As an inversion bench, Klarfit's Power-Gym offers the optimal relaxation treatment for the back. The 'hang upside down' therapy with the trainer is perfectly suited to prevent the painful consequences in the form of muscle tensions of everyday office work or heavy physical activity. Comfortably on the foam-padded recliner, the center of gravity of the body is rotated by up to 180°. Positioned in this way, the spine is stretched and gets relief, while the cardiovascular system gets going. Tensions in the back and neck muscles are released and discs are supplied with new nutrient fluid. Even a few training sessions per week lead to a noticeable improvement in condition of the back, relieve tension headaches and help prevent slipped discs.
To strengthen the general fitness, the Klarfit Power-Gym multitrainer offers several handles and pads. With the help of these grips, various exercises can be carried out. For example pushups, pull ups, squats and dips are just a few of the possible exercises. If the backrest is inverted, it can serve as a backrest for abdominal muscle training.
