zuglufterkennung und schaltet automatisch ab aber auch wieder ein(wenn man zb. Lüftet) zeiteinstellung ist auch dabei. Heizleistung ist sehr gut haben ihm seit kauf in Betrieb auf halber stufe und konstant etwa 20 grad(Schlafzimmer mit 3 aussenwänden) muss aber dazu sagen das meine deckenhöhe "nur" 1.90 ist und etwa 17 qm hat und alles neu gedämt ist kann nicht sagen wie er sich bei einer"normalen"deckenhöhe tut.Aber es gibt auch ein wenig Kritik die Temperatur anzeige weicht schon mal 2 grad ab steht er näher an der wand ist sie höher und umgekehrt und leider keine Kindersicherung und auf voller stufe wird die Glasplatte richtig heiss daher sollte man dan aufpassen das genug Platz ist das man sich nicht verbrennt (vorallem kinder die spielen gern rum damit pipt ja so schön beim abtippen) aber sonst hab ich nichts zu bemängelnIch empfehle das Gerät

The design alone deserves 3 stars; it's really great. The curved front is suitable for both standing and hanging (everything included). The device can be fully controlled via app (Wi-Fi required). A remote control is also included. In eco mode, two mini lights illuminate (which doesn't bother us at all). We haven't experienced the so-called coil whine or any kind of humming or anything like that (as others have mentioned). The only thing you hear briefly is the on/off switching, but after 3 days you don't notice it anymore. It has a draft detection feature and switches off automatically, but also back on again (for example, when you ventilate a room). A timer function is also included. The heating performance is very good. We've had it running at half power since we bought it, maintaining a constant temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius (bedroom with three exterior walls). However, I should mention that my ceiling height is "only" 1.90 meters, and the room is about 17 square meters, all of which is newly insulated. I can't say how it would perform with a "normal" ceiling height. There are a few drawbacks, though: the temperature display can be off by up to 2 degrees. If it's closer to the wall, the reading is higher, and vice versa. Unfortunately, there's no child safety lock, and at full power, the glass panel gets really hot. So, you should make sure there's enough space to avoid burns (especially for children, who like to play with it – it beeps so nicely when you tap the screen). Otherwise, I have no complaints. I recommend this device.

Die Elektroheizung von Klarstein funktioniert wirklich gut und wärmt schnell. Meine Anforderung war ein Gerät dass einfach und schnell zwischen den Räumen zu transportieren ist.Naturlich nett, dass das Gerät Rollen hat. Hauptnutzungsräume sind der Keller und das Badezimmer. Im Keller befindet sich eine Dartscheibe , Couch usw. und wird nur selten genutzt. Da soll es schnell gehen, gleichmäßig und natürlich die Größe des Kellers heizen können. Das macht der Klarstein sehr gut. Das Bad hat eine kleinere Fläche und ist dementsprechend schneller aufgewärmt.Meine Frau freuts nach dem Duschen.Die App selber finde ich gut gemacht. Sie ist übersichtlich und die Einstellung der Temperatur geht schnell. Maximal Temperatur und der Wechsel zwischen Normal und Eco Modus ,sowie ein Countdown und Zeitplan finde ich gut. Die Displaybeleuchtung kann man auch ausschalten. Man kann das Gerät auch über das Außendisplay bedienen. Was mir nicht gefällt ist, wenn der Normalmodus aktiv ist, man ein wahrnembares ständiges Fiepen hört.Das nervt gewaltig. Im Bad beim Duschen oder beim Darten im Keller natürlich egal,da bekommt man das kaum mit.Wenn das Ding also Mal im Schlafzimmer stehen sollte unbedingt in den Eco Modus. So ist das Gerät toll und stylisch und ich kann es jedem ,, wärmstens,, empfehlen.

My wife appreciates this after showering. I find the app itself well-designed. It's clear and easy to use, and setting the temperature is quick. I like the maximum temperature setting, the ability to switch between normal and eco modes, as well as the countdown and schedule. The display backlight can also be switched off. You can also operate the device via the external display. What I don't like is the constant, noticeable high-pitched whine when the normal mode is active. It's incredibly annoying. It doesn't matter in the bathroom while showering or while playing darts in the basement, you hardly notice it. So if you ever need to use it in the bedroom, definitely put it in Eco mode. That way, the device is great and stylish, and I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Dieser Konvektor heizt unser Bad von 15 qm zuverlässig auf. Das Gerät ist absolut lautlos und blendet die aktuelle Raumtemperatur oben rechts permanent ein. Die Messung funktioniert sehr präzise und lässt sich per Fernbedienung leicht einstellen. So kann man mit trotz nassen Händen und Füssen, an elektrischen Spielsachen herumfummeln. 1a !!!

Heizung funktioniert gut und heizt auch größere Räume - mein Büro 60 m2 (zumindest in der Übergangszeit, warte noch den Winter ab) in 2-3 Stunden auf plus 4-5 Grad auf. Guter Service von Klarstein, erste Lieferung demoliert, habe gleich Ersatz bekommen. Die Heizung wird allerdings hinten sehr heiß (ca. 80-82 Grad), was allerdings wieder den Vorteil hat dass es durch die Lüftungsöffnungen zusätzlich eine Art "Konvektion" im Raum gibt. Meiner Meinung nach dadurch für Wandmontage nur bedingt geeignet, da dann überwiegen die Wand dahinter geheizt wird. Dennoch eine Empfehlung von mir, im Vergleich zu Gas trotz der auch zur Zeit hohen Energiekosten eine deutliche Einsparung zur Gasheizung!

Wifi funktioniert super! Hab sie gekauft um aus der Ferne zwischen Gasheizung und Elektro zu zwitschen und ein Gas Elektro Gemisch in der Krise hin zu bekommen. Perfekt!!!!

Das Gerät kam in einer guten Verpackung an. Nach dem Öffnen war festzustellen, dass sich das Metall oberhalb der Glasplatte verzogen hatte. Nach Inbetriebnahme des Geräts funktionierte dieses aber einwandfrei. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Fa. Klarstein wurde mir daraufhin eine Gutschrift von 40,00 Euro zugesagt. Diese habe ich allerdings noch nicht erhalten. Über das Gerät kann ich sagen, es heizt sehr schnell die Temperatur hoch und erwärmt die Räume nebenan sehr effektiv. Rundum kann man sich damit zufrieden geben. Nachdem die Temperatur konstant ist, schalten wir das Gerät ab. Die genauen Verbrauchsfakten kann man so noch nicht genau feststellen.

Wir wollten eine Alternative für das Badezimmer. Dafür ist sie vollkommen geeignet. Lediglich mit den Timer hatte ich so meine Last. So wie ich es verstehe, können nur volle Stunden programmiert werden. So ist 6:00 Uhr für mich zu spät, aber 5:00 Uhr wesentlich zu früh. Da die Heizung aber sehr schnell den Raum erwärmt, mache ich es eben manuell!

Sehr gute Verpackung selbst deine Beschädigung am Karton hat keine Spuren hinterlassen weil das Gerät in einem 2. Karton war. Die Heizung macht nicht hörbare Betriebsgeräusche. Die WLAN Verbindung war etwas holprig aber nach dem 3. Versuch war die Verbindung hergestellt. Bedienung über die App ist selbsterklärend. An die Wand hängen würde ich das System nicht da die Wärme oben hinten austritt und ich hab mit einem Flachbildschirm keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Montagemittel sind alle dabei. Ob die angegebene Heizleistung für die Raumgröße ausreicht kann ich bei den momentanen Außentemperaturen nicht sagen. Dazu gibt es ein Update von mir. Zusammen fassend kann ich eine klare Kaufempfehlung aussprechen

Llevamos usandolo en un pueble de la provincia de Burdos este invierno y todo OK, no hace ruido ni genera olores, funciona bien el termostato y calienta una habitación pequeña. Si su única opción es calefacción electrica este aparato cumple.

Llevo ya, una semana con el y estoy muy conforme en general.Adquirí el modelo blanco de 2000W y va perfecto para mi habitación que es relativamente grande (20 mts2) es fácil de programar y la función de calentar es bastante rápida. (Tarda unos 30 minutos en obtener 20-21 grados en el lugar)La salida de aire caliente va por una rejilla trasera superior y se distribuye de manera uniforme por el lugar.Al encenderlo, identifica de inmediato cuál es la temperatura del lugar y te va indicando en su pantalla, la subida de calor en grados, hasta llegar al que has programado.Es elegante y de buenos materiales. El mando a distancia es sencillo pero funcional.Lo he puesto en la pared (recomiendo no muy lejos del piso para que el aire caliente circule mejor y con más espacio hacia arriba) y el soporte aguanta bien ya que no es un producto con un peso elevado, es más bien liviano.La temperatura maxima que alcanza (en teoría) es de 33grados pero en la práctica me ha calentado efectivamente hasta los 25 grados como máximo.Recomiendo el producto.Actualizaré el comentario en 1 mes, para indicar consumo real en KW v/s horas de uso en casa.Actualización de consumo: Me ha llegado la factura incorporando periodo de consumo en que he utilizado el calefactor ( compré el de 2000W blanco plano).Usándolo a diario en una habitación grande, horario de encendido 18-23 hrs programándolo a 28 grados (temperatura real 22 grados final) y luego de media hora poniendo el modo “eco”. Me ha subido la factura unos 10 euros . O sea, para mi es un calentador bastante eficiente en consumo.Sin calentador,factura anterior de unos 40 euros, este mes llegó por 52. (Aunque tengo iluminación exterior Led en el patio encendida bastante y abundante)Espero ser de ayuda y guía para una compra que os dé satisfacción.

I've had it for a week now and I'm very happy with it overall. I bought the 2000W white model and it's perfect for my relatively large room (20 sq m). It's easy to program and the heating function is quite fast (it takes about 30 minutes to reach 20-21 degrees Celsius). The hot air comes out through a top rear grille and is distributed evenly throughout the room. When you turn it on, it immediately identifies the room temperature and shows the temperature increase in degrees on its screen until it reaches the programmed temperature. It's stylish and made of good quality materials. The remote control is simple but functional. I mounted it on the wall (I recommend not too far from the floor so the hot air circulates better and there's more space upwards) and the bracket holds up well since it's not a heavy product; it's rather lightweight. The maximum temperature it reaches (in theory) is 33 degrees Celsius, but in practice, it has only heated up to a maximum of 25 degrees. I recommend the product. I will update this review in one month to indicate the actual consumption in kWh versus hours of use at home. Consumption update: I received my bill including the consumption period when I used the heater (I bought the 2000W flat white model). Using it daily in a large room, I turned it on between 6 PM and 11 PM, programmed it to 28 degrees Celsius (actual final temperature 22 degrees Celsius), and then switched to "eco" mode after half an hour. My bill increased by about 10 euros. In other words, for me it's a pretty energy-efficient heater. Without the heater, my previous bill was around 40 euros, this month it came to 52. (Although I have plenty of LED outdoor lighting on the patio.) I hope this helps guide you to a purchase that will satisfy you.
