Habe seit Jahrzehnten starke Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen, allerdings auch beidseitig Hüftprothesen. Trotzdem hab ich mich da "reingehängt" und muss sagen, es ist sehr angenehm und verschafft mir, zumindest kurzfristig, Linderung der Schmerzen. Leider muss ich aber auch sagen, dass meine künstlichen Hüftgelenke, nicht die gleiche Freude wie ich empfinden und sich mit Schmerzen bemerkbar machen...

I've had severe back and neck pain for decades, but also hip prostheses on both sides. Nevertheless, I "hang in there" and have to say that it is very pleasant and gives me relief from the pain, at least for a short time. Unfortunately, I also have to say that my artificial hip joints do not feel the same joy as I do and are noticeable with pain...

Uso la panca da circa un mese e la mia schiena ha avuto un indubbio beneficio.La panca non è difficile da montare, ma in un paio di passaggi è più comodo essere in due, per la dimensione e il peso dei pezzi.È un attrezzo molto robusto, che consente di fare tutti gli esercizi illustrati nella loro presentazione è, per quanto mi riguarda, è esattamente quello di cui avevo bisogno. Necessita di un po' di spazio.

I've been using the bench for about a month, and my back has definitely felt the benefits. The bench isn't difficult to assemble, but it only takes a couple of steps, making it easier for two people to use it, given the size and weight of the pieces. It's a very sturdy piece of equipment that allows you to do all the exercises illustrated in the presentation, and for me, it's exactly what I needed. It does require a bit of space.

It's good for when you want to stretch your spine after a hard day...then everything is back in place. Best to use when a second person is with you. Since the device does not have a suspension, the movements are too jerky......

Regalato e piaciuto.Personalmente il fatto che non si possa richiudere è una nota negativa in quanto è ingombrante il resto ...come nelle descrizioni.

Given as a gift and loved it. Personally, the fact that it can't be folded is a negative as the rest is bulky... as described.

Effectivement prévu pour les grands, les tubulures sont parfaites pour la saisie main et donnent une bonne impression de robustesse ; agréablement surpris aussi par les coussins avant-bras en travail des abdo (stabilité et confort). La planche tient verticalement grâce à une goupille, très pratique.Côté planche à inversion : on s'installe, et d'un petit coup de bascule avec les bras, on se retrouve pour ainsi dire à l'horizontal. Il suffit de pousser un peu avec les bras, ou de les mettre vers la tête pour basculer plus. Il suffit de ramener les mains vers le nombril pour revenir. Les pieds sont maintenus par des prises caoutchouc sur l'arrière de la cheville, et des boudins sur le devant, ce qui reste confortable. Ces pièces ne sont pas fixées sur les tiges horizontales, et si ne pas les fixer est une bonne chose, limiter la possibilité de les sortir de la tige serait bienvenu. À priori, la vis maintenant les X du support pourrait aussi être améliorée en une goupille pour pouvoir ranger l'appareil verticalement facilement.Vraiment très satisfait.

Designed for taller users, the tubing is perfect for gripping and gives a good impression of sturdiness; I was also pleasantly surprised by the forearm cushions for abdominal exercises (stability and comfort). The board stays upright thanks to a very practical pin. As for the inversion board: you sit down, and with a slight tilt of your arms, you find yourself almost horizontal. A little push with your arms, or bringing them towards your head, is all it takes to tilt further. Simply bring your hands towards your navel to return to the starting position. The feet are held by rubber grips at the back of the ankles and padded supports at the front, which remains comfortable. These parts are not fixed to the horizontal rods, and while not fixing them is a good thing, limiting the possibility of them coming loose would be welcome. The screw holding the X-shaped supports could also be improved with a pin to allow for easy vertical storage. Very satisfied overall.

Wer sich diese durchliest und gut vorbereitet, bekommt den Aufbau ohne "Fachmann" hin.Das Montagewerkzeug lag dem Paket bei, es wird kein extra Werkzeug benötigt.Die Stabilität und Verarbeitung des Gerätes sind einwandfrei.Bei den Übungen muss man keine Angst haben, dass man gleich einen Abgang macht.

I bought this device to help with my back problems. Assembly is possible alone, it just takes longer. It would probably have been much easier with two people. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. If you read them and prepare well, you can assemble it without a professional. The necessary tools were included in the package; no additional tools are required. The stability and workmanship of the device are excellent. You don't have to worry about falling off during the exercises.
