Thor is calling! The CAPITAL SPORTS Big Knock training hammer takes you to your limits and beyond. With sweeping strokes, bicep curls or forceful hammer throws, you can train your strength and coordination at a highly demanding level with the Big Knock. Unlike normal weights, the weight of the workout hammer is mounted unevenly on one side, giving usual exercises an entirely new level of difficulty.
The Big Knock training hammer from CAPITAL SPORTS is made completely of blackened cast steel. To ensure that you always have a secure grip on the hammer, the 4cm-thick stem is slightly roughened so that it may be safely and firmly held in your hand.
